Because two small finishing pieces didn't fit - the installer took them and was going to adjust them and return to finish the install. 2 weeks came and went and no word. So sent an email -then another-then a call to SWC. An apology with promise to get it taken care of. Not done. More emails and calls followed. Finally months after the original install they sent someone to finish -3 hours after the scheduled time with no call. When he completed, the job looked terrible-ill fitting with gaps. Caught him before he left and told him to come back in and fix. He returned and said original install was slightly off. Asked him to fix. He did reluctantly. As he was leaving, I asked "Why didn't you do it right the first time instead of haphazardly?" He answered "Because I have other people I need to get to today.." Needless to say-we won't be using them again for such poor customer service and follow through.
