Their menu changes everyday and it wasn't on the menu but I inquired anyway and the owner and kitchen helpers decided to oblige. This huge burger comes out with Pimento Cheese, 2 burger patties, fried green tomato slices and bacon with a load of tater tots. Best burger of my life! The best tap list I have seen anywhere in the Bay area. Bar none. The food is fantastic. They have a regular menu as well as one that changes daily. I've never had a bad meal here. The staff are a super friendly group of people. The beer tenders are knowledgeable and welcoming. This place came highly recommended by work associates while I was in town. We decided to give it a shot based on that. My first impression walking up was; "This shopping plaza is shady as heck." Plus there really wasn't a sign visible from the parking lot, except the plain red "PUB" sign on the outside wall, which might be by design. Once we walked in the place was actually very nice and pretty busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress was super nice, the craft beer selection was pretty good and the menu, which apparently changes constantly, had a good amount of options but nothing overwhelming. They do have a regular daily menu also. I went with the carnitas tostadas, which turned out to be a surprisingly bigger portion than I expected and very tasty. It has been a while since my last visit. The service had been hit or miss, as well as the food. That wasn't the case today. The takeout service was fantastic. The food was ready when I got there. My bottled Wells Banana Bread beer was packed upon arrival to keep it nice and cold. The staff were very friendly. The reason for my visit today was to try the lobster mac & cheese off their daily specials menu. They post their menu daily on their website. I prefer this menu over their everyday menu. I'm just not a fan of their burgers. The last one I had was overcooked and dry. Anyway, I've had better luck with the daily specials. I've had their lobster rolls and bang pow fried shrimp tacos in the past, and loved them. They just don't have them very often since it's a rotating menu (like their taps). That can be a positive or a negative. Great if you like to try different things, but not so great when you want something specific. Well, today it was the lobster mac & cheese and it was delicious. It had big chunks of lobster, and a mild cheese sauce that compliments the lobster. I love that they lightly top it with breading and gruyere cheese. It was very tasty. Mom was happy with it too. We also got our favorite Cajun fried corn on the cob appetizer to go with it. The Latin lime sauce served with it is very addicting. I've had that very same sauce before with the pig wings. I think anything tastes good with this sauce (even the tater tots). Just a few things to note before your visit. It's a very popular local spot. This means it's busy and can be very loud. Keep this in mind. They have a wonderful selection of craft beers, meads, and ciders. Don't have your heart set on getting something that the website has posted because they run out of popular or seasonal selections quickly. The staff has been great in the past if you can't find what your looking for. They offer great recommendations if you tell them what you like. If you don't see something on draft, then check out their bottled selections. They have some great ones. read more

This is Riverview's favorite gem in the rough for locals. I usually bring my out of town guests here because they're always in for a surprise as the facade is not what it seems when you get inside of it. It is a slightly romantic ambience to it, too. The servers are attentive and great with the latest suggestions because they do rotate/update the menu daily with the latest local food supply. They do have a separate basic menu that never changes if you have a preferred hankering for burgers or tacos. I'm always satisfied with their chicken tacos. It is loaded and delicious! read more

Lots of bar food that are kinda greasy but also lots of yummy burgers and sandwiches as well. The menu is a bit on the pricy side. Two people with drinks and an entree is over $50, more than a night at the corner pub but it was all yummy. The atmosphere of this place is nice. Wooden furniture and wooden walls gives you a dive bar kinda feel. There are bar seats and some tables lining the wall. This is not a good place for big groups as most the tabled are for two people and there isn't a ton of wiggle room. First time and that's all it takes. First time was definitely mind blowing deliciousness!! I was sleeping and didn't realize this was a gem right under my nose. Flavors was lasting in my mouth from this patty for hours after l left. This patty was loaded with huge fresh shrimp inside and the tatie tots was definitely a great side dish. Definitely a must try! Now this smoked fish spread was and will be a home run for a delicious snack and I will be ordering this as a to go item for an at home dish for the family to snack on. This is a perfect lunch or dinner even the perfect amount and the onions and peppers on the side is a perfect nice crunch. Found this place on Yelp for Friday night dinner. We were a party of four and on a Friday night with a Tampa Bay Lightning Final game on it only took about 20 minutes to be seated. Upon seating there is a QR code on the table for the menu; they do have free WiFi to access it. The menu is crafted by the Chef daily for Chef specials which I think is a neat idea! We had the Lake Winnipeg, Jamaican Redfish, Korean Tacos, and Blackened Chicken Caesar. The Jamaican Redfish was spicy and delicious. The salsa that topped it was complimentary to the fish in order to cool it down some. The Lake Winnipeg was a tad disappointing as it seemed the fish wasn't seasoned well. It was pretty much just lemon juice and batter. The Korean tacos were delicious, filling, and the flavors were amazing. Why did it take us so long to check out this local pub? The Stein & Vine is unassuming on the outside, but inside its dark tinted windows lie a fun pub atmosphere, with delicious local beer and ciders and delicious food! My husband's wedge salad was plated like a piece of art and my Ybor Crab pasta topped with a fried soft shell blue crab and Cuban garlic bread was very good. The soft shell crab was crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside; the clump blue crab mixed with the marinara sauce had a nice balanced flavor. The Apple Pie Cider tasted just like it's name! Sweet crisp apples, with a cinnamon, buttery finish! Bartenders are nice and attentive, but we sat next to the dishwasher which was not an ideal location for conversation. If you don't mind hearing the clanking of the pint glasses as they are stacked on the counter or tossed in the stainless steel sink, then you'll be fine. read more

5 stars for the food no doubt about it. We got the sriracha burger, but let me tell you this, the burger does not need anything other than the meat and a bun. It is that good. The roast beef sandwich was better than decent, kind of like a sup'd up "Arby's" roast beef (in a good way). The service however left me wondering if I would come back though. I get it, you are busy. I feel like it's slightly over priced for the food that you're getting but at the same time it is good food and we had great service. The place is typically super super busy and a little loud, but that comes with the territory when you decide to eat at a popular and packed restaurant during a busy time. There was a wait to get seated and we were allowed to order drinks and hang out around the bar and some outside.
