I checked on Craigslist for airconditioning service. I saw their ads doing a/c service. I called them that they can take it the next day our 2008 Beetle. I made an appointment but forgot to ask the name of the guy. Next day I called that I'm running late for my appointment time. The manager Matt is the one in the telling him about my appointment but he said I've no appointment but he said they can still repair the a/c leak. So drop off taking Caltrain & bus. Finally I got called from Stevenson & quoted me $600. I made another call to ask what part do I need to buy so I can save a little. I was thinking that just pay the labor. I cannot hold on Stevenson so Matt told me just aircon line. Then hang up. Matt not giving full details of specific part so giving me hard time what exact part or a/c hose needed to buy. I went there decide not to repair the a/c. I went there to pick up the car. I told Matt just next time. Matt charged me $98 just for a/c line that was leaking. Matt don't even told me that there's gonna be check up fee before I dropped the car. Matt should informed me before hand. Transparency. I ask him again if its deductible from $600 if I bring my car back. Matt said NO! Lesson learned, always ask friends or relatives for referral honest shop. I will never come back to this shop & pass the word to all my friends & relatives about this horrible experienced. It's a total RIP OFF!!! read more

My friend was able to point me to the right direction and told me that The Shop was a great place to service my bmw. I got my alignment and gave them my specific specs. Took car to get tires installed. The Shop returned me a broken wheel lock key. Ordered a new wheel key but the bolt locking pattern is rounded so the new key will not grab. Shop over torqued wheel bolts and now will need to take elsewhere to get bolt extracted. I've been coming to this shop to get repairs for over 10 years and know the owner through mutual friends, solid guy but very questionable workers. As much as I would love to grab an oil change a few miles prior to the expiration date and follow the suggestion on the sticker that I look at while driving daily, I don't. It's kinda like milk. We see the label clearly, it is telling us that the milk is no bueno, but we love to push the envelope. I do the same with my car and almost always run past the suggested oil change sticker date, this time close to 350 miles! I hate oil changers. The majority of them are overpriced, under staffed and pretty much waste our time. We are almost always told it's gonna be 15 minutes and that window opens and shuts rather quickly. Next thing you know they want to "suggest" a new air filter, brakes, power steering column and who knows what else! We came in for an oil change and now they are playing mechanic over here! PLEASE!!! Anyway, I was searching Yelp for a reasonably priced oil change and found The Shop to be more than reasonable. I called to make an appointment, showed up on time and they got down to business. They took the car in, changed the oil and came back to let me know it was done. They didn't recommend new brakes, new this and new that, they just changed the oil, charged me $28 and I was on my way. The owner, Mathew, was super chill, very cool and I really appreciate their dedication to providing what we ask for and nothing else. I will definitely return in 3,000 miles, but likely more like 3,300 miles. read more

Went to get new tires installed and an oil change. Found the rims scratched up, and one of the TPMS damaged. They up charged to put in new valve stems (though I doubt that they did, given the issue further below). They were working perfectly immediately before installation. Even after talking to the cashier about the problem, they refused to look into it and fix it. Ended up going to another shop and had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed, they confirmed that the TPMS was likely damaged during the tire dismounting, mounting process - along with the rims being noticeably scratched. Given how cheap the TPMS are (~$6) and that the damage could've only happened due to the work they did - it's incredibly disappointing. Don't count on this shop taking any accountability. read more

Least customer friendly auto repair shop I've been to. They kept the remainder of the oil I gave them (so stole 0.5 a qt), put spare wheel into trunk instead of wheel well, charged me extra for providing my own synthetic oil because the "oil change special" is only if they provide oil and filter. I would definitely not trust them with something you can't verify was done correctly, immediately, such as wheel alignment / install and would tell the cold and rude guy (might be an owner, Matthel?) to, well, ok that part is not Yelp appropriate. Also, who works from 10:30am to 6:30pm and has no ability to pick up vehicle outside of those hours? I asked to pay in advance and was told "that requires a number from your car so we can't do it." Can you leave car after hours so I can pick it up, "we can't because we haven't charged you yet." Can I give them credit card info over the phone or figure out some other way of paying? "nope, not possible. come back tomorrow between 10:30am and 6:30pm." Stay away. read more

