I've planned this since I was 25 years old and saw how my mother's facelift made her look years younger and age gorgeously from then on. Anyway, I did a lot of research and found Dr Alejandro Guerrero Torres. As I was doing with several doctors in Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, I sent photos and did an online consultation. I was most impressed with Dr Guerrero Torres because of all of the docs, he most closely suggested what I already knew I wanted. I am 49 and had very minimal cheek drooping and the early early stages of growing jowls and a crepey neck. It is best to get this done early while your skin is still elastic. I felt with Dr G that he was not trying to just get money, he wanted a great outcome. Other doctors suggested MUCH larger procedures and I am not stupid, I did not believe that I needed all of that. I dont have eye droopy lids or bags or hollows, all I had was a little extra skin on my neck and jowls and a little tightening of the cheek muscle to keep things held up. But I listened to the opinions of al of the doctors and they varied greatly. Dr. G went over all of it with me and what I originally suspected was exactly what he suggested. I was afraid that if I went for the huge overhaul some other suggested, I would wind up with that perpetually shocked expression of women who get too much plastic surgery. I just want to age gracefully like my mother did. So the operation went well. I was treated amazingly well and will post more pictures, before and after, when the "after" isnt quite so freaky!
