Did not get past the very rude receptionists to see what they had. I produced my medical card & my current ccw card ( sure a no-no ) somewhat jokingly ?!? You'd a thought I'd produced a green Mojave rattle snake. Barely having time time to search my wallet for my valid driver's license, I was told real rudely they did not accept ccw card, not giving me a chance to explain my search...That's wat I get for cheating on my two favorite dispensaries, Top Notch & The Henderson Dispensary! I have been extremely disappointed here. The help spends most of the time talking to themselves, not new customers. The past three "sales" they have offered are just junk. The last sale I went in for the products were the exact same price as regular day price--They offered me free prerolls for $50, $75, $100 spent---First of their prerolls are OVER Priced--I have never in my history purchased a preroll. (That's like Mcdonalds offering a free filet-O--fish with purchase). I have gone to others in town that actually want my business! read more

I have been a customer of The Source Henderson for about 3 years now. Before this pandemic I have never been disappointed. Quick and easy service, always a great selection to choose from. If you can make it into the store I highly recommend them. However this is review is based solely on their online order/ delivery service. I put in my order online this past Sunday. This is not my first delivery order so I'm very aware of how the process is. I got my email letting me know they had received my order. I was waiting around all day on Monday. I had not gotten no calls, no emails and no texts in regards to my order and they offer "next day delivery." I did not receive anything on Monday. On Tuesday I decided to reach out to get an update. I called 6x and I never got in touch with no one it was literally like no one was answering the phone that day. I also reached out via email and never received a response back. I understand being busy but it was outright ridiculous that I could not get into contact with anyone! It is now Thursday and I am pretty disappointed that I never received my items or a call to let me know why. I will definitely be back in store after this pandemic is over. Anthony, the manager at The Source-Henderson is one of those positive people who continues to make a person feel heard and, is so very good at assisting you can not, not mention him. He is a phenomenal person who enjoys his job. You can see this whenever you speak with him. I make numerous visits to this location each month. I can tell you Anthony has helped make my transactions here very positive and with a remarkably good outlook. His staff is incredibly polite and pleasant equally. Karen (staff) did me a great service by making me aware of various CBD products that we now use and this is just an example of how helpful Anthony's staff is with the public. I have used this dispensary for about 3 months now. I use to visit their Rainbow location (11 months ago) which was where I first encountered Anthony. I am so happy to have the Henderson location open. What a wonderful surprise to have Anthony's customer caring at this location as well. I used to LOVE this dispensary, but they really effed me over today. I usually only ever come for pickup. I decided to get delivery today.......what's the harm I thought......I waited for their delivery for 7 hours!! I ordered at 2:00pm. I re-checked in and told them that my phone number had changed and that I will need to be notified prior to them typing in the gate code (an app open on my phone to open the gate). I called them around 3:00pm for these changes. They said no problem.......so I thought lol. I honestly kept my phone open and kept refreshing the gate code app for 4 freaking hours!!! No one ever called me. I called around 7:45 (my window was 5-8.......I was honestly just trying to be patient), they said someone tried to call me....but wtf? I was with my phone for 4 freaking hours. I don't believe it. Someone clearly didn't put in the new number I gave them.......but I still didn't get the gate call either so wtf? Do not buy provision disposable they run out battery before product and I know I only had a little left in it but they wouldn't exchange the product after I could clearly hear there was an issue with them, multiple today! I don't get paid until next week and this pen was going to last me until I got paid. Let me start by saying I am a college educated Army Veteran that suffers from PTSD the Iraq War. I am a medical patient that has consistently shopped for my medication at The Source on Eastern Ave in Las Vegas. Today (11/15/22) I wanted to share my experience with Manager Kristen. After I check-In I look for help with my order. I see three employees, including the Manager Kristen on the sell floor laughing a bragging about coming from the Apple store. I made eye contact with Kristen knowing she is the manager hoping she would send an sells person over to help. Nope, she