This is my second time coming here this is a very big establishment with lots of different donuts to choose they are open 5 AM until 11 AM very friendly staff very great donuts they do have other items including pastries and donut holes and much more this is a very clean establishment Dairy Queen atmosphere with lots of delicious different flavor donuts to choose from my favorite item here is the sugar donut today I decided to get to Sugar twist since I'm pretty hungry The girl working this morning was very friendly upon entering she's had a very nice greeting with a smile and very helpful and made my check out process very quick they had a very wide selection of donuts with lots of different ones to choose from it smells incredible one coming in here especially if you're hungry you want almost every doing it in sight but I was good and only got two LOL they also have coffee available for those who want to purchase coffee it is nice that there is a donut shop in Lincoln since you don't always want to go to the grocery store it's nice that they have a donut shop for those of you who don't know it's like you're going to release it's in that shopping center right there next to Baskin-Robbins very easy to find this place definitely uses the best ingredients and all the products you can tell by the cheese and the prices are not bad when it comes to finding a place for great breakfast items with donuts I highly recommend the pink box like I said this is my second time here and have never and I have never had a bad experience very friendly girl working need my checkout process quick sweetie and Made my checkout experience very quick I will definitely be coming back here Again very soon for more delicious donuts and work great it's racist thank you so much the pink box you guys are great keep up the great work :-) read more

Since the new owners took over the variety that I reviewed on sometime ago has gotten better. Consistency in selection is a nice thing to count on when going for a specific type. I am very happy its still open, went this morning, met with a smile that I wouldn't have been able to see with a mask on. Went by today to satisfy my donut cravings and was pleasantly surprised! They had a wonderful selection of donuts at 9:30am, and the Apple fritter I had was delicious. It was so refreshing to see a smiling face behind the counter. Wish I saw more of that these days. I've tried this place a few times and their donuts are absolutely fresh and delicious. The first time I went I had a random assortment of glazed, crumb and sprinkle donuts. They did not disappoint. I was really hoping for the cronuts and fritters, so as they have mentioned, I ordered them a day in advance. The cronuts and the fritters were even better than the assorted dozen! I had the glazed cronuts - the amount of glaze combined with the flaky layers of donut are unmatched. I've never had a donut like this before. They sell out quick, so I would recommend ordering in advance. I only ordered four, so no order is too small for preorder. The girls behind the counter are very friendly and helpful. The shop is basic and clean. Since this place sells out fast, call before you go so you won't be disappointed. That's the only reason it's not a five star rating. Meanwhile, I have to fight my steering wheel when driving by, as the cronuts are THAT GOOD and donuts are definitely a special occasion food for me. read more

