After telling the clerk I was driving 40 minutes to get what I wanted, the sale I was told that was in effect, was not actually happening. The was clerk rude and offered no alternatives. I thought I would give these guys a shot. after having heard negative reviews, guess I should've known better. It's very disappointing that a company of this size, with so many competitors so close by, would not have a better grip on their game. Really, really disappointed in The Source. I will not be back. I'm not one to usually be a "Karen" but I stopped coming here over a couple of month ago, tonight I came in because I had nothing at home and I got a text about the 20% off for medical patients. I came in tonight and I handed the lady at the front my medical card and my ID, she only grabbed my ID only from and then followed up saying that I'm not a medical patient...I pointed to the tray that my medical was still on. "Oh". I then go in for some product and all I wanted was some concentrates to get me by, went back and back forth trying my best to be nice (it was close to closing time) and finally after the gentleman helped I didn't even get the Medical Discount! I told him that's why I came tonight, he offered a refund, which I was yea let's do it! It seemed like the Supervisor or whoever was above the gentleman didn't want to do the refund. Now I just some instore credit for a dispensary I disliked before coming tonight....yay. Other times and part of the reason why I originally stopped coming, they wouldn't respect that I was a medical patient, medical patients get first at ALL medical dispensary's. I've even been there while other medical patients were upset and said something, so I know I'm not the only one. This is the BEST dispensary in the Las Vegas Valley for the simple reason that you don't have to check in and wait for someone to escort you around and hover over you like used car salesman... in other words you can take your time and browse at your leisure. I only know of one other dispensary that allows customers to do that. I have literal receipts from their P.O.S. sales system DUTCHIE for items they never even registered in their system. The second time I called about this, they couldn't find anything and told me they would take care me asap if I REORDERED This is the second time they have laid the blame on me, for a problem with their point of sale (piece of shit) system. No more, shop something like Planet13 instead. They havent missed a single order, arrive early most times (under the window), and typically throw in extras. I was impressed from being greeted at the door and checking in to easily finding someone to answer my questions about CBD oil. She (the manager) told me to contact Provisions because they may have been responsible for the defect. What kind of claim is this? The individuals involved in the business are responsible for a defect on a product they should have CHECKED is sell-able. Absolute ridiculousness. I've gone there a couple times and the people who work they're are kinda weird... the front door man insist that I must sit while waiting for my pick up order. I tried to calmly explain I have back issues and he still appeared adamant about me having to be seated.. but oh well.. I go to the window and grab my flower and the lady behind the window tells me "they track bags and to not dispose of my white bag outside anymore and to take it to my car before opening? The Source has found a way to corner the market by only carrying 1:1 honey edibles and restrict it to only who the deem worthy. My wife uses the 1:1 honey for pain, seizures and sleep loss and has a medical license from Colorado. The Source told my wife that state law prohibits them from taking licenses from Colorado which is false since all the other dispensaries in the Las Vegas valley take her Colorado medical license. Unfortunately the other dispensaries stopped carrying the 1:1 honey and now only The Source carries it and now are the only ones who pick and choose what out of state licenses to accept. BUYER BEWARE They are keeping much needed medicine from my wife and will keep it from you too. read more
