Our mom was in a larger facility where she was not getting the personal attention she was needing. We felt that mom would be happier in a home-like setting where she saw the same people all the time. At Sweet Home Care, our mom received so much love and care. The Administrator, Nicoleta, was in constant communication with us. The care givers were wonderful in every way. They worked tirelessly for each of the residents. The food was healthy and fresh. My mom let us know that the food tasted good. The facility's surroundings were fresh and clean. We had no idea just how blessed we were to have our mom cared for the way Nicoleta, and her staff, cared for her. The communication was great! We were informed, in a timely manner, as mom's needs changed. We were informed of the transitional phases of end of life. Nothing came as a surprise. If you have to place your loved one in a facility, I highly recommend that you think about a residential care home. While we were sorry for the circumstances, we were blessed to be led to "Sweet Home Care" where our mom received the best experience!
