The blind had been lowered and was laying on the backrest of the booth seat. The man identified to be the manager said they usually put the blind behind the booth but when I pointed out that if were not damaged and missing the protective end cap then it wouldn't have scratched my husband so badly, he was very dismissive and told the waitress in Spanish to give us our check so we could leave.
