Do NOT go here if you have a choice. They are a big ZERO on customer service. Every other pot place in this town falls on their sword to keep my $1000+ per month plus 20% tip. Decided to walk over from my half million dollar (11 years ago) cash paid home in my boxing shorts and skull tee shirt. (Mommy is not getting fat and frumpy during containment.) When having my temp taken which passed, I explained I may be not due to my 2 mile walk. I passed but the security guard, who I can buy and sell the soul of, thought it proper to eagle eye me like a Fremont Street Crack Whore. When at the front giving my ID, my $3,500 USD on sale purse accidentally knocked down a writing pad. Same Security was on me like white on rice. Inside with some kind of not understandable concern, dude followed me with a Discrimination I just don't understand launching dismissives at my every move. "Don't put your hand over there." I completely understand COVID-19 regulations as my side biz as a Social Media Administrator with over 4 million followers/members in the high impact and volume groups and profiles I manage is keeping major corporations abreast, socially and ethically responsible in this pandemic. Compared to all the other places I buy my pot from, this is the absolute service worst. Continually, the girls at the front are dismissive and not convivial. Checking out is just a Walmart process. It's the closest one to my home but I will do business with Planet 13 and Releaf who treat me like a Goddess and would do so even if I am wearing a skull tee shirt. The Source is biased, lacks customer service, is the worst buying experience of all dispensaries, and can't respect me or my Benjis as they have absolutely no guest appreciation on any level. Wake up Source. You are a small fry in a many excellent Dispensary town. Go elsewhere people. If they discriminate against a white, wealthy high dollar purchaser and never exhibit any gratitude...just imagine how they will treat you. read more

This was my first time ever visiting a dispensary. I had no knowledge whatsoever of any of the product types. The employee who assisted me, Alyssa, was friendly and so so very knowledgeable. She was patient and took the time to explain the different products, the portions, what they were used for and also shared her personal favorites. I can't say enough positive things about this store. It was also clean and all of the employees were friendly as well. I will be back for sure! She was super friendly and helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all the choices in the shop, and every single item she suggested turned out to be spot-on. There are plenty of dispensaries in the LV area but if you can find your way to Henderson I highly recommend this store. We have been visiting The Source dispensary on Eastern since they have opened. Every time we go in we feel right at home. Everyone always remembers us and our big white dog Burger. All of the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. We were in today and Dylan helped me pick out a nice strain, Dylan also handed me a sample of Seventh Sense CBD deep relief eucalyptus spearmint cream. This is probably the best and closest dispensary that I've been to. Its amazing the selection and quality of their marijuana products. Their staff is also great and friendly. I was taken care of by a guy named Louis, who went above and beyond to make sure he made me feel at home and comfortable, while also being very informative and getting me what I needed. This dispensary is by far the best place in Las Vegas. Their customer service supersedes even the finest hotel in the city. The reason for my last visit because i couldn't work my vape. Upon arrival i signed in with Casey, who whole heartedly listened to my conundrum, and reassured me that my problem would be solved. I waited on a short line, and was helped by Louis. He was so professional and took his time infinding the problem with my vape. It turns out, I'm a dick and was using the wrong charger (wa wa waaaa) however, louis did not judge me and even asked the manager Michael if they would give the correct charger. Michael gave the ok, god bless his soul, and now my pen is puffing to perfect capacity. Louis even charged it for me, so i would have enough battery life to last me awhile. He was such a gentleman, and my appreciation for this store is eternal. Ps. One of my fave people who works there is a beautiful woman named Katree. I call her the ganja goddesd, because she intently listens to your problems and suggests the best recommendation. I have been to this location several times and have always been satisfied with the customer service and the selection of items, that is until yesterday. I went on line to try to place an order for some edibles and could not make heads or tails of what was available. The descriptions of items on their web site it sadly lacking. So, I decided to go into the store since they recently re-opened to the public. I had to walk up to the front door and give my name and phone number to get into a virtual line to enter. The man at the door was pleasant and informed me the wait would be about thirty to thirty five minutes. I ran a couple of errands and came back thirty minutes later. I waited in my car for another half hour and then got antsy and texted back how much long it might be. Within a minute I receive a text that I was good to go. They had three ladies up front checking drivers licenses for the one customer that would be let in about every five minutes. Every time I have been here before, there is someone that comes over to help you and with no pressure, writes up your order to give to the people on the other side of the glass. Yesterday, no one to help. Not just me, but anyone. To make matters worse, over 90% of their display cases were empty. They had four items in the edible department and so I got in line to tell the cashier what I wanted. When it was my turn to go, I stepped up to the counter and was briskly asked to step back so he could sanitize the station from the previous customer. OK. He pulled out a spray bottle and disposable wipe and cleaned his keyboard. Didn't clean the counter where the customer was leaning up against or the plastic tray that goes back and forth with id and money. Didn't change his gloves after handling the previous customers cash. Or after handling my cash and transaction. What good are the gloves for? Do they get assigned one pair of gloves for the shift so they don't have to ever wash their hands? By the way I counted six employees outside and ten on the other side of the glass. Two window open for customers. Now for the best part of the transaction. They had four edible items on display and were out of two of them. So the entire transaction took about an hour and a half and I had a choice of two items. I understand that the pandemic is causing supply chain problems so only carrying about ten percent of your normal stock can be sort of overlooked. But the whole charade of social distancing and keeping the customers and employees safe was a joke. You guys can do better than this. I know because I have seen it before. read more

*****Lengthy-ish review about the service of this place from someone just getting into marijuana***** This place is the worst. I love the aesthetics however the service is terrible. The girls who check you in are friendly and straightforward however when I walked into the gallery I got no help at all. No explanation on what anything was, nothing! I am new to marijuana, so this was terrifying. All I see is a man bun DB who is leaning on the cases talking to two other women. Side Note: Men why do you still wear Man Buns? It just makes you look like you don't want to be taken seriously. Anyway, I go to the check out windows and just ask for an Indica recommendation from this rainbow haired SJW girl and she suggests OG story. I ask her if it will definitely put me to sleep (I use marijuana for insomnia) and she goes "yeah it's my favorite." So I buy it. I come home and my boyfriend looks up the strain and says ITS A HYBRID! So I call The Source and they said the would exchange it. Great, I'm happy and grateful they did! So I go there the next morning and speak with one of the the guys at the window, he gave me very patronizing looks when I told him "I am new marijuana" then Matt came up to me and gave me a very patronizing and belittling sales experience. He started by talking about "flower" quality and other terms I did not know. I told him I was new marijuana as well and he started talking to me like I was a 5 year old. Dude just ask me what I want to feel and what my smoking habits are, I told you I am new to marijuana. I'm just getting started into this world. Honestly potheads who force their knowledge and experience down your throat kill this industry for me, which is unfortunate. Sales 101: Never make the customer feel stupid.