Took my car in to check a weird buzzing sound. Found out after getting an inspection done here that the exhaust clamp needed to be tightened. When Matthel called me to tell me what was wrong he said he couldn't find the part anywhere and that I needed to go to the dealer to get the piece. I said "ok so how much would it be to get the job fixed" he condescendingly said he didn't know and needed to see the part. How can you show me the part I need online and then say you need to see the part to tell me how much the job would be? After going to the dealer there were in fact two different kinds of clamps and when I called back again to clarify he just said I showed you which one, I showed you where it is..... I don't know anything about cars! How am I supposed to know where that clamp is located in order to find the right part? He gave no guidance on where that part could be found, he basically spoke to me as if it was my problem to figure it out because of "liability" isn't that your job as a mechanic to tell your clients what they need to fix their car? Bad experience... Doubt if they tried to trick me Went with a perfectly fine car, got back a car with Engine lights ON, Alternator Issue and $721. estimate for the fixes. I really doubt they tried to trick me by triggering the engine lights and TPM indicators.  Long story: Since I was going on a road trip and since I was due for the major service for changing transmission fluids, brake fluids etc I thought of doing a cheap inspection service at "The shop". Their website lists a $25 inspection fee and I thought well it is okay to spend that money to confirm if my car is good for a road trip. I called them up and talked to Simon who gave me an appointment and I drove in and checked in with Simon. He said it will be quick and will take 30 mins. I waited for 1 hour 15 mins and didn't hear back. So went back to the desk and Simon said it is done and he is making a report. And then he handed me the report and the fun begins He said the engine lights are ON so they need to inspect further and also my car's alternator is week and has to be replaced and they do not recommend to drive the car at all for the road trip unless these problems are fixed. (Just to make a note here: My cars warning lights will turn ON when the battery is disconnected and has to be reset manually with OBD port). I was shocked and also found that funny. I asked him when did he see the engine lights ON, coz when I parked my car there it was never ON and he said well it was ON when they pulled the car to the garage... I understood their point. They might be trying to scare me with that and make some money out of it!!! And my first thought was to take my car and escape. But I asked them, how much would it take to fix all these? He did an estimate with a new alternator, engine lights inspection and also tpm fixes to be around 750$. I told him that I'm not doing anything in here and and wanted to take my car and he gave me a receipt for $45 and I asked him about why is it $20 more? And he said he had to do more inspection than for older cars. Total bullsh*t. I should have confirmed the amount before I turned in the car. So finally after getting the car I turned ON the engine and figured out that I'm seeing lot more warnings in the head unit than I have seen before. I cursed myself for being extra cautious. My car had only undergone the routine maintenance at the dealership 2 months back and I never should have turned my car at a local unauthorized "The Shop" at all, that too just before the road trip.   I went back in and spoke with the Manager and complained about the whole thing which is "I have a car with more problems than what I drove in" He took the car in and cleared all the warning lights and said it might come back again and alternator needs some attention and it is not bad. So now I have a car with no warning lights. I escaped from "The shop" and went to my friend who did some diagnostics and said everything is fine. The next day I went for the road trip and everything was fine during the entire trip.So lesson learnt: Dealerships might be expensive but they can be trusted - I hope so :)Not going into any local workshops any more especially "The shop"   This was my second visit to the Shop, and the first experience was good. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service provided. Took my car in for what I thought was a simple alignment and it turned into a complicated lack of transparency and overcharge for services. First, the alignment was done and a "diagnostic" which resulted in a problem with a tie rod on the driver side (More of that in a bit). Understandably so I went ahead and told them to order the part and fix the problem. That was on a Saturday. On Monday I came back to the shop to get the work done, but as it turns out there was yet another problem, that being the steering rack bushings which they yet again had to order and meant that I had to come back to get that fixed. Well during this time I was charged on Saturday for an alignment (that shouldn't have been done) and then again for another alignment on Monday after the tie rod was installed and the work on the car was still not done. So now Ive paid for 2 alignments which are worthless because without the steering rack bushings change, the car is still not aligned. There is a big the lack of professionalism and improper diagnostic from the mechanics at this shop and I am beyond frustrated with them. On top of that when I inquired as to why the charge for two useless alignments I was pretty much told that it was my fault for the choices I made. What? Who are the mechanics? Who is suppose to make correct recommendations? Who am I paying to make those recommendations? This whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me think these guys are out to milk customers for their money. I do not recommend going here as they are not transparent about there conduct and they improperly diagnose the work that needs to be done. Thats why they get a very low rating from me. read more

