We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order....how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn't have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else.....oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order...like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator....which they are now trying to figure out. I don't write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren't good for either party. Obviously I don't recommend this company!

We built a custom home and our designer recommended using the Artisan Shop for our kitchen. They…read morehave a nice showroom and the people are friendly but we found the cabinets quality to not be worth the extra price we paid. The engineering was lacking as well. We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.

Update: I was pleasantly surprised I had a personal phone call from the owner of the company who was following up on reviews. I did appreciate this and he offered to help us resolve this situation with a different designer. I know this company does above standard work and it's sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since I did receive this call and I will consider revisiting with a different designer.

We had them over to look at a smaller kitchen project (not a full remodel but half a kitchen…read moreremodel) on January 22nd. 3 emails and 1 call later we still have not received anything from them however each time they did respond to us "someone was working on it". They wasted 3 weeks of our time as we waited patiently. They clearly kept stringing us along with "we would have it in a couple days".. So much for wanting to support our local companies. I would NOT recommend them as they just give a lot of lip service and we feel perhaps they were more interested in larger jobs, just wish they would have told us this 3 weeks ago.

I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

They sell prefabs which helped us save money instead of buying full slabs for everything. Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. They came to the house and measured and was very consultative, and eventually they came out and installed. The entire process was quick, easy, and we're very happy with our results! Highly recommend.
