The broth is so clear and clean and you don't have to add anything to it. I have yet to find another restaurant that can top theirs. Another item I always get is the chicken wings. Sorry, they ran out on the day I tried to take pictures so no pictures to provide The broth is very clean and flavorful. The noodles are extra soft. The chicken comes on the side with bones so you'll have to deal with that as you please. I personally do not mind it at all. I slowly do it in the broth and sauce as I eat. I really like their dipping sauce because it's not spicy and isn't just the typical sweet and sour sauce. Make sure you also order the chicken gizzards side with your meal.
