Always fresh and delicious! Cute little place, plenty of parking. Waitresses always friendly and offer excellent service! If you like biscuits and gravy- this is the place! Light and fluffy, gravy loaded with sausage and flavor. Better than some I had down south! Highly recommend, they have something here for everyone. Always different monthly specials and they have a loyalty program Prices are really decent. Can't wait to go back.

First timers. Standard breakfast menu with some specialty items. Small location but seating is organized and quick, along with table service. It's bustling and loud during weekend breakfast time. Food was good and as expected. Look forward to trying some of their specialty items next time.

We are on a roll! Enjoying springtime and taking advantage of all this nice weather to get out of the house. The Poked Yolk is only open for breakfast and lunch. They close by 2:00 pm so you gotta get over there early! Sometimes the line is out the door, but we got lucky and were seated immediately. Our hot coffee came out very quickly, and our food plates were out a few minutes later. The challenge this week is to find KETO breakfast items and I was not disappointed. I ordered the 3 Little Pigs omelette. It comes with toast and hash brown potatoes which I packed up to go for my husband. My omelette was full of bacon, breakfast sausage and ham bits. Topped with a layer of cheddar cheese, this fit the KETO requirement on this day. My husband chose the Chicken Club omelet with hash brown and rye toast. He thoroughly enjoyed his toast with their signature Peach Jam, a real treat. We always feel a little cramped at the Poked Yolk, as the tables are set close together. All in all, a pleasant experience! Extensive gluten free and keto menu items are available

Plenty of parking, excellent quality breakfast food, the friendliest of servers...who could ask for a better place?! Small tables in the restaurant and plenty of them, a quieter atmosphere which I completely loved. We were seated right away and immediately asked for a drink order. Food and drink order came out very quickly. All the food was piping hot a decent portions for the price. Their homemade jam of strawberry pineapple was delicious! Single blueberry pancake was huge and had that slight crust to it. The poked yolk signature dish with the chorizo home fries was FANTASTIC! If you're in the area come and try them out, you won't be disappointed!

This is mine and my friends go to spot for breakfast! It's a small little place and it can get a little noisy when they are busy, it's never really been a long wait typically around 15 minutes and the staff is friendly. The food is cooked perfectly, I'm a fan of the home fries and bacon. My friend always gets the burger or the eggs Benedict. My only problem is I'm in a wheelchair and there are only a few tables I fit at and I can't get to the bathroom.

Service is excellent. Place is crowded and a bit noisy but still a great place. Place has amazing variety of breakfast food and tons to have gluten free. Will return to try something new. Grandson who has celiac was so happy to have so many choices

Went on a Saturday around 10am. Short wait time & quick service. Everything we tried was delicious and relatively very healthy. They also make their own homemade jam which was amazing. Portions aren't too crazy but honestly it's a perfect amount. Prices are also great so our group was overall very satisfied with our experience. I will definitely come back to try more!

Wow this place is busy but with good reason!! My daughter in law & I went around 10am & it only took a few minutes to get seated. Our waitress was nice as well as efficient & our food was brought out in a timely manner. We had apple carmel French toast & ham & the Bacon lover's breakfast that had 2 eggs, seasoned home fries, toast, & 6 pieces of bacon. Their preserve of the month was pineapple peach & was super good not tangy at all. We weren't made to feel rushed at all. There are only about 12 tables inside but there is an outside dining area with more. Definitely will return!

When we arrived we were told 40 mins. Which i had no problem with, so we left to get a car wash during the wait. Our table ended up being ready 6 minutes later. Not upset about getting seated early, but some accuracy with the timing would be much more appreciated. That is the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars- the food was great. Eggs Benedict 9/10 Probably one of the best Hollandaise sauces in buffalo. Lemony. Good flavor and good consistency. Eggs were cooked perfect- for me. The yolk was not runny, which I liked better (even though that's not traditional). Ham you could taste, was a little salty, but not too much. English muffin was toasted a little too much, little darker than I like but still it was fine. Home fries were just plain. Nothing special. Could do without them, I would sub for something else next time. Vanilla iced coffee 9/10 I think this was a special? This was really good. Didn't taste super sugary either. For someone who prefers a sweeter coffee- this was pretty great the way it was. Should keep this on the daily menu.

Service was the best part of our experience. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, veggie burger and eggs Benedict. Cuban's pork needs a bit of spice, hollandaise on Benny was a bit sweet. Menu priced appropriately.

Oh my goodness... if you want to truly experience the personality of Buffalo you have to come to…read moreBetty's!! The vibe is so right, in fact this restaurant has a personality of its own, which matches its amazing eclectic selection of delicious foods. On beautiful sunny Spring, Summer or Autumn days you can enjoy the neighborhood on the patio or you can always choose to dine in one of their several comfortable dining rooms all of which feature art (Some of which you can purchase ) that will get you leaving your seat for a closer look. We were rewarded with two truly special brunch items ... a layered "French toast" that I stared at as a diner near me ate hers and an orange infused pair of delicious waffles. They were perfect and filling (This ended up as our only meal on this beautiful Sunday.). The quality of service matched the food ... we lingered soaking in the atmosphere just enjoying life at Betty's. When asked by neighbors where we went for brunch we said "Betty's" and they smiled knowingly. Once you're familiar with Betty's you've found a friend.

I've visited Betty's numerous times, but I'm writing this review specifically about my recent…read moreexperience. I'll also include some general thoughts and photos of my time there. I called just before closing time to place a pickup order. I spoke to a man who asked me to hold. Then, another person answered the phone. She asked me how many orders I wanted and how soon I could get there. I answered her questions, and she asked if I could pay over the phone. She wouldn't authorize the payment until I arrived. She also asked me again how soon I could get there and said they could have the food ready in a "couple of minutes." At this point, I was frustrated. I had already answered her questions, and I wanted to focus on the actual items I wanted. I said, "I've answered the question already. Perhaps we can focus on a real customer service experience and talk about the actual items I would like." This was very off-putting. The woman seriously needs to practice customer service. The dynamic of the conversation changed. She was slightly more pleasant, but I shouldn't have to go through that to be treated with basic decency. I arrived at the establishment at this point, and the doors were locked. It was 2:00 p.m., and I waited for at least 5-6 minutes before someone came up and asked if I had the takeout order. I understand that Betty's is a small, locally owned, and incredibly fast-paced restaurant. However, to consistently feel mistreated each time I go is frustrating. I know this might sound like I'm making assumptions, but I can't help but feel like there might be a racial dynamic at play. I've witnessed many interactions at Betty's, and mine have been consistently unpleasant whereas I have not observed the same. Because of this, I won't be returning to Betty's. I encourage others who may have had similar experiences to consider avoiding it as well.
