Expensive. I feel like they are dishonest. I smoke cannabiotix it is prepackaged/sealed and weighed correct. However you buy it in bulk and repackage it. It's not required by the cultivator nor is your flower any fresher. What it ends up as is underweighted repacked products. Last time I bought from there the huge stem weighed over 1/2 gram. You guys are a joke. You won't be getting my $1500 a month. read more

The Source was one of the first dispensaries that I have visited since recreational marijuana became legal and I have found that the other dispensaries in town DO NOT COMPARE to the quality of service and atmosphere that I felt in The Source. You feel like you are in a luxury hotel entrance instead of feeling like you are being escorted by security at other dispensaries. Gio has helped me out from the first time I came in and every time since! He's AMAZING! Anytime I want to try a new product or want a recommendation he is knowledgeable and makes the best recommendations. He even brings products forward for me if he knows they have something new that I would like without me asking! 5 star experience for sure! read more

In my opinion, this is the last place in town I would go back to, for not one but several reasons. 1. Other shops are giving out a free 1/8 first time customer but here only a gram or a piece of a edible. 2. They get you in TAXES. example: if an 1/8 cost $50. You pay around $54 at The Source as tax is Not built in. Where ALL other shops will make that 1/8 $46 so plus tax is $50. The shown prices are Not the final price at this shop. shady. 3. The staff could hardly remember if a strain was indica or sativa and I had to correct several times. They would just play it off 'oh ya haha I forgot' ... this is some people's medication and mistakes like that can have big impacts. 4. I bought 4 prerolls and All of them were below weight compared to all other shops. .5 and .6 for a $12 preroll is horrible when you can go else where for 1g preroll for $10-12. Preroll burned horrible, ended up in my bong instead. 5. Their product packaging looks so black market. I'm used to seeing quality jars and bags with quality stickers and logos on them. Not here, I purchased weed in a white plastic bag with the strain hand written on the top with sharpie. It looked bootleg and they didn't even print me labels that they must print and stick to each purchase item. The only good thing I have to say is the shop is in a Great location! Too bad I wont visit again unless they have a killer sale which does not look like that will ever happen read more

Visited the store eight times paid a deposit for the package the purchase was placed in. Was told each time when I return the package I would receive what I paid for it. Was told today to basically throw them away because they're not going to honor their word and refund the deposit I had placed on them. This is the worst Dispensary in the whole Henderson and Las Vegas! I'm actually very surprised that this place is still open.There are way too many Employees and the only nice ones are the people up in the front opening the door for the Customers.I gave this place a try so many times coz the location is so convenient for me.But I think I finally gave up.The System is so poor that when it gets very busy they have no idea who's next.Every Sales people in this place are horrible! I went today and trying to ask this guy in the white shirt and I wish I got his name.He can't even be bothered to explain to me any of the cartridges that I was asking about.It was today 7-25 around 1:45 PM.This guy was so bad that I had to tell him"never mind Dude".So the Owner of this place has to do some talking with their horrible, bad and no personality Employees. read more

It was my first time here I have never smoked anything however I am in a lot of pain and has trouble sleeping. The place is nice and clean very busy, I didn't like the fact that the guy that helped me was very rushed like I was annoying him I asked him is my first time I am looking for something just to fall asleep he recommended me something very strong I told him I didn't want to get high off it just fall asleep I almost had a panic attack paid $80 I will never go here again. This place is a hot mess, every other dispensary I go to has a more organized system of helping customers and this place made no heckin sense to me, like hi do I need you to write my stuff on your little pad, do I just go up to the counter? Can you please answer a question bc you just walked STRAIGHT PASSED ME TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER, who had walked in after me. They seemed to have nice products that I really wanted to spend a lot of money on and tip their staff generously but I can't deal with the disorganization when I could just go to a location that has it figured out thru a number system or a line.... really not that difficult imo. As a previous customer of The Source Dispensary in Henderson, I have been very happy with their service except for now during this pandemic. I placed an order yesterday on May 5, at 1:30 pm for Pickup on my cell phone and followed their instructions. It states that if orders are not picked up by 7:00 pm it is cancelled. It also states a customer will receive the first text stating the order was received and then a second text stating when it is ready for pickup. I received the first text within 2 hours, that it was received but as of 2:00 the following day on May 6, I have not received my second text. I sent them a text back asking where my order is and still no response. I tried twice calling the tel. no. and no one answers their phone. Their instructions did not explain whether the order is cancelled each day by 7:00 pm or the day you received your second text that it is ready for pickup. So much for curbside service! read more

I recently purchased from the Source for delivery this Friday around noontime. I placed my order and called a few hours later and to my surprise after waiting 1 min for it to ring. They picked up the phone and then hung up on me without greeting. So I called again, and again and again. They either didn't pick up or picked up and then hang up. So the next day my delivery is supposed to come.. midday. I tried calling again, and again and again. I gave up but finally my husband gets through! To someone who has an attitude by the way. Turns out they say my order wasn't even ready to be delivered or in the delivery line. Whatever they call it. They replaced a couple items that were out of stock with something supposedly equal (we'll see) Which is dumb. Bc I made my order yesterday n today comes you don't have it. Anyways. After this conversation we asked if there is any estimates in timeframes that we can expect our delivery. They said delivery is until 8. So 7pm gets close and we call again. So then they say to us if you don't get it by tonight we'll send it to you tomorrow morning with a coupon of 10%. I appreciate it but really that's all you can do after waiting two entire days. When the prices are already inflated. Fast forward to now, Sunday almost noon, still haven't received my package, still don't answer the phone, still waiting. I can't even get through to them to ask the status of my order that I've now been waiting 3 days for. I can't even call to complain. Well now that's why I've decided to publicly share this horrible experience. I should have stuck with Shango! Last time they delivered my stuff within 6 hours using the same delivery service through Dutchie. Something ain't right. Something needs to be done.. First couple days was coo, but now I'm getting pissed. N I'm telling you how it really is. Avoid if possible find another place for your delivery. read more