has him over to someone who did not ask for help. After this happened, I decided to go outside and place my order online since I could not get help in the store. When I returned to pick up my order, I asked Marty at the door if I could speak with Kristen about her look pass me. I watched him talk with Kristen as I continued to walk in. Kristen then goes into the backroom. After paying I asked my cashier if Kristen knew that I wanted to speak with her, and she replied Yes. I left without ever being acknowledged and that is not right. I know that Apple Store has been charged with discrimination due to employee's and managers. This is not my first incident with the manager Kristen. I will be reach out to the Cannabis Compliance Board because if it is happening to me then who else is it happening? The+Source Henderson has got to be one of my top few favorite dispensaries. They have weekly specials (oh snap!) on quality flower-not just low THC or terpene percents like see other places. Their pre-rolled Motivators are cheaper everyday than you can find anywhere in town. Waste no time here as well. So on 24th of August around 10 am I am walking towards the doors of The+ Source and a gentleman opens the door for me, at the same time he sees me put my mobile phone on my clip on the right side of my hip and he says please check in at the window. Cool. At window the sweet lady takes My I.D. Checks me in says, "thank you for serving as veteran" , I responded thank you.. Now I am walking towards the second set of doors, and I meet JESSE he is about 6' 1" 185 lbs blonde short hair. He opens the doors for me but does not say anything, but he is looking at me like he does want to say something but he doesn't. Waits until I walk in to the store and grabs my right shoulder, which startled me a little bit and asked me, " Do you Have a gun? I answered surprised, "No I don't carry guns and why should I?, I thought that was the end of it but he continued, and said, "Well,,,, can I see it?" I said, " Are you serious", he said yeah I am allowed to ask. That was not only unprofessional it was racial profiling, the security at the front door saw me with my phone on my hand and he definitely saw me putting my phone on my right hip. Jesse was disrespectful, he was condescending to me and towards my wife, I stayed quite because I know as a Afrolatino and with everything that is happening in the United States I had to keep my mouth shut.. This is for Jesse , Brother you were wrong there was no reason for you to even touch me, I know your job is not easy I have been doing the same type of job longer then you have been alive. So know your career is not easy. So I am not going to belittle you for what you do, but the you treated me and the way you talked to my wife,,,,,,brother you are no where near of knowing your job! You need mentoring! And Cris my wife and I talked to you on the phone about this issue and you were talking to to us like you did not care what we had to say, so you as manager, you are going to let Jesse talk to customers like that. This location is my local go to and I am a Medicinal patient. My most recent trip I brought a friend. It was her first time and the 3rd time I've come in with a new recreational customer. It was my friends 1st time in a Nevada dispensary being from Colorado. I received an offer in a magazine to text to a certain number and get a free gram when you spend $50. She took advantage of that offer and receive the text back saying that she got the free gram. When we got there we showed our IDs at the front as usual she did not mention the text because she thought that it was irrelevant until she got inside, we assumed registration was done at that time. Once we got inside we figured out what we wanted to purchase and went to the front. I went to the medicinal line and made my purchase and waited for my friend at the door. Her experience went on from there the gentleman behind the counter said that she had to go back out to the front desk register and then come back in to receive the free gram and sign up with the rewards program. It was getting busy as it was Friday afternoon at 5 o'clock. It made no sense to either of us why they didn't register her when she 1st got in and showed her ID. When we asked no one explained why. The remedy was to give her a free pre-roll, which she took but she ended up leaving with a negative experience and she will take that back to Colorado with her. Between the bullet proof glass and the cashiers being on top of each other, it us hard to hear so this made it more difficult and frustrating for her. I was disappointed because I brought her here to show off what we have going on and she was left with this feeling. This is the 3rd person I have brought to this location and I've never received anything even close to a smile and a thank you from the employees. I will keep coming here but maybe a Strip location is a better place to bring someone from out of town. read more
