Probably the best hummus and roasted vegetable salad I've had in my whole life. Very farm to table tasting. The biscuits were a little on the dryer side but doable. Our service was a little confused and handed us the incorrect menus which we found out when we were ready to place our orders. But overall I would come back for the salad.

Came here excited to see the premises of the Stanley hotel. So of course had to eat here. Service was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious., I still crave their mac & cheese. The drinks were delicious as well. Made to order margaritas. Go down to the bathroom. It is definitely something to see. Place is magical, and mysterious.

We counted on the Post for so many meals during the pandemic and I have done delivery multiple times since when my husband was out of town and I am no longer driving, that we felt the need to go in person today. One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. This ficus a personal size freshly made this morning it was nice to have for a meal with a side salad. But though good, it was not as hearty as the one we loved 5 years ago. Staff was friendly and attentive and my husbands favorite beer (El Korn) was on tap and my iced tea was customized perfectly . We even brought most of the salad home as it was a large serving for a lunch. We'll be back on Sunday for our wings and other treats that we need to pick up. And we can come back again for a lunch or dinner as the have more items for people like me who cannot eat fried chucked, with their grilled chicken or salmon.

Walked into The Post in Boulder just craving some good fried chicken. Simple. Honest. Nothing deep. And yet... I ended up having a whole emotional experience. Started with the cauliflower bites in sweet chili sauce -- and let's be clear -- these were not polite, side-salad energy cauliflower. These were "touch one and we're no longer friends" cauliflower. Sweet, crispy, addictive. I fell in love against my will. Then the fried half chicken arrived. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside -- like someone's Southern aunt spent years perfecting it. And yes -- there's a gluten-free fried chicken option that somehow tastes just as good. A plot twist I didn't see coming. The collard greens had that smoky-sweet-Sunday vibe, and once the house hot sauce entered the chat? Full gospel choir moment. And William at the bar? Welcoming, honest, and actually tells you what's good -- not "everything is amazing" menu-script energy. The man can be trusted.

Post Biscuits and Gravy (4/5): I liked the subtle cheddar flavor and the gravy was pretty good. Chicken and Waffles 2.0 (3/5): The chicken was juicy but heavily under seasoned and under fried. Surprising from a place that highlights its chicken. The waffle was just ok. I thought the sausage crumble would be a great add, but the meat wasn't very flavorful. I also wasn't a huge fan of the rosemary. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)

Brunch menu (on weekends they only offer this, not the lunch menu).

I went in thinking I would be able to order off the lunch menu since it was 1:00pm but on weekends they only serve food off the brunch menu. Disappointed I couldn't try the cauliflower wings since that was my main reason for wanting to try. I ordered the lions mane mushroom burger and got the sweets & beets as my side. Our server didn't know what the side was made of when I asked, guessing pickled onions, but it was just roasted sweet potatoes and beets. Came with some goat cheese and pesto on top too which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, enjoyable!

Highly recommend! The food was amazing and the service outstanding! The place was clean, we will definitely return.

Amazing service, great food and the place was clean. We will definitely back, my kids order lemonade the server mention that the lemonade is always made there so it's fresh and even though it has sugar is wasn't that sweet but she was going to get extra sugars in case, they got their lemonade it was super sower they finished all the sugar and still was sower, I told my husband the kids where going to drink their waters because they did not like their lemonade's and to try them so he knew what I was talking about, less than 5 min later the server mention she was told they forgot to put sugar in the lemonade's and they could changed them for free for another lemonade or any drink the kids would like, this is why I'm saying they have great service because we where not expecting anything.

Came back again this year, because we loved this place so much the year before! We got the deviled eggs again and shared a 5 piece chicken tender meal. Both were as remembered - delicious! I will add that you have to try (and possibly buy a bottle like we have done twice) the jalapeno hot sauce. it is SO GOOD!!!!!!

    Goat Cheese Fried Chicken

I have to say this was the best salad I have ever had. I am not a fried food person at all, but take my advice cheat on this one. The seasonings on the fried chicken and the quality of the chicken are worthy. The vinaigrette dressing, the roasted peppers and the goat cheese are perfection. Great vibe in the restaurant and super friendly servers I will be back.

Loved it! My son is gluten-free and dairy-free and they were able to make their amazing gluten free fried chicken (which usually has buttermilk) dairy free for him. They also have gluten free hamburger buns! Even if you aren't gluten free, the food is great (chicken and waffle is the best! But also amazing loaded fries and Mac and cheese) s and the drinks are awesome too! Attentive, kind service. Happy customers!

The most incredible cauliflower I have ever tasted!

Absolutely Fantastic Experience! We had an incredible dining experience at The Post! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Delia, was darling--attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant is a fun, casual and warm environment. The manager, Shelley, was amazing--so warm and welcoming, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our meal. To top it all off, we indulged in an over-the-top dessert that was just phenomenal. As a wonderful surprise, we were even given a gift certificate to return, which we will absolutely be using while we are here in Boulder. Looking forward to coming back for another fantastic meal! Would highly recommend The Post to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a truly memorable dining experience!

Chicken was tough, dry and overcooked. Other condiments were just fine and worth reordering.

Nothing has changed whatsoever. From the funky mural on the garage door to the sticker-lined walls of the cooler to the remote location on the less popular side of Boulder, Vision Quest is proof that us beer lovers still long for breweries of this nature. See Andrew H's recent review for his spot-on analysis! The beer selection rocks. Pales, porters, IPA's, lagers, sours, stouts, and ambers. Quality over quantity, while still maintaining a variety of flavors. I was in a pale/IPA mood last Friday, and the Hoosier Head and Boombox were quite tasty. Only a few seats at the bar, but plenty of seating indoors. If the weather is nice, you'll find everyone sitting outside staring at the mountains. They host community events, vinyl nights, have a bunch of board games, etc. These are the breweries of yesteryear. The one that skyrocketed the craft beer movement. They are a dime a dozen these days. Vision Quest is one of them, and you can still find that magic here.

I like the vibes of the place though; simple, no-nonsense kind of small breweries with regulars who sit by the bar and chat with the staff. There were people with their laptops working away as well. Best part of this place is the golden toilet. Way to make your customers feel like a king.
