The egg rolls were so crispy and fresh! Highly recommend. I got the steamed Chicken with Rice (Com Ga) to be healthy and it came with a bowl of chicken soup which was really good. Rice could've been a little more flavorful. My husband got the shaken beef filet mignon with rice and that was 10/10 sooo good. This place probably has the best chicken pho I have ever tasted. The broth was clean and flavorful. The chicken was marinated and boiled perfectly and all the veggies and fixings were perfect! I 100% would come for the food alone, everything was delicious and word of warning they use whole chicken in their fried rice so be wary of bone fragments. In terms of ambiance and looks it's the standard mom and pop pho restaurant. The tables were sticky but it wasn't due to not cleaning it's actually because of the resin that was used on the table top.... It wasn't done the best. The broth is so clear and clean and you don't have to add anything to it. I have yet to find another restaurant that can top theirs. Another item I always get is the chicken wings. We ordered: - Filet Mignon Crispy Rice Rolls - Pho w/ Ribeye Not sure why, but we noticed people who sat down much later than us ordering and receiving their dishes well before we did. Not sure if it had anything to do with what we ordered. Regardless, the ribeye in the pho was fully cooked when it arrived at our table (typically I'm used to the raw thinly sliced beef being on the side for the customer to add), which left it chewy and well-done. The Filet Mignon Crispy Rice Rolls had more rice rolls than meat, which was a shame because the meat was so well marinated and tender. It was such a disappointing ratio leaving us wanting more. The star of it all - the chicken pho. Its soup was really rich in flavor (I have a salty palate but the soup knocked both me and my partner's flavor profile out of the park, and she doesn't like things too salty). Sorry, they ran out on the day I tried to take pictures so no pictures to provide The broth is very clean and flavorful. The noodles are extra soft. The chicken comes on the side with bones so you'll have to deal with that as you please. I personally do not mind it at all. I slowly do it in the broth and sauce as I eat. I really like their dipping sauce because it's not spicy and isn't just the typical sweet and sour sauce. Make sure you also order the chicken gizzards side with your meal. Nothing to complain about here. The workers are also super friendly and it's your normal decor and music for a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. read more
