We tried to go to the other pizza factory in town but they were so busy that we ended up going to this one. We love pizza factory the service is always really friendly and the food - you know what you're getting. Unfortunately, when we went on a Friday evening the restaurant was dirty. There was food all over the floor. All it needed for someone to go round and quickly sweep it up, but that didn't seem to be a priority staff. Here's The Thing... You walk in, see the menu there, order and the go sit, and they bring the food to you. There are some things you would do yourself like most drinks you're given your cup and you grab yourself and the salad bar, you're given the bowl and you grab that yourself. The service at the register was awesome and the lady there was super sweet. The first girl to come to our table and bring 2 of the dishes (our party of 6) was super sweet.... But it went downhill from there (service wise). Without typing a whole story, I'm just gonna do bullet points... 1. 1 couple in our group of 6 orders a big pizza to share. When another server comes to drop off plates to share, I'm looking down and grabbing my sandwich to eat and notice she slams the pile of plates on the edge of the table and walks away. I notice because again, she slams them down. I look around and no one else seems to notice and I just move on because I'm hungry and my food looks good (it was!) and I wanted to eat. 2. 5 of us eventually get our food and each are starting to eat when I am so thirsty but my drink was one they bring to you (strawberry lemonade) and hadn't come out yet. I had to stop the server when she dropped off someone food, as she was practically running away, to ask for my drink. She admitted they forgot and it would be out soon. It did come out right say at least. 3. The last of our group's food was coming out finally and they had his past dish in one hand, and his 2 breadsticks in the other - only for the breadsticks to actually be for another table. When he flagged someone down just to inquire on if his were forgotten or just to make sure they hadn't been, he was abruptly told it's busy. We all have worked Retail or Food industry so we get it and don't like to be THOSE people, but there was no line for the register - in fact, now that lady was helping serve, and the Busser was clearing 2 tables. I just feel the service as a whole could have been better - acknowledge "the rest of the food will be out shortly" or even ask "is there anything we are missing right now" or "did you guys need anything else right now" or how about even "we are a little behind on the breadsticks but they'll be out soon" so then maybe they wouldn't get annoyed if asked about something. Just a thought.. But the food? You guys... they step up here! The food was all good. We left full and happy and with leftovers. I shared the Garlic Ranch Pizza (lunch special) and the Whale Sandwich (lunch special) with a salad and would recommend both. Maybe The Whale sandwich just slightly more. read more

With a long line I had time to decide what I wanted. They have a great salad bar and the pizza is great. I like how they have a few bigger booths for a bigger group like we had. read more

Went to enjoy a birthday lunch and it was busy and super slow service to even order. My wife can't stand long and found an empty table while I ordered. I was at Ty counter ready to pay for the order when the manager asked her to leave now so someone else could have the table. Never go to there location or even the whole chain, they treat their customers like s..t! Even the manager doesn't care about customers. Sad never eat there again, went to Riggatti's pizza, they were busy too and we selected a seat and then ordered our pizza with no problem, it was a much better pizza than pizza factory and we were treaded very well at Riggati's! There is a reason pizza factory has increasingly gotten such poor reviews. We ordered bread twists to go and they were BONE DRY. barely any seasoning Parmesan and absolutely zero type of butter or anything resembling. A huge let down. Something so incredibly simple, I can only imagine if we actually ordered food. Went twice, three days apart. The salt and pepper shakers on the tables are absolutely disgusting. They should be wiped off every time they bus a table. I judge a restaurant by it cleanliness. If what I can see isn't clean it makes me wonder about its kitchen. If I worked for the health department I would be red flagging your restaurant. I was at the pineview location. This place is great, 2 stars is ridiculous and probably a bot scheme. Get the garlic Parmesan bread twists, salad bar with amazing ranch dressing, and a pizza and shut up about anything else. I got it to go order and I ordered two scoops of ice cream with hot fudge it says fudge sauce but what it really neat means is Hershey's chocolate sauce not fudge sauce not hot fudge and the two scoops of ice cream were very lame maybe one scoop at the most for five bucks The restaurant is constantly dirty and the restrooms are even worse they always make a mistake it seems like and my bill is always $30 and I always say I'm never going back there again because nothing's ever good and this is the last time I will go there too bad for pizza factory somebody needs to train their employees better maybe the manager read more

Pizza Factory in Pineview is a family favorite! I have been going here as long as I can remember. The service is quick, and the food is delicious! We ordered our food for takeout and it was ready when we came and picked it up. I did the salad bar, build it yourself, and a fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and vegetables. Their chicken Alfredo is definitely some of the best in town. The noodles are fresh. The sauce is definitely homemade and so creamy and thick. The chicken is always seasoned well and cooked great. Their breadsticks are absolutely amazing. They are always big, light, fluffy and delicious! Overall, we had a great experience as we always do when we come here. We love dining in but it was a little easier to do to go this time. read more

