Ingredients in the sandwiches are high quality. Especially the bacon! The bacon is so thick and good! The place is hip and small, to go location only. In the warmer months, you can walk around the area with your eats or sit at the picnic tables in Hingetown. Service is always very friendly and top notch! All food is available for customization, and made to order very quickly. Payment is mainly card. If you bring cash, make sure it's an exact amount. Street parking is available in the area. I enjoyed breakfast here on a Friday morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu options to my husband and I. We ordered the brisket biscuit and an OG brisket and both were delicious. The biscuit itself was falling apart while eating the sandwich but the flavors were good. I enjoyed the brisket special mustard sauce and the blueberry jelly. We parked in the parking lot attached to the building and inside there was plenty of seating available. We were kinda hungry but not sit down for a big breakfast hungry when I came across pictures of the most delicious looking breakfast sandwiches! The menu is intentionally kept small so that they can keep the line moving quickly and ensure that their product is always top-notch. My favorite is The OG ($8.50), a with bacon, egg and pimento cheese, but if I'm not in the mood for a sandwich, a plain biscuit with Akron Honey is the way to go. They run specials that are always worth trying, too, but you've gotta catch 'em while you can because they never last long. This is a great spot, and Cleveland is lucky to have it. I had the day off and ran over to finally check out the goods at Roaming Biscuit which is located in Tyler Village. First of all the staff is super pleasant! I placed an order for the fried chicken sandwich that was on special and their breakfast biscuit sandwich then happily waited in the chill room off to the side. Love that there are plants in there with names on them! My wait was about 20 minutes maybe? They had run out of the chicken but I didn't mind waiting as I was glad they could still pull together a sandwich for me. I ended up taking bites of the goods in my car while they were still hot and both were excellent. The chicken had cucumbers and a ranch? sauce on it (I'm a saucy gal so I enjoyed that) and it included a side of quinoa salad. The biscuit tasted like a biscuit/pretzel hybrid? Not 100% sold on that uniqueness but it had the wining combo of bacon, cheese, pimento cheese and egg on it. The only downsides are that Roaming Biscuit sells out of things early, they are only open during the week for breakfast/lunch unless they have a special weekend pop-up, and they aren't on the west side. We got to meet the owner Shawnda Moye and sample the staple "The OG" and their special BBQ brisket breakfast sandwiches. I gotta say the OG is a classic for a reason. That biscuit was so buttery and moist. You look at the golden brown crunchy biscuit exterior, and think it's gonna crumble all over but it was so rich, moist and dense. It held together so well and It was such a good vessel for the egg and toppings. My opinion is go with the pimento cheese, so creamy and delicious. Also, get the spicy jelly and pour it right on the sandwich, definitely a killer addition. The eggs were fluffy and cooked well and the bacon was THICK and flavorful. Definitely not an after thought. You can tell this place cares about their customers and the food they serve. We ate in a side room with a few tables and chairs and a couch.