Great place. Had an appointment for a simple catback install on my 2015 Mustang and everything went well. Fair price, good work and was out within an hour. Only small complaint was when the new exhaust was being taken out of the trunk it was laid down tip first onto the ground. This ended up scraping the bottom of one of the tips (polished chrome). I do recommend putting some protection over your exhaust tips before going just to be safe (I had put a plastic bag over them, but no cushion) and then it can be removed before they install it! read more

Based on my experience.. if Mike isn't working on your car, then don't go. The first time I came around for an oil change, I asked Mike to check up on my axle nuts (for proper tq spec to 180ft lb) after I installed a clutch and he did it with no problem and no extra charge. It's a really small gesture but it's his customer service that really attracted me to come back the second time. This second time however, made me reconsider my business to them. I did not get Mike because he was assigned somewhere else, which sucked for me. This second time I came was for tires and balancing. I had Tire Rack send my tires and TPMS to The Shop. Upon arriving Friday afternoon, I tell them I need tires, tpms install, camber bolts install (that I provided) and programming and alignment done. They take me in and tell me to take a seat. They told me it'll take to the end of the day. End of the day comes and they get my tires on, yay! When going over my invoice, the tech was telling me the services that was listed: tire install, camber bolt install, alignment and tpms. First, they didn't install my bolt, which takes 30 mins as it's a single bolt on each front side. Tech told me it takes about 1-2 hours of labor which is bullshit. I couldn't install myself at the time because I live an hour away and I just bought them. So guess who has to come back again on Monday with the bolts installed? I do. Then second, tech looked confused about the installing tpms part, but my suspicion was he forgot them because he seemed new and who takes the whole day to mount tires? So he told me they didn't receive my tpms and the tires came only by themselves. So I just pay for the mounting and said I'll come back on Monday. Third, I had to drive my car home 40 miles unaligned and my tires were rubbing at every bump on the freeway. Sucks for me right? I just don't understand why it took a single tech almost 5-6 hours to mount tires while I was watching Mike go through cars like it's nothing... I really wanted Mike to work on my car Monday comes and I told them that I called Tire Rack and Tire Rack said my tpms was delivered with the tires and provided me with confirmation and the name of the person that signed for them upon delivery. They still continue to carry their lies and said "Tire Rack does this a lot." So I just told them okay whatever just do the alignment then and that I had installed the camber bolts myself and to give me the alignment specs of 0 toe, -2 camber front and -3 camber rear. All of a sudden, their manager (I think he is) comes out and tells me, "Hey Vins we actually found a blank box and it has tpms." He proceeds to tell me that I should've let them know that I had tpms delivered and that I wanted them done and that they couldn't read my mind. Like.. what do you mean? I told you on my first visit that I am here for tires mounting, tpms install and program, camber bolt install, and alignment. He just kept arguing and insisted he was right, so I just said okay so he stops blaming me lol. Another full day with the same tech. Took forever once again to install tpms, and had trouble programming the tpms. Whenever I'd come around to peek, I saw that the other 2 techs kept going to my car's bay to help out my tech. Finally, when my alignment was done, all I wanted to do was pay and get out of there cos I live an hour away! Guess what.. the car didn't drive straight. When I hold the steering wheel straight, the car would pull to the right. Tbh I'll only come back for Mike's efficiency and customer service. ‍ The shop has a really good reputation but that interaction with the others just messed my opinion up. Pros: Seemingly do-all, one stop tuner shop, decent sized staff and garage space to get the work done Cons: Shady tactics, deceit, poor customer service, price gouging I've taken my car here for the 2nd and last time. I will not name my car or the exact parts they installed in case of retaliation (because that's the vibe the manager gives off) so take my word for it or find out the hard way. Aesthetically, their website is impressive, the shop is a good size, it's clean and you can almost always see