First coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I was here for about an hour or so to start my morning. It is a small coffee shop and restaurant with some seating. The service was quite friendly and the young lady who took my order thanked me for my business. A pretty steady stream of customers came and went while I was here including some construction workers loading up on carbs for their day. I chose some sort of breakfast sandwich that came with egg and avocado on a "bolo" that was extremely tasty and needed three napkins. Definitely not driving food! Mojo's are addictive - sweet and caffeinated. What else could a girl need in the morning? Portuguese Kid, Hipster, and the hot mess are my go-tos sandwiches. Avocado toast is a little pricy - but thats expected if you're looking for cheap avocado toast - maybe just make it at home. Portuguese kid vs The Hot mess is how breakfasty I'm feeling (Portuguese kid has egg the Hot Mess does not) Both are beautifully greasy for a lovely hangover breakfast. Smoothies/bowls can really hit the spot when you're looking for something lighter/fruitier than coffee. Overall Pink Bean is a solid coffee spot with independent coffee shop prices. A cute coffee shop in the up and coming Purchase Street area of Fall River, close to city hall and the business district. The serving counter space is a bit small for the early morning rush, but there's a small seating area off to the side. Overall, the space was a touch claustrophobic inside as it was busy. Regrettably, there was no outdoor seating when we visited - and the weather would have been perfect for sitting outdoors too. The menu included some interesting and fun coffee drinks (line their signature Mojo). Good looking sandwiches too. I felt pretty basic, so went with a cold brew. Not to be confused with Pink Peen, which is when your man equipment is a little tender and sore, but not really bad (that would be Crimson Crotch). This is an extremely cute little sandwich place making coffee drinks and snacks and lattes and whatnot, and also famous breakfast sandwiches and other foods. I think the breakfast sandwiches are actually really good and I enjoy them thoroughly. It's near the downtown and it's sleepy and friendly and has some nice artwork inside. It's very friendly and cute and suits the area really well. All the colours went out for the day and came home early, but Pink didn't get back until after midnight. We ordered a mojo with oat milk & hazelnut, a mojo with oat milk & vanilla, the rockstar sandwich on sweet bread, and the breakfast sandwich on bolo bread with egg, cheese, and bacon. Both drinks and both sandwiches were great! The sandwiches don't look the prettiest but they taste absolutely AMAZING (the looks don't matter). Stopped here for a coffee on a rainy day. Definitely seemed like my kind of place, having multiple nondairy milk options and gluten-free sandwiches! For Paleo enthusiasts, as I once was, they also have a bullet proof coffee, much to the delight of the customer behind me. I got an almond milk latte and a gluten-free egg sausage and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was good but not great but definitely hit the spot. The almond milk in the latte wasn't as sweet as I would have liked, but I could have remedied that by adding a bit of sugar I suppose. Would absolutely go back if I was in the area. Parking seems like it could be tricky but I scored a spot at the meter right in front. It did have a 30 min limit tho. read more

I like everything about this lil cafe. It's a sweet place with a covered porch and Firestove to try to keep you toasty while you enjoy your favorite latte or whatever your choice might be. Also you can grab a bite to eat from the friendly staff. It's tough enough for businesses to continue to serve. I decided to make a pit stop to a local coffee shop on my way home today after an overnight to get some coffee to stay awake on my ride home. This place seemed like the most popular in the area so I decided to see for myself. When I walked in, it was a cute, typical, locally owned, comfortable coffee cafe vibe. With cute pics and decor on the wall, and games to play like chest. I went for the hot mojo, as it's their special homemade coffee blend. They have the option of hot or cold but with the weather being so frigid, hot coffee was in order. They also give you the option to add flavoring so I added salted Carmel. I would definitely say their coffee is comparable to Starbucks. Strong brewed, not watered down by any means. Although I would have to say I think the extra flavoring took away from the coffee itself, my salted Carmel mojo tasted like the salted Carmel mocha at Starbucks, sugared milk unable to really enjoy the coffee. The price is similar to that of Starbucks also, being almost $4 for a 12 oz coffee. Summary: I would say I'd definitely go back, but maybe try the coffee alone with no additional flavoring. read more

This place is pretty surprising inside. It took a couple of min to grow on me but before leaving I really loved the inside decor. Art on the walls, big chess and checker boards, enough comfy seating. It was pretty cute. The people behind the counter all looked like they enjoyed being there and I liked that. You don't get that too often. I ordered the chocoholic drink iced and right after I paid the "Mojo" drink really caught my eye and ordered that as well. The chocoholic is exactly what you would think it was, LOADED with chocolate and I really enjoyed it. The "Mojo" was awesome, pretty much coffee milk on steroids. I ordered a cappuccino which was nicely foamed and caffeinated enough to keep me going for the next hour or two. I lingered around, drinking coffee and checking my email. I get that everyone is understaffed, but this the last two times I have come here it took me an hour to get a smoothie. Today it never came at all. I watched several people go in an out with their orders. After a half hour I came out to check on my order and they said it wasn't done yet. So I went back to my table outside and waited. I already had my coffee. After 1 1/2 hour I went in and gave back my pager and told them I don't even want my order any more. I didn't get my money back, I just wanted to leave. I've been going here for a Couple years, I will not be going back. Every time I go I see people waiting for 30+ minutes to get small orders. Really cute place. We ended up getting a vanilla chai tea and a hibiscus tea. Both were very good! We also got their Turks & pesto and the professional. We enjoyed both, especially since they had a gluten-sensitive bread option! Which honestly is hard to find. However, the only reason I am giving them a 4 and not a 5, is they continued to be VERY gendered using "ladies" "miss" "girls" all in one transaction. As someone who uses gender neutral pronouns and DOES NOT identify as a "girl", I felt very turned off and my identity silenced. Saying something once as a mistake is understandable. But continuing to reinforce gender roles three times in one conversation is just presumptuous and offensive. Your employees were nice, but you really need training. All your employees need to say is "hey folks, how is it going today?" And "what's the name on the tea", not "what's the name miss?". Literally no need to gender it, for a place that seems to be welcoming to LGBTQ folk, is not. read more
