Chicken pho was delicious! After eating here I feel like this is the first time I've really had chicken pho. The broth was the star, so flavorful, clean and warms the soul. Everything was so perfectly balanced. The chicken was tender and cooked well also.

The food is tasty! Their signature shaken beef with rice rolls dish is the bomb. So light and crispy! The wings were crispy as well. I loved their chicken pho with ginger sauce. The broth really hit the spot.

My fave chicken pho spot! The atmosphere is quiet for the most part unless there's a lot of customers. Service is good with plenty of seating. They offer a drink special buy 2 get 1 free. I highly recommend that you order the breadstick! Pairs excellent with the pho! Keep in mind that they are closed Wednesdays.

Pho Ga hai van 2. We got a tray of the com ga. From here for a party. And it was a big hit. Chicken cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of chew. Loved the texture. Rice seasoned exactly how it should be. Fish sauce. Not too sweet. Not too salty. Very easy to eat. This is the perfect dish for a potluck cause everyone always brings the usual fried rice and noodles. I'll definitely be back to try the pho.

This place was clean and fast at service. The pho was good, a simple broth but still very filling. If your looking for something chill this is the place to go!

Perfect chicken soup base, comes with very tender chicken thigh or breast combo, delicious dipping sauce hits all the notes : ginger, garlic, lime. Fish sauce and sweetness. Food is made to order: I got the thin rice noodles with the pho. Crispy egg rolls came with daikon, cabbage and carrot pickles, and a spicier dipping sauce. Assorted drinks are buy 2 get one free: we got coffee of course, Thai tea and passion fruit. Ask for the bean sprouts to be steamed so your soup stays hot! Optional to add basil and jalapeños, lime to soup to your preference. Quick and friendly service. Spacious area in a quite busy location, lots of parking when we arrived for late lunch.

I have always frequented the original location so I was so excited when they opened a second location literally right next to my house! My go to dish was always their signature mien ga. The broth is so clear and clean and you don't have to add anything to it. I have yet to find another restaurant that can top theirs. Another item I always get is the chicken wings. (Ga chien nuoc mam). The wings are so crispy and the flavor is excellent. I recently went and decided to explore other items on the menu. I ordered the fried chicken w/rice (com ga chien) . It's similar to com ga roti.... The sauce was the winner it was so delicious I had to ask for another serving.

Back at it again for the addictive Chicken Pho and Shaken beef rice paper noodle! Never disappoints. Love that it's made fresh and we were warned about the wait for the shaken beef rice paper noodle (worth it). They are currently running a drink deal: buy 2 get 1 free, with offerings like fresh orange juice, lemonade, Thai tea, and of course Viet Coffee. - It's good even on a hot summer day, as they have AC. - They accept Mastercard & Visa but offer free passion fruit soda if paying by cash. - Parking: enough spots in a shared lot with other businesses in the strip mall

I've been coming to Pho Ga Hai Van 2 for a while now, and it never disappoints. If you're a fan of chicken pho, this spot is seriously hard to beat. The broth is the star clean, rich, and full of flavor without being overly greasy. You can tell it's been simmered for hours. The chicken is always tender and fresh, and the portions are generous for the price. Service is quick and efficient, even when it's busy, which is pretty often. The vibe is casual and no-frills, but that's part of the charm you come here for the food, and it delivers every time.

Visited on a weekend. We were able to be seated right away. We ordered: - Filet Mignon Crispy Rice Rolls - Pho w/ Ribeye Not sure why, but we noticed people who sat down much later than us ordering and receiving their dishes well before we did. Not sure if it had anything to do with what we ordered. Regardless, the ribeye in the pho was fully cooked when it arrived at our table (typically I'm used to the raw thinly sliced beef being on the side for the customer to add), which left it chewy and well-done. The Filet Mignon Crispy Rice Rolls had more rice rolls than meat, which was a shame because the meat was so well marinated and tender. It was such a disappointing ratio leaving us wanting more. Considering how everything was and the price, I don't think it's worth coming back for.

I was craving something warm and comforting after feeling unwell an I have to say this was the perfect meal to start off my day. The broth was clean, light, and light accented with sautéed onions/shallots. It felt nourishing without being heavy and it was exactly what I needed. The chicken came on the side and I was surprised how tender it was! Overall, this is a great place to stop by for a quick and cozy meal.

This is my parents favorite local chicken pho spot. We have tried both locations and both are great! We have literally tried almost all the items on the menu (aside from wings and egg rolls and fried rice) We come back for this a lot: - Rice Noodle Soup w Chicken - Soft Pan-Fried Egg Noodles w Shaken Beef Filet Mignon Everyone is so nice at both locations and took good care in packaging our to-go orders.

This place has great service and delicious food. I've been coming with my family for some time, and always bring my friends to come try too. I'd definitely recommend!

A good portion of rice and chicken tastes good. Not a bad spot for Anaheim when there isn't a lot of Vietnamese food around.

Families Beware We…read morestopped by Chubby Dumpling while visiting Anaheim because our family loves Asian food. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to try the food because of the way we were treated. When I asked if they had a kids' menu, the gentleman behind the register (long curly hair, darker complexion) scoffed, smiled, and said, "We don't have a kids' menu," in a way that made it feel like my question was ridiculous. That was enough to make us feel unwelcome before we had even ordered. The ironic part is that we weren't looking for chicken nuggets and fries. Our kids have grown up eating pho, bún bò Huế, ramen, dumplings, vermicelli bowls, salmon, teriyaki chicken, and all kinds of Asian cuisine. Our 4-year-old regularly eats broth over rice, and our 13-year-old has been eating pho since before they were a year old. We were simply hoping for smaller portions because kids don't eat as much as adults. I was honestly surprised that a restaurant located so close to Disneyland, where thousands of families visit every day, doesn't offer a kids' menu or any kid-sized portions. The least expensive fried rice option was around $17-18 for a vegetable fried rice with no meat. That's a lot to spend on a meal for a child when much of it will likely go to waste while you're on vacation. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. I'm disappointed because I was genuinely looking forward to trying the dumplings. They may be excellent--I honestly don't know because we never got the opportunity. Unfortunately, the customer service made us decide to spend our money elsewhere. If you're visiting with children, don't assume a restaurant serving dumplings and other Asian dishes near Disneyland will have family-friendly portions or a welcoming attitude. Based on our experience, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The noodles had a great chewy texture, and the star of the dish was definitely the sauce. It had that classic Vietnamese-Cantonese flavor, perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, coating every bite of noodles without being too heavy. The BBQ pork was quite dry, the wontons were generously filled, and the soup on the side was clean and comforting. The steamed wontons with soy sauce were also delicious and packed with flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a great chewy texture. They leaned a little on the sweeter side, but they were still really tasty. The sủi cảo were THICCCCCK in the best way possible! The wrappers had a nice bite, and the filling was juicy with that signature bouncy texture. We ended up ordering three bowls of Mì Sủi Cảo Khô, and everyone cleaned their bowls. The food was solid, but the service was pretty much nonexistent. The staff wasn't very friendly or attentive, although that's honestly something I've come to expect at a lot of places in Westminster. One thing that really stood out, though, was the condiment station. The chili oil, fresh chilies, and sauces looked dirty, and after tables were cleaned, the serving spoons and sauce dishes weren't replaced. I actually had to grab them from another table myself. Overall, I'd come back for the food because it was genuinely good, but the service and overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
