I ordered 2 smoothies, one was suppose to be free because I was redeeming rewards. She said the total was $21. I kindly explained to her again, that I was redeeming a free smoothing so the total should only be around $10. She walked away into the back saying to coworkers "You need to deal with this girl before I smack her in her f****** face". I politely asked for the manager and the shift lead said he would talk to her. Where I continued to hear her screening from the back of the store. The team lead did however easily fix the transaction and was very kind. If anything like this happened in my place of employment, I would be embarassed. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. There are multiple tropical smoothie locations in the area and I will never visit this location again.
