Went in 1/18 at around 7/7:30 PM and got 2 onigiri, a crepe, and a soufflé. I was told the soufflé would take 30 minutes and I was fine with that. ONE hour went by and no soufflé. I had gotten all the other food at the time but was planning on splitting the soufflé with friends. I went up to the counter to ask how much longer, and they said 20 more minutes. Absolutely not. No apology was offered either. Just got a blank stare. They looked like they had forgotten to make the soufflé even though their ticket board still had my order flashing on the screen. I asked for a refund for the $20 soufflé and was only given a receipt for the entire purchase, not the refund receipt. Just checked my bank, and I never got refunded my $20. Got charged for the whole $52 order. I get that stuff happens, but if you're going to refund someone, actually do it. It's a horrible business practice. I love that this new cafe is open til 11 pm. We came in around 10 pm tonight and it was pretty busy. If I lived in one of the nearby apts I would come by all the time! We ordered the banana and strawberry crepe along with the lava basque and a sugarcane drink. Everything tasted very unique and delicious. No communication was made to the long line of patrons nor even at the ordering tablet until we inquired directly. We settled for their coffee which sadly left us wanting more elsewhere. Overheard another patron say a McDonald's coffee would have been better (and more cost effective). All that to say, this experience missed the mark for us. The crepes were pretty good in the center where the filling was but tasteless and boring on the edges. We want to like this place. The service was nice. Went twice now. First time, one drink took about 20 minutes. Today, took less than 5. Got a sugar cane osmanthus tea both times. Wanted to try it again because I didn't stir it the first time so the first quarter was really bitter and the rest was too sweet. Stirred the second time, it was on the sweet side, but still refreshing. But it did look and taste like cane juice. It is nice they're open late, when most other places close at 8 or 9. Just checked out this new café in Redmond, and it's the cutest spot! The walls are covered in colorful parrot drawings and photos, very fun vibe. We decided to try the Osmanthus Matcha Cloud and the Dancong Latte, both drinks were so unique and tasty in their own ways. We also got the Crème Brûlée crepe and the Pistachio crepe, and they were both soft, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Will need to stop by again for their soufflés that were sold out. read more

Tuna Onigiri: Large but the rice to tuna ratio was sad. Rice was a little tough and too vinegary for my taste. Would skip. Matcha Sugar Cane: very interesting concept that honestly worked really well. It is on the sweeter side cause of the sugar cane juice (duh) but I enjoyed this drink. Wished the ice didn't melt so quickly though. Strawberry Soufflé: They're HUGE, good to share! About 30 mins wait for the soufflé since they literally make it from scratch but that's a pretty common wait time based on my experience in Asia. Not quite "melt in your mouth" but honestly pretty solid. Wished it came topped with more fresh strawberry instead of the sauce. Maybe 5 drink orders ahead of me in line. I get it- some of these items like the pancakes take a long time to make but there needs to be better management on making the kitchen more efficient at handling multiple orders/ reviewing multiple receipts at once. It's clear they are looking at orders one by one making it so inefficient for people that have quick orders.
