I don't know why I have never left feedback for Marshall and his team. Maybe I thought the Radiator Works didn't need it. I mean, why would they?!? They do outstanding work every time. I've been taking my old rusty radiators, gas tanks, and heater cores to the Radiator Works for over 40 years. There have often been gaps of several years between visits and Marshall always remembers me by name. It's a special skill that many people these days don't think is important, but it makes me feel VALUED as a customer. My latest project, a 1977 Chrysler Town & Country, needed the radiator and gas tank rebuilt, which they did perfectly and on schedule. The tough part on this car was the heater core. Brought an exhaust in to have a tab welded so I could mount it to my motorcycle. Not only did they know the exhaust type of metal it was, but took many precautions to make sure it was done correctly. They tac welded it so I could bring it back and fit it to the bike properly before fully welding it on. The weld is beautiful and as solid as could be. Keep in mind, they did this all in a few hours. Looks like Marshall fixed the coolant leak in my car! Hurrah!! And it cost 1/3 of what it would have at Galpin Ford. THEY won't even tell you what the problem is without charging you $130 to diagnose. Marshall looked over the problem - no charge. He replaced the broken bits with Ford parts (from Galpin no less!). He even gave me the name of a mechanic so I can get the oil leak repaired! Great service - great price! If I ever have a radiator issue again, I'll be sure to bring my vehicle here! read more

I only get to rate five stars, but I'd happily give them 100. I can't say enough about Marshal and the guys at Radiator Works. My Chevy Avalanche had a BIG problem that required quite a bit of custom welding to fix it. Not only did they take care of the problem, it was done almost immediately despite there being a backlog of other vehicles in their garage. Not only that, they didn't charge much at all. Too little, I thought, for the work they did in the time they did it, so I didn't think twice about "tipping." I met Marshall some 30 + years ago, when he had just been in business about a week or a few, this guy is AMAZING and there is NO END to his talent. I was just resorting my 1962 Volvo P1800 Convertible, and my mechanic Topi Hynynen his company then was TVR RACING in North Hollywood, he has since retired back to his native Finland. He turned me on to Marshall to build a SUPER DUPER high efficiency radiator as the motor was a B20 bored out stroked and Dynoed at well over 225 hp with dual 44 Webbers. The moral of the story is that Marshall stepped up and built a Gorgeous Super Cooler Copper core radiator, Never Ever was there any cooling problems even with such a High Output engine that had a rev line of about 7,500 rpm. I sold the car in 1993, next owner Never had a problem, he just sold it in 2020 same radiator since about late 1980's, Still cooling GREAT.. I am still a faithful customer, and Marshall is restoring my 1969 Corvette Stingray 427/400 hp +++ to a Super Cooler all copper core and will look all Original for this All Original Vette.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RADIATOR SHOP!! IT IS A RIP OFF, A RIP OFF. I called and asked for a price to clean a rusted gas tank. The owner quoted a price of $60.00. When I arrived he said it would cost $130 dollars. I have gone through this bait and switch twice. I wasted my entire day driving 20 miles to this shop only to find out he lied about the price. A new Gas Tank costs only $100.00. It does not make sense, he charges more money to clean a Gas Tank then to purchase a new one. Don't waste your time at this shop. I brought my 2009 Corvette in on Monday with a heavy drip. Marshall popped the hood and took a look around. He found the problem within 2 minutes - a busted hose connector. As it turns out, the part was not available thru his usual suppliers. The connector comes with extra parts like a hose that I did not need so Marshall opted not to buy it thru the Chevrolet dealership ($$$$) and fabricated his own. So instead of an expensive plastic part, I have a custom one made of copper. Works like a champ! I did not realize that he does not take credit cards so he let me come back and pay him the next day. Wow. I am so impressed with his service, skill, honesty, integrity.....the list goes on and on! I can't believe as long as these guys have been at this location they don't have more reviews! As hidden as this location is, word of mouth of their amazing service has to be what has sustained business. My brother for starters has not reviewed them but has brought 3 of his cars within past ten years here. So when I explained to my brother that I believed I had a crack in my radiator, He blurted out "Radiator Works" before I could finish. He told me (exact words) "Dude is a good guy. He always helps me". So without making an appointment I headed over to "Dude" and was initially grilled/interrogated about my car issue. This would later serve to get a better understanding of what problem was. Extrememly knowledgeable! Within a short time I was told that the problem was much more minor than I thought and considerably less expensive than I expected. They helped me in working on car immediately as I was on foot and could not bring car back next day due to work schedule. They worked a bit past closing time to complete the job. 2 months later I am good to go, have not had ANY problems since. I CANNOT express enough how honest, genuine and helpful Radiator Works is. I am so greatful to have found them and have vowed to come only here, for future needs. I have told my boyfriend living in inland empire to come here next time he has a radiator problem. Took in the radiator for my 1961 Ford Falcon for a cleaning right before closing on Saturday. Marshall and his crew had it ready by 4pm on Monday. This was my first time going to The Radiator Works, and I must say that with just speaking to the guys, they know anything and everything when it comes to radiators. I've been to other radiator shops and they almost always say that the radiator isn't repairable and a new one would have to be installed. Just by looking at the racks in the shop, you can tell that they won't try to sell you a new radiator unless there is no other option. There are stacks of replacements parts and a guy with a torch tucked away in the back repairing radiators. They also clean and repair gas tanks. I just recently purchased my Falcon that was sitting for 10 years and needs to get the gas tank cleaned. I'll be seeing Marshall and the guys real soon to get that done. read more

I located this company on Yelp and man, were the prior ratings spot on! I recently had a accident with my 1991 Isuzu Trooper which trashed my radiator. After locating their company on Yelp I phoned for an appt. I took my Trooper there on a Friday afternoon and got it back Saturday morning. They were very friendly, professional, prompt, and did excellent work! Their shop is floor to ceiling radiator parts. They were able to repair my vintage Trooper's radiator which needed some creative work that only an experienced shop could pull off, and so quickly. Oh, did I mention their prices are extremely competitive, actually very very fair. That said, they only except cash or check - no credit cards.