Picked because we had a coupon and didn't check the reviews first. Would have avoided if so. We really enjoy the pasta factory downtown so we just assumed this would be similar quality. We were initially taken aback at how dusty everything was in the restaurant. I couldn't believe how openly they'd display how awful their air filters were and the dust was in top of their air vents and the paintings in the restaurant. We got there way before the dinner rush, and only a few other people were in the restaurant at all, but it still took 20+ minutes for two small pizzas and a basic chicken pasta. Pizzas were not good at all. I'd liken it to what one would expect at a camp. Weak ingredients, but enough to make kids happy, though my youngest wouldn't eat it at all, and she loves pizza. Staff was friendly enough though. All of this would not have made me decide to leave a review, but then my kids needed to use the restroom before we left. The bathroom was so gross. I cannot express how annoying it was that the place was barely busy at all, and nothing was clean, not even the bathroom, and there seemed to be quite a few staff, and no one was cleaning. First time here. Place is pretty busy. In 5 minutes of waiting to place our order I notice that place seems dirty. You know deep down. Like we clean, but just enough to get by. We make our Order and given a table number. We actually had 2 tables since we have 12 in our group. We go to our assigned table and it's got people still there. They give us another table. Place is getting really busy now. Most tables are full with people just talking after they had their meals. Our group places their orders and start coming to the table. Orders start coming to table 15-20 min after ordered. My wife had salad bar. It's fast and was just average as she would say. I ordered the Killer Whale sandwich. It was 40 min after order. It was really good. I would definitely recommend it and have it again. As our group got their orders it was apparent that things were pretty random on delivery. For the most part it was just ok. Restrooms were dirty, most of the place was dusty, grimy or just not clean. Our booth #4 had old pizza or spaghetti sauce smeared on the head rail. Meanwhile customers ordering were backed up in a huge queue blockage. Looks like they had enough help, just poor execution. Talking to people in our group they said the Cedar city location was so much better. For me it would be hard to come back to confusion and how dirty this location is. I came here because I saw on their website that they do an 11" gluten free pizza and they don't upcharge for it. When I got here their menu says they don't do an 11" and the charge an extra $4 for gluten free. When I asked the girl taking our order she said she didn't know that was on the website and couldn't do anything about it. Bad. As in "not good at all." We wanted a place that was kid friendly and this was close to the hotel. The place was filthy. Lots of dirty tables, food on the floor, and the salad bar looked like someone had a war on it. At 8pm. On a Thursday. Once you got past the layer of crap on top of the salad bar, the selection IN the salad bar was super sad. And for $5 for a small salad, it should have been better. Fake bacon bits and stale croutons. Ew. The food from the kitchen was a solid "meh" at best. I ordered the meat calzone which supposedly had three kinds of meat in it and cheese. I couldn't find much in the way of cheese and the meat all tasted bland and extremely greasy. It had a good crust and that became my dinner. The others in our party ordered pizzas and they lacked flavor as well. We left most of our food. The only two redeeming factors were they had crushed ice in their soda machine and their bread twists were good. Oh, and this is also one of those places where you order and pay before you sit down and get "tip shamed" on the credit/debit card machine before anyone actually serves you. Drive on. My wife's order never came out until I inquired twice and even at that was 5 minutes or more later than they told me it would be ready. They were so busy at 8:25 picking up and shaking rugs, wiping tables and servicing the to go window so they could go home that they ignored their indoor customers. The eggs did not have much taste as if they froze them. They were slow bussing off tables. The entire inside needs an update and a deep clean. Finally tried this place e after driving by it several times. We went in an hour 1/2 before they closed. The girl took our order & said our table number. We went looking for our table number not realizing it is just a number they give you. They don't have breaded chicken. The meatballs were not that great. I had to ask them to replace the lettuce at the salad bar because it was brown. There was no silverware. For whatever reason they dumped the iced tea. I understand they want to get out of work on a Saturday night but you don't take things away when you have a full house. The cheese pizza was just icky. Not the worst and not the best pizza place I have been to. Our table had three gluten free pizzas but they somehow came out ten minutes apart on each. Then the regular pizzas came out separate also. Would have been better all together since it's a large family meal. The prices also I felt were a bit high. An extra 2.50 just for a 7inch gluten free crust seems excessive. What a mistake and pricy ripoff too. Had not been to the Sunset (Lin's Supermarket) strip mall location in quite awhile and it will be an even longer time before I return again, if ever. Do not go here if you have a spaghetti craving. You will be highly disappointed. My half-plate of angel hair pasta with a tablespoon of very watery meat sauce and (extra-cost) mushrooms and marinated chopped artichokes was skimpy and disgusting tasteless. I will, however, give them one star, like other reviewers for their hot, pizza dough bread twist. But I should take it away for the lack of gloves worn in the pizza prep (aka bread twist) area and in replenishing the very basic salad bar Unfortunately the Italian food segment is not very competitive in St. George, which explains why Olive Garden is consistently voted #1. Pizza factory is a nice family-friendly restaurant. I was able to customize my pizza from a variety of crust, sauce and topping options. My pizza was good, but I was disappointed by the cheese. This may be picky, but the cheese wasn't very stringy and a little tough to work for. I didn't order the breadsticks, but after trying my friends I immediately regretted it because they were amazing! Some of the best breadsticks I've ever eaten and I only got a piece. Another review mentioned the fact having to tip before you even receive your food and sit down. After reading, I realized once I got my food, not a single waiter visited my table again. There was 0 customer service and I had to seek out a waiter who was extremely indiscernible because they all looked like customers. To recap: I wasn't extremely pleased by the pizza, the best thing was the breadsticks, and there was 0 customer service. read more

When I asked if they were out of angel hair too, they said "No, we're just busy, they probably just did the wrong noodles. Sorry." And walked off. My family and I went here for some pizza during our visit to St. George. This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible. Intentionally or not, I always end up eating here when in St George and I never regret it! The staff is very friendly, the faciltiy is clean, and the food is great! They have a nice little salad bar and the bread twists are amazing! (Shhhh just eat, dont think of the carbs). It appears to be a local hot spot, as every time I see families, young groups, and people that could be on a date. It's a nice change from other local spots like Cafe Rio. This place can be crowded, but it wont feel crowded or take as long as other restraurants. read more
