A nice shop tucked away in San Bruno, affordable price and took my car in even though they were about to close. Appreciated their service and quickness. Had a simple car inspection to help diagnose the issue.

I brought my car here for a wheel alignment. I had made an appointment a few days before. The service representative was knowledgeable about my needs. Since I had adjustable camber parts, he was able to make sure the alignment would be corrected to factory specs. The cost for the alignment was on par with most shops. However, they charged me for the removal of some plastic underbody panel. Note to self, save some money and take the panels off yourself next time. Other than that, the job was great! They are ASE and BBB certified. If you have a tuner car, this place will know what to do.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Saved my butt after a late afternoon flat tire - came in right before closing and these guys took care of me super fast super friendly and totally reasonable pricing. Easy to find location in San Bruno. Comfortable waiting room in case you have to stay longer. These guys rock!

‼report‼I had brought my car in for a head gasket, timing belt, and water pump replacement and to install my radiator and some fans. they got me in for a really good price for about $1500. they had told me my head was warped so i had to pay an additional $725 to get it machined. Then a day later they say my camshaft and knock sensor were broken so how you tell me it's broken when they didn't even turn on the engine because the head was off. so i had to pay another $113 for my own parts and $150 for labor. as soon as my car was done they said my bolt was stripped because of their own mistake and they had to charge me an additional $300 for the labor of taking it apart the cams and pulleys. I got my car back and it came worse no coolant and milky oil and my car overheats. what's the point of bringing my car to fix my issues and when i get my car back the same issues is still there. I provided the bar number and website to report these scammers. ‼Report‼ Bar License: AM242967 https://www.bar.ca.gov/complaint

DONT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE. BAD WORK I came here to get a camber plate install. To camber the front to match the back. $500. I dropped it off at 11am got it back 6:25pm. They close at 6:30. They didn't do what I asked for they also messed up the alignment slightly and my rim are scratched. I went the next day to notify his work. Still wanted to charge me an additional $400 to fix the job he did. FUCK THIS PLACE.

The good: the service was quick and the staff were very nice. They explained everything and recommended additional services. That's where they got me! My $45 oil change turned into $165! Now I agreed to the services so it's on me. I was being lazy and should just do certain things myself. For example, I got charged $20 for a third brake light bulb. I later checked O'Reilly and its a $10 bulb. I also agreed to a new cabin air filter...$65! I checked O'Reilly and its $25. If I wanted the expensive K&N brand, it was $50. UGH! All in all the experience was good. DIY to save money OR if you don't have the time or ability, let Jiffy Lube do it but you're gonna pay!

Paid a premium full price for it too even though I had multiple coupons that "weren't valid". Found out months later by a family member that my oil levels are low, they only filled half, the oil they used was super black, not full synthetic. They did not offer to change my coolant or steering fluid even after I asked. Also they tighten your valve so hard you would never be able to change your own oil at home. You'd be forced to go back to a shop to get your oil change. Never ever coming back here again and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to come here either.

This business had great reviews on yelp and google so I wanted to try it out. And I wanted to see if this was a shop I could regularly come to as I recently moved close-by. I walked in and after roaming around to find someone, I started speaking with an employee who said the owner Mike was not in. He said in order to inspect the air conditioning, it would be at least $200 which is also their price for an oil change. So I should just get an oil change and they would do many things including looking into the air conditioning. He didn't say it was a full air conditioning check. Yet he said they could let me know what the problem might be and he would note it. I didn't really need an oil change. I don't think I was even half way there. I decided to try it out and see how this place was. The owner Mike called me back multiple hours later letting me know my car was done. I asked him about the air conditioning and he said he didn't even look into the air conditioning and that I came for an oil change. He said it would be $240 to look into what the problem was with the air conditioning. He said that was just to inspect it though and no guarantee of fixing anything. I was irritated and he then told me I was a cheap person. We were on speaker phone in the car with my girlfriend and her friend who both said they didn't like this guy, were not comfortable with him, that he didn't know how to talk to people, the way he spoke was not professional, and that I shouldn't work with him, because there are other mechanics I could go to that were good. Ultimately I decided to go pick up my car. It was a very awkward conversation with the owner in his little office room. I went to pay and I wasn't very comfortable paying, because this is not what I came there for. I decided to pay uncomfortably and observed the way the owner Mike was and he seemed pretty arrogant and with an attitude after done of 'here are your keys. Go walk over to your car and get it yourself.' I was trying to get input on what he saw in the car on his service as well and he casually mentioned multiple things he saw and didn't seem interested in explaining much at all. Really weird experience here especially contrasting to the other good reviews for this business. I guess he goes above and beyond for other customers. Wasn't the case with me.

The deets: I have a 1999 NB Mazda Miata with a rebuilt engine, but your mileage may vary. Let me start off this review by saying, good "Mom and Pop" mechanics and support staff are hard to find. To wit: PR Motorsports in Hayward closed a few years ago because the main and only mechanic had "an offer he couldn't refuse." When Mr. Mazda changed owners due to unforseen circumstances, well, I'll stop short there. What Auto Logic delivers is a world-class auto experience in every category: Customer Service, Communication, Attention to Detail, Value, Service and All-Around "Good Karma" vibe. My auto service need was fixing a leaky engine (from the aforementioned rebuild) that was LONG overdue. After an initial assesment, the estimate was up to a 2-day job and co$t wise, ended just being a little "teensy weensy" over the initial estimate price. I didn't care, because the constant calls to my cell phone regarding updates eased my concern. Timewise, the job took just a little over one day. That's it really. Only to say that I forgot how beautiful the drive is on H280 to and from my locale in the South Bay.

I pulled in expecting the usual: wait, sigh, scroll my phone, question my life choices while watching fluorescent lights hum overhead. Instead, I got something closer to a well-run pit stop staffed by people who genuinely seem like they want your car to keep surviving in this economy. The staff was immediately friendly in that effortless way that doesn't feel scripted or forced. No awkward upselling theater, no mysterious jargon that makes you feel like your car is secretly falling apart in slow motion. Just straightforward explanations, clear pricing, and the unsettling realization that this might actually be... easy? The service itself was fast--like "wait, that's it?" fast--but still had that thorough, checklist-complete energy that reassures you they didn't just pop the hood, nod seriously, and hope for the best. It was efficient without feeling rushed, which feels increasingly rare in the modern world. And then there's the location situation, which honestly deserves its own review section called "The Accidental Food Corridor of Daly City." While waiting, you're basically within walking distance of an entire supporting cast of snack destiny: Little Caesars quietly doing what it does--hot, fast, unapologetic pizza energy Subway offering the classic "I should probably be responsible" sandwich option 7-Eleven standing ready with existentially necessary snacks and beverages Krispy Krunchy Chicken bringing dangerously crispy temptation into the mix Starbread Bakery quietly sabotaging any intention of "just being nearby" with warm, sugary inevitability It starts to feel less like an oil change appointment and more like you accidentally scheduled yourself into a snack-themed amusement district while your car gets serviced. By the time everything was done, the car was ready, the pricing felt fair, and I was briefly convinced that this might be the most efficiently located cluster of practical errands and emotional food decisions in Daly City. I came in for maintenance. I left with a refreshed vehicle, a suspicious appreciation for operational efficiency, and a mental list of baked goods I definitely didn't need but absolutely considered.
