They arrived early and I was thrilled that they accept cards. Gavin was hungry, so I got him a Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich. It is not listed on their menu, but there was a hand written sign that Gavin happened to be looking at. I ordered a side of waffle fries w/ ranch and I got my dad the same sandwich. + friendly service + good variety on the menu + my dad and Gavin raved about their sandwich I would give them a try myself next time. I'd go out of my way to have their burgers again! The fries were good too, but the burger was GREAT! It was a 1/2-pound patty on a generous bun. And yes, it's pricier than a fast-food place, but there's a lot of overhead in running a food truck. (At the same show, the venue was charging $11 for a beer, so I don't feel bad about spending $14 on a 1/2-pound burger.)

Korean BBQ Bulgogi Cheesesteak: Kinda like a regular cheesesteak, but with some marinade undertones. Cheesesteak isn't too far removed from bulgogi to begin with since it's fat marbled beef thinly sliced and grilled on a high heat. The melty cheese sauce hit the spot. They actually use Halal meat that is seasoned with garlic. Once I got my food I was literally drooling over how good it looked and smelled. The patty was indeed hand made, it had that uneven shape like when you make burgers at home. The burger was incredible, season well, nice thick patty and it was juicy. The bun was nicely toasted and held up well to the sauce and the grilled onions were on point but they were a bit heavy handed with it. The Savage Fries were good as well, they use thin shoestring fries which had a nice crisp to them and didn't get soggy. I think they should have added a bit more sauce though but other than that they were good. My pictures really don't do the burger and fries justice but this was probably the best burger that I've had from a food truck and I'm all for that home made patty. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend trying them if you come across their truck!