Their raised rings, bars and twist donuts are small. Their raised donuts are over-proofed, the bottom skin of the donuts has absorbed excessive grease when the donuts were lowered into their fryer. Their Raised donuts are over- proofed and greasy on the bottoms of each variety of donut I purchased there today. Also, the old fashioned donut mix is either too wet or the grease isn't the right temperature. Old fashioned donuts have a distinct shape when mixed and fried properly. Their old-fashioned donuts don't have the distinct character of an old-fashioned donut. A well respected donut shop would throw in a few donut hole as a sign of appreciation for their customers business. This donut shop charged me $1.50 for a half-dozen raised donut-hole. Sunday 9/20/2015 10:3am CASH OR DEBIT CARD ONLY Charging a "Merchant Fee" of $0.49 for using a debit card to pay without prior notice and attempts to hide the fact by not automatically giving a receipt and long delays in giving requested receipts. If you can't even pay the price you agreed to pay your chosen card processor, just close your doors. Filthy, food covered floors and sticky crumb covered tables. Demanding to know how many donuts I want to order no fewer than 9 times while we're discussing our order is rude. Telling your staff once "I'm not sure yet" should be plenty to send the message we weren't ready to order yet. Maybe I should have said you have nothing I actually want but I promised my toddler he could pick out a treat so I'm stuck buying atleast 1. Perhaps telling us about the donuts, like how you fill the jelly and custard donuts to order, or even what flavor jelly you offer, are we able to get any donut filled? Salesmenship goes along way to increasing order size. My husband took our toddler to wash his hands while I looked over the case, menu boards, checked out the dirty tables and floor AND back counter while a gal sprayed windex on the donut case. She finished up clouding my feet with the windex over spray and went behind the counter. If she had put any actual effort in to cleaning the case, not just making it look like she was doing something, the case would have been clean not just a smeared mess. Maybe picking up the half eaten donut off the floor, sweeping and mopping the sticky food spills on the floors, using a clean hot soapy rag to washing the tables and seats would have been a better use of her time. There are plenty of people looking for work who would be happy to work for you on Sundays, being grateful to have a job, they would actually work with purpose. There is no excuse for having rude employees in customer service positions. Practically all of your reviews mention your rude employee and you are loosing business by keeping her. Relative or girlfriend? The disgusting bathroom with its weird light switch low on the wall between the sink and toilet has never been cleaned. It's a dangerous place to take your child to wash their hands. The donuts you brag about on your Facebook page and advertisements are no better than Raley's or Safeway from the offerings we had to choose from. Your glaze shattered and fell off with the first bite making a big mess. The chocolate covered donuts were just sugary, no notes of chocolate at all. I have no idea how you can rate less then a 5 star!! The donuts are amazing!! Fresh soft with a nice subtle crunch cooled just right before being put out. Both young ladies working were amazing!! Very nice and helpful. Second time trying this donut shop since the reopening. They're very conveniently located at The shopping center near baskin robins. Plenty of parking. Donuts truthfully are not the best not very fluffy, very sweet glaze that is almost too watery since it doesn't dry well. The chocolate glaze does not taste like chocolate only tastes like sugar. The quality of the donut changes every time not very consistent. I bought local because I would love to keep my money in my new city. But I rather take my cheat day somewhere else. The donuts and the experience did not disappoint. The donuts were delicious! We were happy to see the small family-owned/operated business busting at the seams with customers. Kind of a donut snob and honestly do not appreciate donuts in this area very much. I literally make sure to bring home a dozen donuts from my favorite spots in So Cal but never have I done so here in northern CA. Until last week when we introduced to The Perfect Dozen or what locals still call Pink Box. Staff was super friendly. The shop was clean and inviting. I don't eat donuts very often anymore, because they're so bad for you, but once in a while you gotta get your deep fried dough fix. The donuts are not cheap here, for the price of a dozen from Raley's in the same parking lot, you can get about 4-5 donuts here. However.... the donuts are 3 times as tasty, the old fashioned buttermilk bars are what I always get, they are crunch on the outside and soft on the inside like they should be. You just can't get that taste from a supermarket bakery. If you go later, the selection becomes sparse, like others have mentioned. Go no later than 7:30 and you'll get your pick of what you want. Well interesting response, I have been to your store many times between the hours of 6:30-9am, today at 7:55am ( most of the time between 7-8am on Sundays) and its always the same, no selection, nothing in back. Today, one person beside me in your store...never have I seen a line. I always ask if you have any in the back. Today, the answer was 1-1.5 hours before more donuts would be ready. The other person who was ordering was also disappointed as the response was the same for him. I have frequented many other donut shops in different cities, different states and I have never seen such a poor business model and excuse making "that it takes a long time to make donuts"...no worries, I will travel a little further and take my business as well as my recommendation to other businesses that are willing to cater to their customers. AS a business owner I would think you would be proactive at fixing what is an apparent issue (i see several other reviews with the same as mine). Yummy donuts.. and they make lady locks too, (aka Italian cream horns). Which are puff pastry horns filled with creamy filling.

The donuts are absolutely delicious here. They do not taste like they have been fried in 2 month old oil like most places. Sometimes they do gets little low towards the end of the morning but totally understand. It is really hard to judge how many they will sell on that day. Just give it a try and get there a bit early. PS the apple fritter is like the best they are so fresh and alway warm around 7AM. Keep it up! Looking at all the reviews is so funny to me.
