I've been going to this establishment for over 4 years as a place to unwind and enjoy the outside atmosphere But tonight I was a victim of a stroganoff that harassed me about a unlike cigar that was in a planter But yet there were 2 tables across from me that were users vapes but weee vacation and was never addressed I explained that the cigar was NOT lit now was it my intention to light it. The place was fairly empty at five on a Saturday, still took nearly thirty minutes for the food to come out. I will give it grace considering this place is a "luxury" restaurant but thirty minutes for burgers is a bit ridiculous. I ordered the smash burger and man, for a burger with two patties it was very shabby. The meat was good but the burger was very small and the kitchen forgot my bacon. Alas, they gave me a huge plate of bacon, so I can overlook that. The aspect of this place that irks me the most is the potato chips instead of fries, as I cannot understand why more and more establishments are gravitating towards this option. We were there on Mother's Day with three young children (ages 8, 3, and 1), which already makes dining out a challenge. A sincere apology and honest communication would have gone a long way.
