I stopped in for a cocktail and late lunch on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00, I was solo so I just snagged a seat at the end of the bar. The ladies working behind the bar were friendly and made a perfect Negroni. My Nashville hot chicken sandwich took awhile to get out of the kitchen but when it did, it was delicious! The chicken was juicy and perfectly crunchy with a little bit of heat but not so much that it burned my face off. For food from the Rub, my wife got the Lady Marmalade sandwich, which was really tasty. We stopped here because my kid wanted some Nashville chicken and we were close by. The inside has limited seating and there's another restaurant upstairs that uses the same entrance. We love the Rub. We have been frequenting them since before the pandemic and have not stopped. Their online ordering is easy and straight forward. My only complaints were that (1) the flavor was a little lacking - it was a little salty and maybe that overshadowed the rest...but they have plenty of sauces to dip in so I made out fine and (2) it was a little pricey for not including a side. Sides ranged from $4-$6 extra. I got Mac n cheese and sweet potato waffle fries. Pretty par for the course. Again, for the portion size it was a little pricey. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Fricken Good Sandwich from UberEats and both were amazing! For the hot chicken I got a level Hot, the Fricken Good Sanwich a Dang Hot. The Fricken Good Sandwich was reminiscent of fast food but so much much better than fried chicken! I was also in love with the sweet potato waffle fries. Absolutely in love with the cinnamon sugar ranch (sounds like a really weird combo but it's so mindblowingly good and definitely sold me on this place). The Mac and cheese was also okay, nothing special. The Nashville hot chicken was very spicy though! So be careful friends! The food was good okay! This was by far the most flavorful chicken sandwich I have had ( Albert egg-Stein) the honey butter was delicious. I could go without the fries and hush puppies honestly. But I will be back for the sandwiches. read more

Take out order I put in over the phone was so yummy. So glad Yelp Yelp recommended it. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was huge, so amazing, was spicy just how I like it. They were out of waffle fires, but the string fries didn't disappoint. All this for $15, totally could have been 2 meals for me. But I ate it all up. Yum! They had delivery & pickup sorted out by name, doors open, entrance blocked with tables & food in bags with names clearly marked. They got it down. No contact pickup. The order was ready in 15 minutes. I took a bit longer to get there. So recommend timing it right to get hot hot! Highly recommended. read more
