It is incredibly well-maintained, spotless, and designed in a way that lets the boys have a blast while I actually feel relaxed. The onsite cafe is also such a convenient touch--we always grab the boys smoothies for the ride home! What really sets this business apart, though, are the owners. Michael and his wife are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll ever meet. They truly care about the families coming through their doors and make you feel right at home every time. I have been to this location several times over the last year (since it first opened), and each time I had been impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness. Today was a very different story. As soon as we entered I could see that the place was a mess. Toys were all over the place, nothing had been neatened up, and the foam floor pieces were buckling in several spots. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we were the only customers, so it seemed odd that it was such a mess. The sand pit area is overrun with toys and the kitchen area was trashed. The round sitting bench that used to spin no longer does (we were told it broke), and there is a random metal climbing dome with a slide that has paper and tape on it, seemingly covering screws or something. For the price of admission (25.00), I can't say I will hurry back unless I learn that things are being better maintained. I never understand when places start to grow, but as they do, they let other things go. The appeal of the Littles Play Cafe was the trust I had in the cleanliness and maintenance, but today I lost my faith. I hope they do better, because when it is good, it's a nice place for little ones to play.
