Bar Grazie has become a fast favorite for me. Most recently I visited with my kids on Easter and enjoyed the buffet. The selection was great and the cocktails are always delicious. The Purple Haze Margarita and Espresso Martinis are my fave! What really stood out for me this last visit was the service - our server Brian was so patient, kind, attentive and sweet. My 10 year old even noticed how wonderful the service was and made sure to tell me to leave a good tip LOL. Ryan behind the bar is also so lovely! He treats everyone with the same kindness and hospitality and makes delicious cocktails. I love Bar Grazie and will definitely be back - over and over again. read more

Wowow so much food, and portions are huge! The rice ball is HUGE! 3lbs is no joke, but it sure was tasty. Moving on to the pretzel, also a generous size and it was nice and soft. Entrees were tasty. The chicken cutlet al peppi was recommend by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Chicken was a big piece, on top of a nice bed of angel hair pasta. These meals were definitely NOT skimpy in the slightest. The burrata and vodka sauce tied the whole entree together. Moving onto dessert, I was so shocked to see a DF/GF option. It was a decent amount of little cake bites on the plate. The cookie platter was insane, and obviously we had leftover cookies to bring home. Overall a great experience and a bar casual atmosphere. This place is great. Had my daughter's bday party here. I also ate with my wife and daughter at a separate table. After a minor miscommunication early, service was amazing, and the food was even better. Plus you have to get dessert. Our waiter gave his honest opinion on all of them. The crem brule donuts were amazing, they were actually mood changing that's how amazing they taste. First time here, will definitely be going back. Great Place. read more

The food at Bar Grazie was very tasty, and even though we ordered takeout, I didn't have the typical issues with my order (like I usually do with L.I. restaurants in general). For some reason, restaurants on L.I. love to put my cold salad in the same to-go bag as the hot food, thus wilting and ruining my salad by the time it gets home. DRIVES ME NUTS. Bar Grazie at least had the foresight to NOT do that, so that my salad was cold and edible upon reaching me. Yay, Bar Grazie !!! So, we ordered two different salads... the Mexican Caesar salad, which was a normal Caesar salad with cotija cheese instead of parmesan, and corn chips instead of croutons. Supposedly, the Caesar dressing had cilantro in it, but I couldn't taste it, which is fine by me, considering I'm not a huge fan of cilantro. The salad was really good. The other salad was their Italian chop, which had romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hot & sweet soppressata, and Italian vinaigrette. For some reason, it was missing olives, cucumber and parmesan cheese, but it tasted fine, even though we were missing some key ingredients. (Gee, I guess the fact that they didn't put the hot with cold items was a huge deal to me cuz normally, I'd be super annoyed they forgot some of the salad ingredients, and I wasn't this time. Go figure.) As for our entree, we ordered the Drunken Burrata Pizza, which had vodka sauce, prosciutto, and burrata on pizza dough. Whoa, that was so good. I live in Calif., and we honestly don't have a lot of places that offer vodka sauce, and what we do have, it's nothing like what exists on L.I. It is soooooooooooooo delicious and different on L.I., wherever we've had it, from what scarce amounts we can find in CA. Just no comparison whatsoever. Speaking of scarce, I probably would've liked a few more pieces of prosciutto on our pizza. It was looking a bit chinsey, but we made it work anyway. I know my daughter and son-in-law order from Bar Grazie frequently, so I'm sure we will have the opportunity to eat their food again when visiting. I will look forward to it !! read more

Visited Bar Grazie twice within one week, guess that can say a lot within for itself. I haven't dine at the establishment since it was previously Ciao Baby. Not knowing what to expect, I can say I was surely impressed with the quality service and food. Their happy hour surely made me happy and their brunch was enjoyed by myself and my son. The flavors of the food was very good however, I bought the Porkchop Martini that didn't mention any breading on it. It came breaded and I left most of it because I struggle eating breaded pork. I mentioned it to the waitress, but she didn't do anything about it, and didn't take anything off of the bill. The flavor of the gravy that was on it was excellent. The mashed potatoes were also very good. We started out our meal with stuffed zucchini flowers which was good. We ended our meal with creme brulee donuts and the gelato cones, which were also very good. The meal came to about $70 a person which was way too much, considering I left just about all of my pork chop there on my plate. First off be sure to make a reservation as this place is always booked. The atmosphere is lively, fun and refreshing this is not a "romantic date" setting. The Open bar, Large TVs and loud chattering is the norm so take an advil in advance if you need it! This is a definite neighborhood hotspot for young couples, friends and family celebrations. This is an awesome brunch spot! They serve bottomless and for a great price and the ambiance is fun, clean and trendy. Our waiter was so friendly and catered to all of our needs. Let's start with the kids' meals. We sat outside and ordered for the kids first--pizza and buttered pasta. The pizza was actually pretty tasty, but the buttered pasta had no flavor at all. We ended up adding quite a bit of salt and pepper just to make it palatable. I had the Chicken Cutlet al Peppi, and I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken--it was well done--but again, I had to add salt. My cousin got the Sunrise Chicken Parm sandwich, and she liked it, but also felt it needed extra seasoning. On a brighter note, the garlic chips were a hit--very flavorful. Now, about what really changed our experience: our server was great--friendly and attentive. But the issue was with another staff member. We saw a woman signaling our server to hurry up and clear our table, clearly trying to rush us out. That moment was disappointing and really soured the end of our visit. Yes, we had two kids with us who were a little restless, but that's no excuse for being made to feel unwelcome. It felt abrupt, especially when we were handed the check and then immediately asked if we wanted dessert--what were we supposed to do, eat it on the way out during your 80s night? Neighborhood place but was there yesterday for the first time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was a blend of people from different age groups. There is a beautiful bar in the back of the restaurant that I want to hang out there next time. The food menu offers is extensive. The handhelds sandwiches were very good. Our server was very good! My only complain is the location we set. It was very tight and uncomfortable not only of us but for the server also. There was no need to pit is in that corner when there were plenty of open tables.
