Newly opened pizza spot in Santee! Very friendly staff, fast service and delicious food! This is the best dairy free pizza we have ever had (and we have tried a lot of them)! Plenty of dairy free cheese, fully melted and even browned on top! I almost walked back in to complain that they put regular cheese on my pizza because it looks so good! Food (3/5) - Ordered the lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. At first glance, I couldn't tell the difference between the two since they were both covered in mozzarella cheese. The spaghetti didn't have any meat, which is odd since the two menu options for spaghetti comes with either meatballs or italian sausage. The lasagna had a good amount of cheese and meat, although as I got towards the center, it got to the point where the middle was room temperature while the top and edges were steaming hot from the oven. Service (5/5) - Service was nice and attentive. Ambiance (5/5) - Restaurant is very clean. There are a couple of tables for seating but this is really made for pick-up orders. read more

Been here twice now so my rate is based on both times. First time got the calzone which wasnt too bad. The side of sauce they gave me was barely half way full. I should have looked before leaving to get another sauce. Second visit was spaghetti which was a huge let down. The noodles were way over cooked and the sauce, well let's just say it wasn't like a a normal spaghetti sauce. It almost tasted like Ragu which was a huge let down and it needed more seasoning. The pizza had a nice fluffy crust, sauce had good flavors, and just the nice amount of cheese. The chicken a la rosa pasta was fantastic, and our daughter made us stop eating it so she could have some for lunch tomorrow at school. The only thing that was not a huge hit was the bread that came with the pasta. Somehow, it was greasy and dry at the same time and could really use some more flavor. Add an order of piping hot crispy(not soggy) onion rings that barely fit inside a big to-go container with a Jarritos to wash it all down, and I'm fat n happy. I just picked up a plain pepperoni pizza for my kids and this was our first time ordering from here. The first thing I have to point out is when I got in the car, the smell of this pizza was intoxicating like pizza smells like pizza it all smells good but this pizza was something different I can't even describe the smell like it smelled so good. I had already eaten and was full and the smell made my mouth water and so when I got home even though I was full I had to just try a bite because it smelled so good and when I tell you it tasted just as good as it smelled it was just so amazing! I am so impressed with the quality and flavor I couldn't put the slice down and the kids finished the whole XL pizza is under 5mins! Now if the pepperoni tasted this good, I can't wait to try all of the specialty pizzas. Definitely this is our new spot from now on. read more
