They usually cost $12.99 for an 8-count box at other local stores, but ShopRite had them for $9.99 regular price and only $6.99 on sale. Deals like that really add up. The store is always clean, the bakery is top-notch, and the prices are noticeably better than many other grocery stores in the area. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wasn't registered for a ShopRite shopper account at the time and couldn't receive the additional discounts. Personally, I think everyone should get the best price automatically. Some other stores even let cashiers scan a store card so customers can still receive sale pricing. The only disadvantage is that their hot food isn't as good as Big Y's hot food buffets and their food service shops. I seem to love Big Y pizza better than ShopRite.

We're always mindful to get out before closing. They were already cleaning the floors and they were waiting for me to move so they could clean the spot I was standing in. It made me feel super uncomfortable as I was rushing to find the item I was looking for (which they ended up not having). And one of the workers was loudly yelling every few minutes how many minutes there were until closing. I definitely got the feeling that I wasn't welcome there!

They have a cooler with locally made Avery's soda. The area designation signs are handmade. They have frozen homemade food, including pizza! There's homemade bakery items and cooler goods, including fresh muesli. How cool is that? But even more amazing, the owner makes spices, including rubs and curry powder. You'll never find those exact items anywhere else! It's an amazing store, and the cashier was so friendly and fun to talk to. I'm jealous of what you have West Avon!
