The special side that day was mashed red potatoes and I enjoyed how generous the serving was but I found them under seasoned. The steak was good. Maybe $50 good; I'd definitely melt but another cut next time that works well with the rare temp. The tiramisu dessert was divine and the texture and taste of the mascarpone mousse made up for the bland hollandaise from earlier. The waitress came back to the table while I was in the restroom asking if we were taking the leftovers home, everyone agreed NO! She came back to the table after I returned, to say that she was crediting the meals, but when she returned the bills were wrong for both families. I tried the pickle fries a few weeks ago and they were flavorful, perfectly fried, and not greasy at all. Fries are the right thickness with a crispy seasoned exterior, fluffy inside. They give you a spoon with the shake and it stands upright, they're THICK!! The kicker?? Zucchini fries. More like zucchini logs. The batter is perfection. It's not thin or thick but it doesn't fall off or apart with each bite and you can actually bite through the whole thing.
