Both were priced at $19, which is understandable for the salad(but that wasn't even anything to write home about), but the pizza???? Talk about low quality mozzarella and a couple of shriveled up pieces of basil(mostly on like two of the slices)... Do yourself a favor and get a pizza from Cibo cos it's $16 and they're authentic and delicious. Or even Godfathers if you're spending the money. Pizza by delivery. I'm picky with pizza and this was quite good. The delivery time was very fast and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the pizza. The crust looks and tastes fresh and homemade. It's wood fired just right, crisp with chew. Red sauce was delicious, if on the spicy side. It had a ton of ingredients and didn't get soggy. Since it was delivery, it was pricey but no worse than other local pie places. It's way better than those frozen dough chain spots. Will visit in person soon! read more

Went for happy hour and unfortunately we weren't told you have to dine at the bar for HH when we called to inquire. We really wanted to sit outside so had to order from the regular menu. Minus one point. On the plus side, the Sicilian pizza is amazingly good; thin crust, shaved cheese, prosciutto, salami, Italian sausage, black olives, basil, and red sauce. Almost as good as any pizza I've had in Italy. Their microbrew tap rotates and they do have IPA's on tap, so don't panic when you check out their website for beer. Super friendly and helpful wait staff! Will be going back soon to try the other pizzas. read more

I was very skeptical going into The Ridge for brunch this morning, but La Provence had an insane wait and we were pressed for time. I hadn't been into this place since it was BJ Willy's and I was never impressed, so it's carried a bad stigma for me. Lol. But we went in and I was rather surprised! It was just before 11 am, and since the bar was empty we opted for one of the tables in there and were greeted right away. Our waiter was super friendly and kept checking in on us even after the place was filled. I ordered the traditional eggs benedict with hash browns, and my friend ordered the avocado eggs benedict with hash browns as well. The food came out pretty quickly and it looked fantastic...except that mine was not a traditional eggs benny, it was the avocado too. And although I did tell the waiter, I did not ask them to remake it because we were pressed for time. And it was rather delicious...their hollandaise sauce has a hint if dill and it was amazing! Our waiter brought our check in a timely fashion and he had taken off my meal since it wasn't what I ordered...I thought that was stellar! So all and all, I was kind of glad that La Provence was packed so that I could give The Ridge another chance. We will certainly be back! read more

Ok, where do I begin? This place is low profile food in a nice building. Don't be fooled. Drinks were good. It's extremely overpriced for the quality. It started good. The avocado fries were interesting and tasty. But $11 for half an avocado is a bit ridiculous. The New England clam chowder was delicious and full of clams. That's where the good experience ended. My partner ordered a steak medium well. It came out rare (see pic). I tried to eat it, but it was even to rare for me--and I like medium. The asparagus was undercooked and hard. My fish tacos were over-cooked and dry and completely boring. The rice they served with it was completely bland and flavorless. Neither entree had any flavor and there was not a salt shaker to be found. The service was good and the waiter was friendly. I think he was a little embarrassed. He took $12 off the bill, but it still wasn't worth it. My advice--pick a different restaurant unless you enjoy paying 5 star prices for a 2 star meal. Checked out the the ridge last week for a pre-movie date with my husband. The service and food were good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. They are a bit pricey, but still felt it was fair because the portions were generous. Their salad dressings are scratch recipes and we're super tasty and fresh. I ordered the classic Caesar salad and my husband ordered the garden salad with ranch dressing. The Caesar dressing had that umami punch that I love, with the right balance of anchovies and garlic. For our entree's we order the Mediterranean pasta with grilled chicken and the the ridge steak plate. The entree's were delicious and generous in portion. read more

If someone makes eye contact with you they must need something. There were three or four people working and it wasn't very busy. Don't think I've ever had an experience quite like this. Without being too long winded, we ordered four dishes and three of the four were such a complete disaster I had to say something. The Beef Stroganoff was terrible. The noodles were stiff a dry and the ground beef pieces were stuck together and dry and without enough sauce. I wish I had taken a picture. My sons New York Strip Steak was way over cooked and dry. I asked for Medium rare. The mashed potatoes that the steak came with were dry and literally crumbled on the plate. My daughters burger was thin and dry and was just barely edible by my 10 year old. A Big Mac would have been more appetizing. This is not the fault of the waitress. She was pleasant and understanding, but the food......come on. I didn't eat my dish and left the restaurant hungry. We are locals and unfortunately will not be coming back. read more

We have gone here multiple times and tonight was pretty disappointing. In short, we had a group of five of us and one of our orders was the wrong order. They took it back and said it would be out quickly. He ended up having to wait for about twenty minutes after all of us, got his Sirloin Salad dish, and it was a very sad salad and a very abysmal amount of meat. We then waited for another twenty minutes for the waiter to bring us the check. They removed one of the beers from the meal... when the guy who ordered didn't even have a beer. So it wasn't a huge bust, but I doubt I would recommend the place to anyone. The queso was "aiight", but the pizza definitely made up for it. The crust is hand toss and they make them 24hrs ahead of time. The crust is the right consistency thin and crispy, but with a little a bit of chewiness. She's new, young and very nice. She even apologized for how long it was taking for our food. I didn't even notice until I saw the table next to us get there food first even tho we sat down and took our order a good 15-20 min before. So listen I come to The Ridge because I live so close I just want to sit outside have a beer and a appetizer. My 9month old can be preoccupied by watching other kiddos and my dog just people watching. Be thankful the splash pad is there, otherwise you'd probably be out of business. Well, this is our 2nd time here and we're very disappointed with the pizza. While it's tasty enough and better than Dominos, there isn't very much sauce and practically no cheese!. Tried The Ridge for the first time yesterday. I wanted to try somewhere new and kept an open mind. First, the good. Our server was kind and we were seated right away. Our waiter stopped by our table a few times throughout our visit which I appreciated. Our food came out in a timely manner, but the restaurant wasn't too busy. Every encounter I had with the staff was pleasant! My husband and I started with mozzarella sticks- for $10.50, we expected a basket of them, but were disappointed with the amount we received for the price. However, they were good! My husband ordered the el Diablo burger, which we were told was very spicy (something we like). He finished his plate but told me that it was not the greatest burger he had ever had, and it was hardly able to be considered spicy. I ordered the gnocchi- for $18 I expected a whopping dish, but once again, the portion to price ratio was waaay off. I personally love gnocchi, and I thought adding truffle was a great idea, but man was that dish way too garlicky! A lot more than I would have liked. Secondly, I was very disappointed that my meal was cold- the plate was cold and my meal could not even be considered lukewarm. Lastly, that gnocchi was like chewing through cement- not pleasant! It was literally the chewiest meal I have ever had- another thing I could have done without. I had high hopes for this place, and I was very sad to be disappointed.
