This place is garbage. Tried to go buy some product one night after dinner during 2021 Covid. I had my girlfriend come in with me. The security guard or rent cop was obviously on a power trip. He was rude to my friend about her mask when we first went in, while I'm looking around she adjusted it by pulling it out and up. He flipped out and started yelling at us to get out. The hell? I just had the worst experience at the smoke shop when all my other past experiences have been amazing and this I think is the worst experience and I will never go back now I started going to the smoke shop in May 2023 as I just moved here from San Diego recently, I went to the DMV and got a new updated license so I had the paper ID with my old license Let me remind you I've been going to the smoke shop for over six months so they know me I go and they refused to take my ID saying that that is only allowed to be used for moving and driving a vehicle and I said to them that's not technically correct it is a legal binding ID as it used in conjunction with each other, and that everybody uses at the airport and all well, they refused, and they kicked me out of the smoke shop, pretty much the guy that let me in and started talking to me just had a great big white smile. It was just laughing like he thinks it's a joke. Well this is the law and you're a freaking smoke shop like are you kidding me anyways, worst experience won't go back. I find it very appalling and pathetic that you can use this ID temporary ID pretty much anywhere except they refused and kicked me out of the smoke shop when they know me pretty fucked up thank you very much merry Christmas. read more

I've been to this store quite a few times and I have received deliveries from the Las Vegas location. This is definitely my favorite dispensary in the LV area. Everybody is super cool and there's none of that pretentious, "know-it-all" attitude. They have a lot of product displayed without wasting space, so it's pretty easy to get q quick look at the goodies. The rewards program has helped me to save quite a bit of money. I was in there a couple of times when there was a relatively long line, but the line didn't last long and the wait was short. They had awesome holiday specials to close out 2018. read more

They also have daily deals which are hard to pass, as well as a rewards program. The staff is very professional yet accommodating. THE SOURCE recently did something that takes them up another couple of notches in my eyes! Just about all the dispensaries offered home delivery options before the pandemic, but the biggest problem back then was that they couldn't accept debit/credit cards...I guess it was a regulatory thing. Anyway, you had to be able to pay them in as close to exact cash as possible, because the drivers never carried change (for the usual reasons). Fast-forward to NOW, and thanks to the magic of Point Of Service devices, for an additional processing fee of $3.50 (which I don't mind paying at all), they'll accept payment by swiping your card, and you're good to go! I don't know what changed or why, but this new wrinkle couldn't have come at a better time! I've ordered twice since they started taking cards, and they can expect many more orders from me in the future...even after the pandemic ends! read more

I did the curbside pickup and the guy was really rude and we were paying with debit card so he kept asking "did you need me to come back?" And we were getting the card out of the wallet. Then he passed us off to another coworker who was super nice and ended up taking care of us. They didn't read the order back to us and they weren't very informative or seemed like they had a lot of experience with customer service. These people are so incredibly nice. I've only been here twice, but they're great. I was $2 short for a quarter so I asked for an eighth and the kid at the desk was like, "nah I got you on $2, go ahead and get the quarter," then used $2 of his own tips to help me. The girl at the desk who checked my ID was all smiles and I'm sorta awkward in situations like this so that was comforting. Been here quite a few times. In general it's definitely NOT my favorite place. Staff tends to be lazy and slow. Your lucky if they get off their phone to acknowledge you let alone help you. However, if I'm looking for a specific product I will go here.... until today. I see they are having a special on a strain that I have been wanting to try. So to not waste a trip across town I buy 6 of the cartridges (3 of one strain & 3 of another) that I was wanting to try. Place my order online, use the curbside pickup, give them enough time to get my order together and make the drive across town. When I get there 1 of the strains that I ordered they don't have at all and the other strain they only have 1 of. Out of 6 cartridges that they advertised and took orders for, out of the cartridges that I drove clear across town for, they have 1! No phone call, no text, just had me drive clear across town to NOT have the product that they said they had and that they allowed me to place an order for. What if I would have had it delivered? Would they have called then or would they let the delivery driver bring the complete wrong order? Of course they would have called. Yet when it's the customers time and gas, nothing. Let us, the CONSUMER, waste our time and money. This shows exactly what they think of their customers and how much they value them. I truly hope somebody other than the inept manager I already spoke with at this location reads this. This business practices will NEVER win over your customers. Your employees and "managers" laziness will undoubtedly cost you far more business than will ever bring in. I for one will NEVER spend one thin dime at The Source. Far too many dispensaries in Las Vegas to spend my money at an establishment that does not value me as a customer. As I was writing this I looked up the general cost or acquiring new customers as opposed to retaining the customers you have. Allow me to post just the first 2 sentences of an article I just read. Did you know that it costs five times as much to attract a new customer, than to keep an existing one?
