Nice breakfast/brunch spot - tasty food, friendly staff, and nice sit-down area for the times you and your friends might want to be sipping on mimosas. The food is a little on the greasier side, but that's part of the comfort food charm.

I'm truly enjoy "big city" breakfast spots in little cities. From the food, decor, to the music that was played while I enjoyed my breakfast. Seth was helpful when ordering, I had the kitchen sink, with a side of bacon. The kitchen sink was savory and tasty, the sage sausage was the glue that brought that dish together. The biscuit was a little underwhelming, I thought it was gonna be the star of my dish since it's in the name of the restaurant. Their thick cut bacon was delicious, and their coffee was on point. Thank you Sassy Biscuit for being open on a Sunday morning at 8am. ***Flight Attendant approved***

You know it's a good sign when you walk in and there is a line of people waiting to order and all the seating was taken. My partner was like should we go somewhere else? I said, "no way, the food must be good if there are people waiting!" The food was amazing! I am not a biscuit person but this place would make me change my mind. lol. The pricing was very reasonable and the portions were decent. The staff was polite and as quick as they could be. Like I said, they were super busy. Very impressed with the entire place and food! Definitely a place to go to for phenomenal food.

Had an amazing experience at the sassy biscuit. Restaurant had a very open layout. It's the kinda place where you order at the counter, take your number and your food is brought to you. My friend and I were being indecisive so we decided to split 3 different entrees. We had the sassy, which was the simplest but by far my favorite. I'm a sweet over savory type of girl. I'm getting the sweets every time. We also had the semper fi. The egg was cooked to perfection and that bacon! Omg soooo goooood. I would've ordered an extra side of bacon had I known it was that good. Last we shared the Carolina cristo. My least favorite of the 3. Still very good but a bit too much jam for me. Perfect amount for my friend though, she loved it. Service was friendly and attentive. Absolutely coming back next time I'm in town.

We tried this place for the 1st time today and were not disappointed! Hubby got the Jule-ya and I got The Cluck, both with a side of bacon. They were extremely busy, so we couldn't get lattes, but their drip coffee was very good. The bacon was thick cut and delicious, especially dipped in their apple cider syrup! The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside, and the waffles and pancakes were soft, pillowy, and full of flavor! The decor is cool and eclectic-there's a lot to look at! The staff were cool and polite even under pressure, and got us things we asked for without complaint. It was a very enjoyable experience and we will be back soon!

It's so good I'm back for my second day in a row. The food is SO GOOD. Flavor is ridiculous. Prices are affordable. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in town, and weep that there truly is not a comparable option near me in Denver.

Cute little brunch spot in downtown Billings. You order at the counter then find your seat which is nice for groups. I wish I was able to try more because everything looked so good. The food was delicious and the biscuits melted in my mouth.

Amazing food. Very spotty and unreliable service. We got here early, we were one of the first people to order. Then we saw about a dozen people get food that had ordered after us. Finally, one of us spoke up. Then we started getting our food. I still didn't get my food. We spoke up again. I finally got my food. The chicken was undercooked, and had an odd texture when I bit into it. We spoke up again. I got my second order of my food, it was really good! They really need to dial in their process. Their processes here are in disarray, but the food is amazing. There is a dedicated coffee-refill person, but he skipped our table numerous times.

Ventured here on a Sunday morning after taking a walk at Swords Park. This is my first time in Montana and this happen to be the first place I tried in Downtown Billings. The interior is cute and cozy with some vintage vibes to it. The place is spacious with plenty of tables, mostly meant for 2-4 people. Order at the counter, they will give you a number and bring the food to your table. Staff is welcoming and food comes quick. The menu, as the name, is mostly build on biscuit. They have it in waffle form, sandwich, with gravy, and more. However, they also have other dishes like porridge and pancake. I would highly recommend going for the biscuits though, cause I mean, it's the pride of the business. Aside from that, they also have various drinks and specialty latte. It's winter and I should have ordered something warm but I couldn't resist the toasted coconut cold brew (which was so good! It's not too sweet and you can really taste the coconut) Thank God their water is not ice cold. I ordered The Southerner because it's noted as one of their signature. It's simply biscuits and gravy, however instead of gravy over the biscuit, they place the biscuit in the gravy, which I think leave a slightly crispier texture on some parts. The biscuits are fluffy on the inside without being overly buttery. They soak up the gravy nicely. The gravy is made of sage sausage. It's spicy and savoury, with slight sweetness from the onion, and the sausage really gives a nice chunky texture. Probably one of the best gravy I've ever had. If I have the chance I would love to come back and try their other menu! Very reasonably priced too!