a regular flow of people out front and in their waiting area. But that only goes so far. A quick google search for reviews will expose some negative customer experiences. It looks like some of the Nissan and Mazda guys have been had, and even a few Honda owners. A couple of their staff sound & appear friendly, but the manager (Matt) could use some lessons in dealing with people. They may or may not give you a quote over the phone, and most likely after you show up after your drive there they will tell you a different price. Word on the street says they're only cool with people they know, otherwise they will ring you up and do half ass jobs. They may or may not tell you that a job you want done could be done in a different way, may not be safe, or otherwise. They'll just tally up the labor charge per hour and write it up. They installed a part on my car, didn't own up to a mistake they made but said they would take a look at it again. Also, they will claim to charge you higher than normal prices if your car is not a Honda or Acura and say "your car is more complicated". I've checked my very reliable sources with different input, and it's unanimous the Shop is blowing smoke for my hard earned dollar. I just can't respect a man/business for not only jacking up the price with a lame excuse instead of plain honesty, but also botching the job?! I would've been cool with , "You know what? I made a mistake. Let's do it over and get it right." You will NOT hear such words from this place. You should always feel happy and satisfied with your car after you pick it up, not have regret and bad taste in your mouth (and a lighter wallet). If you're like me and your project car is not only your loved hobby and long term investment, then dont' subject her to wishy washy service. If you know a thing or two about cars and couldn't do the work yourself for some reason, you will see what could've been better. If you are a noob to this kind of thing beware of getting scammed and just stay clear unless you don't have enough drama in your life. I took my Camry there for an oil change. I gave them the motor oil and filter. After the oil change, I popped the hood to check. It looked like the cleanest oil change ever! There was no oil drip at all from the filter... then I looked closely, THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE FILTER! I went back and I was pissed off. The guy in front went to talk to the tech... he said he used a factory filter, not the one I gave him... total BS. The manager looked at the car and it was very obvious the oil filter has not been changed. It is covered with months of dust and road build up. He goes back to the tech, then he changes his story that he couldnt get the filter to fit. Again BS! He didn't even attempt to remove the filter! The manager confronted him again, and finally he admitted he didn't change it. And he put the oil filter in his tool box. WTF!? The manager apologized and he did the oil change again for me... At this point I just wanted to get out of this rip off place! If that is how this shop works, I am definitely NOT GOING BACK AGAIN! I'd double check everything they do as it is not trustworthy! Very Unsatisfied customer here. So much that I felt I had to write this review so that others don't have to suffer my same misfortune. Took my car in for minimal maintenance, and it came back with more problems than when I took it in. They say they deal with modified cars, but my car with a sump oil temperature sensor came back with a broken sensor... Apart from that, my car stinks of burning oil because I assume they spilled some all over the engine and on the exhaust parts. This never happened before when I changed the oil on my driveway myself. Needless to say, I will be doing my own oil changes again, or at least not letting this place do it. I looked at the work ethnic note that was on the wall, which stated that the mechanics are to use breaker bars and torque wrenches to tighten wheels, while I watched the guy use an impact wrench on my car with custom wheel locks...not very professional at all. Nobody seems to care either. Even America's Tire used wrenches for my car as opposed to an impact. Customer service was so-so, I'd say a C- at best. Seems they're more interested in talking to friends than sorting out service issues. The worst part however though was the 3 1/2 hour wait for them to finish whatever they were doing. That is an unacceptable time frame for the simple work I had done. I was hoping to find a good local shop to be able to entrust my car to, but unfortunately this is not the one. I would not recommend this shop, nor will I recommend any of my friends to it. read more

