They said they didn't care that we were regulars and called the security guard over. We explained the situation, and his response directly to us was: "I don't care, you can shut up, close your tab, and leave." We had already spent plenty of money there and were not asking for special treatment, but the lack of professionalism was awful. I've worked in customer service for almost a decade and have never spoken to a customer that way. This is exactly how a good place can lose loyal customers because of incompetent staff.

The jalapeño burger was good nothing crazy to write about though. The buffalo fries were delicious; it comes with blue cheese crumble and dip on the side which is perfect. Also bacon crumpled over the fries. Everything overall was great and for 2 people it was $60 total. Great bar/restaurant to grab a bite in and watch he game and support local business!

This place is seriously great... they have full liquor and lots 'o beers too. I really like the patio with the fireplace. Gave my friends and I a place to sit and smoke while drinking. The music was a little loud, but it was Saturday night so I guess that makes sense. All in all, a fantastic bar. Honestly way better than the other local watering holes. Can't wait until summer so I can spend so more time here. Oh, one thing to note... happy hour is from 11 - 7 and the bar does free pool during that time. We played for like 2 hours for free. I'm a big fan of the atmosphere in this bar, and I've enjoyed many good nights at the counter. It does have all the makings of an average sports bar, but is so much more than that when you meet the staff and regular patrons. It's a great place for both game time and party night, and I've cheered on the big game and had really good conversations all over the place. I'm not really one to go to bars that often, but when my friends and I want to go out, we always come to The Regal Bar. The atmosphere is very nice and the bar is usually kept extremely clean! The beer selection is nice too. They usually have my favorite types of beer on tap and occasionally I will see some other micro brews on tap that I can try out. I have been to the bar that used to be where The Regal is now and I must say that the owners have really done a great job of cleaning the place up! Very friendly staff! Friday nights are my favorite...karaoke and all of the "great" singing keep me coming back! I hear Saturday does Karaoke as well...I'll have to check it out.
