I booked these guys through U-Haul. It took them 8 hours to load two 20x10 storage units. Upon further investigation after they left, larger boxes were stored on top of smaller boxes, items were broken. Furniture parts were stuffed behind sheet metal screws gouging recently new furniture. My young boys would have had more common sense to store things than they did. But as if that wasn't enough, I called the owner/manager about the problems sending him photos of the damages. After promising to meet me on a given date to try and rectify the issue, he was a complete no-show. When I attempted to call to follow-up, my calls conveniently rolled over to voicemail. Worst company ever. Been trying to call the them for of a month to get items they broke in their truck fixed. They took them over 2 weeks ago and told me the items would by back in my home by the end of the same week. Here I am week weeks out, Items are still not in my home, no return call from the owner or anyone else in their company, their phone number goes to a call center and can never get ahold of anyone. I'm promised that the owner or someone for the company will call me back each time I call, every day for that last 2 weeks, and have not received a call at all to this time. So, I'm embarrassed to say that I have been meaning to write this review for over two years, since we moved on Valentine's Day of 2017. These guys did such a great job, and I was reminded that I needed to write this review because I just recommended them to a friend who is moving. Firstly, we drastically underestimated how much stuff we had - full apartment plus a full attic. Fortunately, the two man crew who arrived assessed the amount of rooms/items to move, and was able to arrange for two additional movers to assist. Then, they did a terrific job of moving all of that stuff out of a second floor apartment down a very narrow set of stairs. After expertly loading the truck, they arrived at our new residence to find...guess what?...more stairs! The new house is on a hill with 22 stairs to get up to the deck stairs and then another flight to the main entrance on the second floor. These guys worked HARD and did a phenomenal job moving a ton of stuff up and down a ton of stairs. On top of it, they were so positive and well-natured about the whole thing - despite us keeping them from their wives longer than anticipated on Valentine's day! Hired this company to move an elliptical from one house to another. They knew ahead of time the arms had to come off, as we discussed this before the job starting. The movers were stubborn and tried to jam the machine in. They damaged the doorway and sheetrock going up the stairs. Furthermore, they cracked the handles on the arms of the machine. They then proceeded to tell us they had to run out for something. They came back with super glue to try and cover up the cracked handles. We later learned of this shady practice and contacted the company. They proceeded to order new handles. It's been a month and a half, and we have no update on when we can expect the new handles. The owner does not communicate well. Furthermore, there's been no offer to pay for the damage they caused to the door frame & sheetrock. I highly do not recommend this company. read more

I booked them through Uhaul to load a ubox and its horrible. they were late and apparently owner doesn't pickup phone calls.4 hours later the contracted workers show up, finished loading in 1.5 hours then guess what?! after i open my ubox i found broken legs of furnitures and missing cushions of sofa bed.And it said 65/hr on their site but i am pretty sure i am over charged. please book somewhere else read more

I used this company for a recent residential move and thought they did a fine job. They were quick, careful, and no problem to deal with. They came in under their estimate too which was nice. Shay, the customer service rep was also accommodating when scheduling my move and gave me a written estimate no problem. That is always key when hiring movers. Would definitely use again. I do not think they own their own vans however and wonder what my experience would have been like if something had been broken by them. That seems to be the test of moving companies, when something goes wrong. But nothing did... Would recommend. read more

BY far the WORST moving company EVER!!!!!! They were supposed to meet me at U-Haul at 12.00PM... at 12:06 I got a text message from Roman saying that the guys would be 30 minutes late. No apology...no phone call...just a text. I texted back that I only rented the U-Haul for three hours and that now they were taking away 30 minutes of my truck time.so I said...I hope they are prepared and ready to work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Then he called me and told me that his guys would not be showing up at all. This of course left me screwed with the truck fee that I wont get back until two days from now. This company and specifically ROMANS actions are unprofessional and uncalled for. IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH MOVE, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AT ALL. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!! read more

I hired them via U-Haul to load a moving truck in Guilford CT - I got 2.5 people instead of 3, since third one was a teenager, then I paid additional $100 for extra hour, since they were moving really slow and it's only 3 bedroom move, then after they took off I noticed they still left 200 pounds worth of items unloaded. But the "best part" came when I arrived and unpacked, I noticed some items like my fishing rods missing. Stay away unless you plan to "donate" some of your stuff to these folks and don't mind scratches and dents. read more

I reserved a week in advance through MovingHelp.com, was told they would contact me before my move. I had to call them the day before the move when I did not hear from them. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10am, even though I let them know that we would begin moving around 8:30, so they did not accommodate us there. I hear nothing the morning of, so I call them twice over the span of an hour and am told the movers are on their way. The third time I call, I'm told that there wasn't a mover after all, he called out sick, so they are looking for someone else. Movers arrive at 11:30. Only good part was the moving itself was quick and the guys were nice. We head over to the new place, and the movers speed ahead of us, yet are not there when we get to the house. I call 3 times, no answer. Finally reach them, the movers tell me they stopped at RightAid. Didn't know I was paying for them to shop! They finally show up a half hour after us. Some furniture damaged, I understand that happens during a move, but when I asked to speak to their manager for some sort of discount for the inconveniences, the movers are surprised that their manager did not discuss payment with me beforehand. I guess the manager likes to avoid those mandatory conversations? After a bit of arguing, he agrees to consider a discount. It's been two weeks since my move, and after emailing him my info so he could "mail a check" as he said, I have not heard back. Absolute awful management, don't waste your time and money like we did. read more

I used this moving company twice I should have learned my lesson the first time around. Although the first time was just an annoyance because they did not bring any tools and had me drive around and buy stuff they were supposed to bring. What moving company comes without tools?? It was annoying but the movers were nice and did a good job without damage. Not the story this time. I spoke specifically to Roman explained what happened the last time with the tools and explained the hallways of my new house are narrow. And guess what?? THEY DID NOT BRING ANY TOOLS!!!!! I was only moving four blocks and in those four blocks they managed to break my 3 year old 55 inch flat screen tv. How? Not sure! I spoke to Roman numerous times about resolving the issue and he must think I'm an idiot because every time he would play stupid about how he sent the check but can't believe i didn't get it. I moved on March 24. It's almost two months later and nothing. Definitely do NOT use these movers. They have no respect to your belongings and your time. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about added nonsense. read more

The movers were courteous, kind, and very conscientious about caring for the items that they moved for us. One of the best moving experiences I've ever had. Roman the owner of the company and his employee David moved my three rooms into a 16 foot pod container in a little over three hours. I had everything boxed and stretchfilmed ready to go for them and then they went to town. They packed the container top to bottom not a space left vacant. I highly recommend this company they are the right choice. read more