This place has poor business practice and are run by unethical people. i took my car here long time back and have not written because of association to some affiliates. I took my car in here for a simple tire change and rotation. Their cheap price being attractive, i gave them a chance. Also being mislead by their yelp reviews and also glowing recommendation. i brought in my subaru sti, where they used a Impact gun stripped my lug nuts, stripped the studs holding them, breaking my rim locks and the key. Making my tires impossible to remove. This doesnt even include the part where they scratched my rims hammering away in their attempts to fix it. i ended up with having to pay them for the time wasted in them trying to remove the tire and fix the damaged they had caused. They had no clue of what to do in any instance of fixing or taking fault. if you ever wondered how much damage you can do by a simple tire change, this would be it. In this entire ordeal, they blamed me for the damage, with me never ever using any power tools to remove or put on my tires. My car was brand new at the time and this was its first tire change. Did that matter to them? No it did not, some how it was my fault. They created $2k in total damage, 2k$ for tire changing. for trying to put a new set of tires on. this is a reminder of their poor work ethics, which i paid heavily. No where did they even apologize, they only laid blame. Since then, anytime i talk about " The Shop" i receive very similar, " they dont know wtf they doing" remarks. In anything they do. They skim across in doing good work and doing poor work. Even to the extent of placing the wrong fluids in a radiator. give or take that sometimes someone boast them, but by my own experience.. full of sh*t This is a long over due review. I have never forgotten their bs. Use at your own risk, but if you know anything about cars. stay away. You can also gauge by their age of why this business is the way it is. I have never been more harassed in my life before! Called on a Friday, they said they don't take Sat appointments but we should try coming early. I reached at 11:30, they said it is a long line, asked me to come around 4. Drove again around 4 and they said the line is long and they never told us to come at 4! 2 hrs of our lives wasted, 1 wasted because of wrong information. Chose to trust Yelp reviews, scheduled an appointment this time, went in on a weekday at 12:30 as per the appointment. I decided to work from their office since their 'wifi is so awesome'. After 30 mins, I found out that I was still in line (despite the appointment), and the wifi wasn't working. A staff person said it hadn't been working for a week now. When I asked the manager, he gave an Oscar winning performance on how the wifi was working in the morning and how he was so surprised that it wasn't. I was supposed to be at work, I was running late, and I was being lied to (again). I got a call from work and while I was talking, the manager comes and says 'you can do your call later, you need to move your car out of the driveway'. Super rude! I told him I have a meeting and will probably have to leave. I went out, moved my car, re-scheduled my work meeting, and came in. This process took 2 minutes. When I come in, I get to know that they have taken in another car. WHAT!! SERIOUSLY?? The manager was absolutely unapologetic and disinterested. I left at 1:35 with a massive headache and a mess up at work. More than an hour of my life spent here getting harassed I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Got a flat tire & needed a replacement quick! My fiancé called around because I don't dare take care of my own car. LOL Plus, he wanted to find me the best deal. All I know is that my tires are hard to find because not many places stock 20" tires. Lucky for me, he found The Shop. They were open on Memorial Day which was great because I needed my car for work the next day. I went in for a simple oil change. Mechanic was nice enough. Wrote up my order, professional and all. The very next day, there was a huge greasy puddle on my driveway!!!! My car was leaking oil. My dad was pissed and that pissed me off. That crap is really hard to clean. So I went back to the Shop and waited an hour before they could even look at it to diagnose what was wrong. Another 20 minutes later, they said they'd have to replace a part and it would cost about $80. But they couldn't fix it that day. They'd have to order the part and I'd have to go back and it was going to take a couple hours. Wtf!!! How did that happen?? Was it because of the oil change?? Why would it coincidentally leak the day after? Of course, they said it wasn't because of the oil change. Okay, fine. I'll come back whatever. I ended up taking my car to another shop. They said that whoever did the oil change messed up and tried to cover it up. Now I had to pay for another oil change and for them to fix the problem. Damn you SHOP!!! Money down the freaking drain. Long story short. Went in with 2 sensors that I bought myself from the factory ,that they wanted to charge 2x for. Was greeted by Matt. Told him I wanted the 2 sensors replaced and he looked up the parts I brought in. After a through research on google and his own sources , he turns around and tells me "wrong parts , that's what happens when you don't know what your doing." I replied telling him the parts person at the dealer said these were the right ones. He continued to tell me that they are wrong and that I made a mistake. Went home popped in the sensors myself. And guess what. They were the correct ones. Your service and attitude is garbage .... I didn't give you any attitude but I got some in return. Won't return or suggests you guys to anyone. read more

