[[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was excellent and the location is superb A at the hub/center of the concourse intersections for A, B & C.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The fish and chips was marginal - not bad - but nothing special. One of my fish fillets had a hard lumpy, section and I didn't eat the 2nd piece of fish because of this. The fries were crispy and good. The dish was served hot!

Cocktails

The food was pretty good. I've heard great things about this place so I was really sad it didn't live up to expectations. I manage a bar and am pretty understanding with service and drinks but the black hair young girl bartender made me the absolute worst margarita I've ever had and never asked us how our food or drinks were. She was nice but definitely inexperienced the service was pretty awful. We got ignored for the first 15 minutes. It was just a weird experience and paying $25 when it didn't even taste anything close to what it was supposed to be is crazy. I have no idea what she did to the "margarita" but it was super sweet and horrible. There was also no salt rim which was on the menu :( I'll probably try it again if I get the opportunity. Probably just a bad one off day.

Chicken Sandwich on pretzel bun
Tyler T.

Price - $20-30 per person Stopped by here for a quick lunch before my flight home. I got a spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with chips. The sandwich was really good but it was a pretty big. I felt like taking a nap after eating that meal which worked out great for the flight home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant does feel like you are in a UK pub in the middle of an American airport.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was friendly and took care of us in a timely manner. If you are at the airport looking for a bite to eat or to get a drink or two, this would be a good place to stop at.

Classic Wedge Salad
Jennifer G.

Classic Wedge Salad -- exactly what you'd hope for when you're on the road and craving something familiar. Crisp iceberg, generous toppings (plenty of bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, and crunchy fried onions), and a creamy chive buttermilk dressing that pulls it all together. Nothing fancy, just solid and satisfying. Comfort food in salad form.

Tennent's Scottish Lager on draft! Brilliant!
Steve M.

It's an airport pub. A tall boy of Tennent's Scottish Lager cost $10, so not too bad. Craft selections might cost a wee bit more. Like the name states, it looks and feels like a dark, cozy English pub. Service is fantastic. A good place to stop and wet your whistle with an airport beer

We always arrive at the airport early and sit down for breakfast. The Pub looked inviting with an English style interior. You seat yourself and the menu can be pulled up on your phone. We were there for breakfast and there are only 3 choices, but they worked fine for us. Our server was super friendly and attentive and even brewed us a fresh pot of decaf coffee. You have a choice of a breakfast sandwich, an omelet, or eggs and bacon. I opted for over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns and an English muffin. Food arrived in under 10 minutes and was hot and exactly what I ordered. Our server continued to ask if we needed anything and was prompt about bringing the check. Would definitely stop again if at this airport.

Delicious fish and chips, good service, generous portions! Would definitely recommend this as a stop when in the airport.

Huge bummer . Have eaten here in the past. The corned beef was from a can , cold , and tasted like cat food.

Really liked the country fried chicken. Gravy was really good. Nice server, attentive but not overbearing. Eggs cooked perfectly.

Decent place. Staff was friendly and food was cooked to order and prompt. You really cannot ask for much else at an airport.

The food was good and reasonably priced. However, I was charged $10 for a beer. Ridiculous. Will not be back.

We went on a Saturday evening around 5pm and ordered…read more cocktails and wings. I've seen other reviews about the wings being too crispy but I thought they were great! I want them to be crispy on the outside with a mouthful of chicken in each bite and they were just that. The lemon pepper sauce was very salty, but I love salt and vinegar chips so I was prepared. This is your typical Irish bar - long bar with 8-10 rectangle tables. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was very friendly and helpful.

You won't even be able to stand. As for my other visit, it was on a Friday night. A nice sized crowd, full bar. Sports game on the television. A nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar. A great touch is the 1 pinball machine in the corner. Older game but it does take up something to do with friends. As with service we were told that the bar is extremely behind by a rude bartender named Meg. You can tell she was overwhelmed and just seemed to be having a rough day. A few minutes later we were told by staff that the kitchen was now closed. Pretty strange as the menu is mainly all bar served fried food or burgers etc. The bartender also announced that they were out of fish as well. I continued to order drinks, they were cold and tasted as advertised. About an hour or so later , the kitchen was then re opened when the bar was less crowded. I order a dozen wings, garlic Parmesan with ranch. The wings were real solid. Nice and crispy and the garlic and parm combo was just enough. The basket of fries we got were average fries. Not crispy, nor salty but atleast they were hot. The prices were about average, no complaints about that. Overall, the bar does not seem to handle stress or large crowds very well. My wings were good, fries were average like I said. My friends attend this bar often and did tell me that this bar is not like this usually. May have been a rough day. I assume I will be back again, I wouldn't pick this place to go to but the location is close enough to the area we hang out. Not so much of any certain type of theme at the bar but I did notice the staff recognize many patrons by name so it will continue to be the neighborhood bar for many. Overall a 6.7 out of 10.

Erin was our server and she was amazing, from beginning to end! We would come back just for her, but I know she works limited hours because she's busy being an epic artist! She let my dad tell her dad jokes and when he wanted to meet Leo (because he looks like Fish from Shoresy and my mom thought he was hot) they obliged which was truly going above and beyond (even if it made me and my sister a little awkward). The boudin balls were great! Very similar to New Orlean's verisons so that was great! We also tried the hot rocks which were also great! Our table tried both gumbos, the jambalaya and the crab cakes. All of which were delicious and the closest you'll find to NOLA style around here! For dessert my mom scored the last creme brulee which made her day and the rest of us had beignets. Their beignets are definitely not Cafe Beignet or Loretta's level, but they are still absolutely delicious as their own dessert, like a mix between a funnel cake and a beignet! Drinks were also amazing! It's one of like 3 places you can get a Pimms cup in Cleveland! They had a lot of other cool options and Sunday looks like it's usually an all day happy hour so we have to go back! And finally, I just have to note how beautiful the place is. Decor everywhere you look, my little sister couldn't stop taking pictures! It was such a lovely experience! I can't say enough great things!

Our favorites are of course the Chicken Gumbo and Jambalaya but tried to duck wings that were crispy and perfectly cooked. We also tried to fried okra that was awesome. The craft beer and cocktail menu is extensive and we upgraded to the large hurricane, which was fruity and refreshing. Service was Excellent. Highly recommend!

After looking over the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of both vegan and non-vegan options available. In fact, if you ask, they have a separate vegan menu with tons of choices, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something appealing. The atmosphere has that classic small-town neighborhood bar feel--casual, comfortable, and full of local charm. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the experience even better. We ordered the vegan pierogi dinner and the meatloaf dinner. The vegan cheese in the pierogies wasn't our favorite, but the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall. The meatloaf dinner was a generous portion and absolutely excellent--comfort food done right. Between the welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and great service, The Rowley Inn was a delightful find.
