Eggs Benedict with breakfast sandwich in the bg

Delicious! I had the Egg Benedict and it was FABULOUS. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was wonderful and even though it was brunch on a Wednesday, the music was a reasonable volume, the service was attentive, and the food came out quick[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Just what we were looking for We sat at the bar. Our server was terrific I ordered the stuffed hash browns and French toast. My hash browns were delicious as I had ham added French toast fluffy and so yummy Hubs got eggs and sausage. He enjoyed his meal. FIL ordered the burger and raved about it Highly recommend and they have later hours which we prefer

Really great food. A must go to when you have been on the town with friends. Best French fries I have had in a really long time.

A classic dinner - simple food, fast service. It was too salty for me though.

How is parking?

As good as downtown parking gets. No lots specifically for the restaurant. My hotel was a few blocks away so I walked. There are some public lots nearby if your driving in.

However, Luna does offer a lot of things for this price. You have a pleasant neighborhood restaurant vibe, with friendly attentive service and excellent, healthy food sourced from good places. As with anything in Spokane, you will see folks in very casual attire, but this is also a place where you can dress up. When we went, there were several tables of women friends (all ages), many family groups (without young kids or with well-behaved kids), and older couples. I was in the mood for salmon and they did a great version. It should be though for just under $50. It was served with black rice (good) and roasted carrots (good) and a carrot puree (really good but not enough on the plate). My dining companion got the scallops, and they were even more expensive than the salmon. $48 for TWO scallops. Ok, they are large, and well-cooked, and came with a lovely vegetable mix and couscous, but that's a lot of $ for Spokane. We are from CA and that's even a shocker for us. Dessert: they had recently added a banana pudding, which was good. It replaced a chocolate dessert--and that was a bad move because there is no intense chocolate on the menu. We also tried the coconut cake with lemon curd. There was not enough curd; it was barely a tang. The cake itself was a little dry. It is served with house-made ice cream, which balances the dryness but the cake should be good on its own. Apparently, this is their most popular dessert. I am a chocolate-first person. I like coconut. I like good vanilla. I really like lemon curd and a sweet-sour pairing. For me, this item felll short.

That's probably the highlight of the whole experience. I started with the Cheshire Cat mocktail, which was a bit oversweet for me. For main course, I had sea bass for $48 (pan-seared fish served with onion-potato gnocchi, charred asparagus, mushrooms, and asparagus coulis). It was decent, but the portion felt small for the price. Salmon rillette ended up being the best dish! It was rich, savoury, and delicious when paired with pickled onions (the bread was slightly burnt - I hated it). Ended the meal with a vanilla gelato dessert - just okay, not too wow. The restaurant was so packed and seemed understaffed, so service took forever. I left feeling a bit disappointed, especially after looking forward to it so much

I…read morewandered in to the shared space for a coffee at a different stand and then I saw these colorful baked goods. There is a whole deli case full of cold lunch options. There are also warm food options to order. The staff was friendly and upbeat and answered my questions about the baked goods and food. I selected the ginger crinkle and was not disappointed. It was so flavorful and rich with real ginger you could see. I came back the next day for another one. There is street parking but it can be limited when times are busy. There is space to sit and enjoy your food. And there are some neat shops to check out nearby. Highly recommend!

The quality of ingredients tasted really fresh and thoughtful, and they have a surprisingly wide variety of nutritious options. I don't have a chance to try it, but their selection of savory entree plates were very impressive (see my photos pleaseeee), and they also serve delicious soup as well. But the highlight was their baked goods, 100% gluten free at a very reasonable price for the portion and quality. This place is inside Saranac Commons, very pretty and is a good place to slow down for lunch or coffee. Staff were kind, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu. Definitely a place I'd come back to whenever I'm in Spokane.

I started with a latte and found that they use some amazing coffee full of flavor. I was a little worried about GF (not usually my favorite) but the waffles were perfect. The savory and sweet dishes were super flavorful with being overbearing. Oh yeah... and the service was top notch. Friendly, informative and attentive and like the food, not overbearing. I had the sampler which is right up my alley, getting to try a bite of everything. Enjoyed 4/5 of the flavors! Really cute interior, convenient location to downtown activity. Time from entering the restaurant to food on the table was an hour, seems a little crazy for a waffle + topping situation. I think I'd almost prefer this as order at the counter and stream line the service time given waffles are casual. Inside was really loud even though it wasn't packed. My latte listed on menu for $6 was $7.50 and mimosa listed at $11 was $14... not sure if we missed something there? Was hungry pretty soon after, sampler really isn't enough for a meal. Would I go again? Sure! Overall, a fun treat.