TL;DR: Probably just fine if you're coming in to put on some new tires, but my most recent experience makes me question their honesty and professionalism. History: Had been to The Shop a few times before; tires, alignment, that sort of thing. When I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my regular mechanic, they'd get the business. It was easy to schedule with them and the prices were fair. I would say I was 5 stars satisfied with The Shop. Recently: Was having all kinds of problems with an old Honda Civic and finally thought to measure the voltage at the battery: 12.8V (should be closer to 14V). I brought it in to The Shop, they took a look and said it must be the alternator, so I paid to have a new (refurbished) alternator installed. Before I left, I asked if they tested the voltage to make sure the original problem had been resolved with their replacement of the alternator. The manager said "yeah, we measured it and it's charging to factory spec". I was already driving home when it hit me: the way he answered my question wasn't very convincing. Luckily, I had a multimeter. I pulled over, measured the voltage, and sure enough: 12.8V. No one tested anything. I drove back to The Shop and we all stood around their multimeter, which of course read the same thing. Awkward indeed. Long story short: we kept the new alternator in the car. Figured I should give this place another go, because so far I had multiple good experiences and only one bad one (note to self: use logic next time). And so I scheduled an appointment to diagnose the underlying problem with the electrical system (we confirmed that the voltage was over 14V at the alternator and the battery still only got 12.8V). I brought it in at the scheduled time and made use of their surprisingly good wifi connection while I sat in the front room. At the two hour mark, I decided to ask how things were coming along, since I hadn't heard a thing about the job. The manager said that his guy had been working on my car non-stop that whole time and he still couldn't figure it out. I asked if there was anything that they could recommend as a next step. Answer: "no". The manager made sure to point out that he was only going to charge me for one hour of labor. Lucky me. When I got home I pulled out the multimeter and -- no, I'm not joking -- the second connection I tested was bad: the ground from the engine to the chassis (you mean the first one you see when you lift the hood?). Wire, ring terminals, sandpaper -- the battery is now getting 14V and is loving it. 5 minutes to diagnose, 10 minutes to fix. This would be a good time to point out that I know about cars like your grandma knows about cars. You've read this far, you can draw your own conclusions. Found this place for tire installation through Tire Rack. Called to double check pricing. Was told pricing on the Tire Rack website are accurate. Came in and got charged extra $20 because of a fee that IS NOT listed on the site. They said it got removed by TR, but I dont see why I have to absorb the cost of this mistake especially since I called ahead to find out. For the price I ended up paying I could have selected a place closer to home. Installation took over 2 hours. They estimate 45 mins-1 hour but they replaced the wrong wheel and tire and had to re-do it. I ended up missing my second shift at work AND paying more. read more

