I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Miller and Nurse Honesty at PM Pediatrics. My son is…read moreneurodivergent and, for the last four years, he has not allowed anyone to come near him during medical visits without pushing them away. Today was the first time he let someone close and it was because of them. Dr. Miller and Nurse Honesty approached him with patience, love, and genuine care. They met him exactly where he was, honored his pace, and made him feel safe. They saw him, truly saw him and as a mom, I felt seen too. What could have been a stressful visit became one of the most positive experiences we've ever had in a medical setting. Their compassion and understanding made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for the way they cared for my child and for the way they cared for me in the process. If you're a parent of a neurodivergent child, this is the team you want. Absolutely incredible. Camille Teal

Last weekend, my grandson was sick and my daughter took him here. They said it was just allergies…read moreand gave him an inhaler and recommended allergy medicine. I took care of him the next day while my daughter went to work and it was obvious that this was much more than an allergy. My daughter left work and took him to his pediatrician who diagnosed him with a double ear infection, as well as fluid in one of his lungs. Started him on antibiotics and within 48 hours he was so much better! Shocked at the misdiagnosis poor grandson suffered an extra 24 hours needlessly.

UNC Healthcare has such poor administrators, they have not entered providers at Panther Creek, e.g…read more UNC Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, and most Clinics who moved in over a year ago. And UNC Internal Medicine Clinic by the main hospital at Chapel Hill, has no address useful for GPS - as they haven't a clue about GIS and street signs - DUH! For DISABLED ELDERLY PEOPLE - who often are new to the area! They'd rather things "look like" the quaint village of the past - rather accommodate the needs of today - with the increased demand for services. DUH! People now want/need to avoid being killed in an auto accident - because of heavy traffic. And patients needn't even think about asking a security officer inside the parking deck how to find a clinic!! Duh! They don't know - and are too dumb to call anyone to ask - likely no reception inside the parking deck - no repeaters - and forget about assigning parking spaces based on known empty spaces - but you'd better not be late - because the staff will be made WITH YOU - because of their lack of planning - and the physician wants to work 2-3 days a week - and play golf, etc. No matter that you are dying sand had to wait for months for an appointment - and that THEY should have allowed more MD's to go to school for free - as some schools have agreed to do... DUH! Maybe they should go to NC State School of Engineering- DUH! Or ask NC School of Government to explain the US Constitution and how States are responsible for the welfare of the public! ESPECIALLy the elderly and Disabled - by ACTS of Congress and Federal and State Law! DUH! Is anyone awake at Schools of Management at UNC, Duke, and NCState, et al? Not the problem of Public Servants, eh? Too bad about the elderly, disabled and poor - (who need to go to work - or bed after working all night! And btw... Why are clinics - and other state building open longer hours - to give "we the (working/poor) more options? And why are there not enough patient Advocates and Social Workers available to assist patients - keep them from being abused by staff - and help when their loved ones die in these "insane asylums"? And forget about parking instruction inbedrd into you MY Chart appointment reminder - or an option on the robo call asking if you have questions about parking or public transportation needed...DUH! Why does our healthcare facilities hire the poorest - or not have a better training program? Never heard of Human Resource Management... Because "We The People" have put up with poor management by poorly trained often incompetent employees - from the top levels of government! Despite our freedom of Speech and right to dissent in the 1st Amendment of The US Constitution. I say, ENOUGH! Serve or find another job - or spend every day on the golf course. "Lead, follow, or Get out of the way!!!"
