There were 6 or 7 employees and not one of them offered to help. They were standing around talking about a party they went to. I called and spoke to the manager "Zach" and told him about our recent experience. Instead of listening, he just kept making excuses and cutting me off. As a former small business owner I know how hard it is to find good help, but as a business owner it's your responsibility to monitor your employees, many times when an employee has worked a job for too long they become bitter and unpleasant with customers because they are unhappy, when this happens it is time to insist that they change their attitudes or move on. G&H were up front in telling me that even if they could find it, that because of specialty parts and tools from Land Rover, they may not be able to actually fix it. The guys were very diligent in their troubleshooting and after some time, found a loose bolt on the lower end of one of the airshocks. No expensive parts, no specialty tools, just tightened up the bolt, tested to make sure that solved the issue and sent me on my way (for less than I spent on lunch on the way home.