**DO NOT COME HERE FOR ALIGNMENT ** I had my alignment done here THREE TIMES in a span of three days. Each time they couldn't correct the alignment. I ended up getting my money back after much frustration and got it professionally done at a reputable track/ alignment shop in Burlingame. I recommend steering clear of this shop! Pun intended. I'd rate this place higher if it wasn't for two things. 1, they take their sweet ass time doing jobs. It took them 3 or 4 days to r&r 4 coilovers, adjust height, and re-align an old integra I used to own. 2, they park customers cars on the street where cars are getting broken into all the time. Other than that the quality and price were good. They know what they are doing. My acura handled so well after coming here. If I was still into Japanese cars I would maybe come here for quality mods. read more

Came here based of Yelp review and I was wrong =( Came late to this shop for oil change, it took about 30 mins. I was happy until I woke up next morning, the Car is leaking.. my newly painted garage has lot of leaked oil from the car. I went back to the shop and they told me leaked because the person who did this forgot to wipe the excess oil.. Really ?? In the next couple days my car started leaking again ! Unfortunately I had to move across the bay, but Matt, if you're reading this, I'm the 02 silver suby wagon This was my "go to" garage for everything: brakes, exhaust, maintenance, tires, wheels, ac, etc. When I go there, I know they will be upfront...a lot of car hobbyist bring there car here and their crew know that their customer base are both knowledgeable and well connected. If you're looking for a "professional feel" place, where they have a plaque on the wall for every extra $100 they charge extra...The Shop is NOT that....but if you're looking for a place that knows cars and also seems to be a hang-out for car guys...this place is worth a try. Price is obviously reasonable...and down right a "steal" if you're use to dealership prices. Service is accommodating..they don't have "policies" or "schedules"...Matt will work with you best he can. They are also premiere installers for TireRack...which is how I first heard of them. read more

Excellent service!!!! Have tons of tires in stock and a great prices. they didn't have the tires i needed/ wanted but was ordered and arrived the very next day. I don't get off work till 5 but they were still about to have the tires installed for me the same day. I arrived just at about 5:20PM and i was able to pull out of their drive way by 6:20. Superb service and fast. Returned for an alignment and same thing excellent service in a timely manner. Best of all they have great prices!!! Matt (the boss man) has a clean RX-7 FD. This Rx-7 is not any ordinary rx-7. He blew his rotary motor, so he decided to put a LS1 V8 in there. Just by the look at his car you can tell they take pride in their work. His rx-7 was the first v8 swap they have done and is definitely not their last. Since his swap they have done roughly about 3 or 4 other V8 FDs. Taking a look into the shop from the outside, it is actually clean. The floor is not covered with grease like a lot of the auto repair shop you see out there. They have a nice little waiting area/ office with a lot of things on display and A CLEAN BATHROOM!!! You cant go wrong with excellent customer service, competence in what they do, and did i mention GREAT PRICES!!!! read more

Bait and switch. And not too bright. I sent an email asking if they still had a tire they advertised online and when I could pick it up. They said anytime between 11am an 6:30pm and to call them. I called them during those hours but nobody answered and there was no voicemail to leave a message. So I drove to their shop - and surprise - they did not have the tire, but would sell me one that is a different brand. Thanks, but no thanks. You would think they would know that you cannot mix tires of different brands. read more

Excellent no-nonsense repair shop. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround; in and out in about an hour for alignment and balance / rotation. I received a very through explanation from Mike the technician with regards to my alignment and work that was recommended (new tie rods, and the reason for such) as well as Matthel the owner. Definitely recommend as they are well organized and contentious. Will return and recommend. Smog shop is adjacent to their location if needed, will give it a try the next time my car is due for one. read more