Not impressed at all. The place has cool looking decor and a nice feel about the place. You get in line to order and go find a place to sit. Food comes out in a timely manner. Drip coffee has a bad after taste. The Kitchen Sink- the home fries were hard and lacked flavor. They tasted like potatoes that had been baked and sat in the fridge for a few days and then warned up. I would like to try some of their other food but very skeptical.

Avo-Toast, I just love avocado toast and this rendition was fabulous! Definitely try this out!

If you're an iced tea drinker, I highly recommend getting a spiced iced tea. I was skeptical at first, but it's actually just cinnamon iced tea and was lovely. I had the nachos with ground beef. The sauce was not a generic out of the can sauce. the chips were crisp and the ground beef was well seasoned. The only complaint I have if I have to have one is that the jalapeños were very thickly sliced and took over the entire flavor of any bite they were in; a smaller dice on them would've allowed for the jalapeños to be spread out over the entire nacho and not overwhelm the rest of the flavors. My companion had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and said they were both a solid burger and fries no complaints. Wheelchair accessibility: accessible parking across the street with a crosswalk; the front door is heavy so you're gonna either need help or be able to open a heavy door and there's actually two doors but plenty of room to maneuver between. the path of travel wasn't bad and there's wheelchair accessible seating in the back of the restaurant. There is no wheelchair accessible seating in the bar area. The bathroom door was light .The accessible stall in the women's bathroom had a grab bar, but there was not sufficient turning radius and the soap was up a little high.

The decor is a bit circus like with scant furnishings and a crazy red checked floor. However, one look at the menu and you realize they they are innovative with menu design and constantly pushing the limits of unique food combinations. Today, on the sign board, they had a blueberry BBQ sauce. The servers are busy and customer service at times wavers. We ordered the "Best of Bash" burger with blackening seasoning, bacon, goat cheese, onion ring, arugula, garlic-basil mayo and a splash of sirachi aoili. The burger was dense and somewhat dry, while the sirachi was a small dollop it was tasted in only one bite. The beer battered onion rings were heavy and sweet. The cajun fries were good. The burger, fries and rings are decent, but not remarkable. I felt The Burger Dive may thrive in competitions, while serving the masses is more of a challenge. Rather than dwelling on my assessment, please give The Burger Dive a chance and rate them on your own. It is hard to besmudged a business when they have a large and loyal following. I wish The Burger Dive continued success.

This experience really is not worth commenting on, but here it goes…read more I ordered the tenderloin sandwich. It arrived as a small tenderloin, two pieces of toast cut in half, fries and nothing else. I sat there for over half an hour. I thought, "Hell, maybe she will bring fixins and I will have two small sandwiches. She finally come back, I asked about the sandwich, and she told me it was an open face sandwich. I said ma'am this is a small steak and fries and she began to lecture me about not asking about the meal when I ordered it. I asked why would I ask when it clearly stated tenderloin sandwich. She also told me it had been that way 40 years. Well, it has been wrong for 40 years. I would have forged ahead and ate it if it was edible. It was absolutely terrible. It had the consistency of liver and was fried hard on the outside and completely flavorless. I said let me pay and get out of here. She stomped off to talk to the owner whom was the guy I had observed drinking a lot of wine at the end of the bar. He told her I had to pay for it because I ate the meal and if I still had a problem, to speak to him. I did not eat it. Heck, I even tried to pay for the garbage before she stomped off. Since I did not eat it, I asked to speak to him. He would not come to the table and instead showed his pride and customer service and motioned to me to walk across the place to speak to him at the bar while he continued to suck down wine. He said again, you ate it, you'll pay for it. Again, I told him I did not eat it. Once sippy mcsipperson realized I did not eat it, he said I had to pay for it because I ordered it. Moving the goal posts! Dude was drunk! Lol I told him the waitress was extremely rude and argumentative. He told me he was going to beat her for it. Then he proceeded to tell me I was full of it because his tenderloin was his most famous and desired steak and everyone loved it. He said Montana was known for beef and asked where I was from. Montana might raise beef but this not so fine establishment could not cook beef to save its life. Even after I paid the bill the waitress continued to bother me about it as I was trying to leave. If you want to waste your money, you can play the machines or but a meal at Gusick's. Good luck and godspeed.
