Warning. Big change after new owners took over the once reliable Pizza Place three years ago. One of the slices smelled way too fishy too eat for a calamari slice. Brought in to let them know. The som of the owner hid sheepishly by the ovens and .the manager came over to tell me he wouldn't exchange. They took it and Threw it out but no exchange or refund. Be warned. Food service requires trust that management will keep things fresh and stand behind their foos. Not here. Not meant to be in food service. Pies LOOKED good but Calamari was clearly not fresh and come to think of it the cheese seemed a little too white like some melting spread. This place has a pizza oven but it is not pizza they are serving. Not even close and not good at all. I stopped here on my way out east for a slice and received an extremely hot slice of poorly prepared, cheap ingredients with an over abundance of flour. I had asked that the slices be just warmed, so my young daughter could eat it and the man nodded, and sent out these boiling hot slices. Also, I did not feel welcome here at all. I received no smiles from anyone, no hello, no goodbye or even a thank you for coming. Not recommended. read more

Awesome pizza, great friendly staff and conveniently located in a big parking lot. The ambiance is cool too it's a great Italian fusion spot with lots of unique offerings. The regular cheese slice was cooked perfectly, nice and crispy, high quality cheese, and a nice punchy/tangy tomato sauce. Loved it, 5 stars!!! read more

We visited this place on Feb 22nd around 2pm. I thought I posted this review already, but some how it got stuck in my drafts. It was on the way after visiting the South Fork Natural History Museum. It was a pretty cold day, so coming into this warm establishment felt like such a relief. There was no one when we got here, with plenty of parking. My first impression of this place is like a combination of a Latin food, pizza place, and breakfast deli! They had everything to satisfy your needs! Bagels? breakfast sandwiches, pizza, rice beans, and hot foods, they have it all! We just got three slices of pizza. Plain, chicken broccoli, and chicken parm. The pizza didn't taste that special it just tasted like good Long Island pizza. This place is like your one-stop shop for you and your hungry family and friends. Wrong phone number provided through google. So we ordered from here and picked up pizza from somewhere else, very confusing and needs to be sorted out between the BUSINESSES. The manager of this place called my friend and BERATED her for ordering from the wrong place. My friend was confused since she was not even the one who called originally and he said he "recognized her voice"- impossible. So rude, will NEVER go here. read more

This place is under new ownership. I walked in today to check it out and I must say its one of the BEST pizza places locally that I have been to if not the BEST in the area! The staff was super friendly explaining all the specialty slices they prepare. They have a wonderful TV menu board to see all the vast amount of specials they offer. So we sat down while they warmed up our specialty slices and then they brought them to table. The aroma of the food is overwhelming! It was not overly hot just right. My wife and my kids enjoyed their slices and I did as well. I also had some terrific garlic knots. I must say this is a great addition to the community. I look forward to visiting often. I should have gotten some slices to go because as write this review. I'm craving another slice ! read more

Before a movie why not a pizza, went for a pizza they all looks kind of sad. Notice that they had Latin food we order a soup, horrible soup full of those fakes knor flavor or consome. My husband got carne asada not same no flavor. Sorry probably the other food is good I don't know. Also.. the owner is creepy. read more

We have been there many times when it was Johns and several times with the present owners. Yesterday I bought a pizza and Caesar salad to share with 3 other people. I asked if anything contained soy and they said the dressing did. I told them that's no problem, I can't eat soy, but my other friends could. When we got to my friend's house to eat, there was no dressing included in a container- it was just lettuce, a few croutons and grated cheese. My friend called to ask if they could drop it off when they delivered in the area and they were laughing at us on the phone and in the background saying that I had said I didn't want it. I never said that- if they weren't sure they could have clarified it. Since they were laughing at us, we won't be back. It is not good to mock customers. read more

I try to give this place so many chances. I've been coming every now and then since it opened. Ingredients get cheaper and prices get higher. You can tell in the cheese and sauce. It was $15 for 3 average slices when I could've got 8 for $20 with higher quality ingredients down the road. Not to mention the place can't decide their target demographic. I don't really write reviews but I'm done here. The pizza is decent but the slices are way to big. Too much dough. The staff is too busy being pre occupied with themselves or on thier cell phones. Twice I came here and my pizza was left in the oven and was burned badly he had to put another slice in and it's not even busy. There customer service plain sucks. Then to make it up they give you free garlic knots and shit. How the hell do you burn pizza? Save yourself the headache and go to Scottos for real pizza and service. Ps your knots suck too. I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I have been customers for years. Two weeks ago I picked up pizza and a salad with my mom. When we arrived my mom asked boy at the registers if the salad dressing had soy in it, as she's allergic and the people in there had no clue so she said it was okay and that we would take it anyways. We went to a friends house with the food and when we opened the bag there was no salad dressing. We called up right away and the same boy answered and asked them why there was no salad dressing and he started laughing and said we said we didn't want it? Which makes no sense because you need to put it on the salad. He then passed the phone to a lady (not sure if she was the manager) and he made up a story of how we said we didn't want it when my mom specifically said she'll still take it she just wanted to know the ingredients for herself. They were whispering, talking about us and laughing and then she finally responded to me. She had a terrible attitude and the boy continued to laugh in the background. She responded with, "he said you told him you didn't want it", which was a complete lie because he wanted to save himself from his mistake. I would understand they may have gotten confused because of my mom asking about the ingredients inside but act professional. Laughing at a customer is extremely disrespectful, especially when it was your fault. We will not be returning & will be sure to warn our friends and family because this was not professional at all. Extremely disappointed and you need to retrain your staff. read more

I typically don't take the time to review a place, but had to with this one. I ordered a sicilian on the way home, picked it up and drove 5 min to my house. My family took a slice and it was not hot. Not even warm. Not cold from a refrig, but not edible. I called and was basically told by the person on the phone that I was lying. I said that I was trying this place instead of my usual (trying to support our local businesses), and again was made to feel like I did something wrong. I explained that all I wanted to do was bring this one back and have them make me a fresh hot one. After a few minutes of on hold, they told me 45-50 minutes. The pizza is ok. Nothing to rave about. But the customer service is what will kill this place. Keep making your customers feel like they did something wrong and you will be out of business. If the owner would like to contact me, I would be more than happy to go over the incident. read more
