I've had them before and they're tasty. They make them using Texas toast. So, my husband orders on the app and goes to pick up the food. He said the bag felt a little light so he pulled over thinking maybe they forgot something. When he pulled out what was supposed to be my sandwich, it was smaller than usual. He opened it and found what is pictured. My husband went back through the drive thru and was told they were out of Texas toast and they were out of American cheese. This sandwich appears to be some type of shredded white cheese on a puny little hamburger bun. *Sonic staff took it upon themselves to make an inadequate substitution without asking if we were okay with it. They just put this pathetic sandwich in the bag and handed it to my husband. I'm guessing they were hoping it wouldn't be noticed until he was already home. My husband was so upset that he drove off without asking for a refund. This wasn't the first time this Sonic was a subpar experience, but it was the last. We haven't been back and we have no plans on giving them another chance. *Our issue is solely with this particular Sonic Drive-In. We have never had a bad experience with any of the other locations. We have had several bad experiences with this one.

The host comes out and says "we're closed." I inform her that the sign outside is blinking "OPEN", door is unlocked. She says "we're closed" and tosses her hands up in the air. I leave and with a table of customers still inside she follows me and locks the door. So you close at 4:30....with a table of people inside eating. Open til 5PM but somehow you close randomly. This type of behavior isn't the first incident.
