My absolute favorite place to eat. There's usually a line out the door and there's a reason for that. Don't let that turn you off, the line goes quickly and it's worth the wait! My favorite servers are Christy and Danielle. My favorite things to order are the pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, country potatoes, and hash browns. Obviously not all at once! They also have a heavenly Monte Christi that isn't on the menu. I haven't ordered their lunch because I'm like Leslie Knope ("Why would anybody ever eat anything besides breakfast food?) but the lunch food sure looks delicious!!!! read more

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff, we only waited a minute or two for a table on a Saturday morning, (but we had just beat a rush) the food was ok, standard premix pancakes, and the gravy could use some TLC and flavor.... the biscuits were I'm sorry, the thickest rocks I've ever encountered. I get it your busy. But to stand and wait 20 mind and nobody say hello. Customer Service you suck. Last visit I ordered a sandwich asked for it dry no condiments or veggie's. No directions followed and then when I said something Wow. I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong. read more

Oh my god. I am angry about every time in the past when I was on my way up north for NOT driving to Arlington to eat here! But now that I found this little gem I will treasure it and revisit! They offer breakfast & lunch. The breakfast menu alone is sooooo huuuuge, so I didn't even look at the lunch menu. Bottomless coffee for 1.25$, hot chocolate with whipped cream for 1$ (0.50$ refills galore!), yes please! The portions are big, everything is made to order and tastes awesome and if you are still hungry after that - honestly, I can't help you (but they might be able to bring more food ;) ). We had eggs, burger patty, steak, hash browns, fried potatoes with onions and fresh orange juice. Oh my, we were STUFFED for the rest of the day!! The staff was friendly, the food was great, the prices low and the location great. Lots of locals are filling the benches and it was nice to feel the small town vibes. What more do I need to say? Even "half orders" are substantial! Being from Redmond, we were relying on Yelp (which shows a 5-star review) and people in the town to tell us where to grab a nice birthday breakfast and every single person we asked said: "Go to Stilly!" The food is so good but they missed a ton of stuff for my delivery including the red bulls I ordered, I asked for no cheese on my salad (allergy) and there is cheese on the salad. This place is bomb, but I'd be weary of delivery outcomes you're better off picking up yourself just to make sure you get everything you paid for. read more

Air conditioned and nostalgic. Can't go wrong here. Great service. Tip: save the biscuit, start around the edges and work your way in. The eggs tend to cool off quickly but will stay warm under the hash browns. If they warmed the plates the food would stay warm longer. I love that they offer turkey bacon here, because most places don't and if they do it's not very good. My meal was so tasty and such a huge portion I took half home. My boyfriend had the whole hog with hash browns and a pancake-he loves his food as well. Everything truly tasted homemade and fresh, I was pretty impressed. On the particular day I came, I had already eaten lunch but wanted to satisfy my sweet tooth so I ordered the cinammon roll and it's the size of a human head. There's lots of cinnamon-y goodness wrapped between bread and topped with a thick layer of cream cheese icing. So glad I came here. I went to the Blue Bird Cafe across the street, and after my son and I ordered our food and waited about 15 minutes the waitress informed me they didn't have 2 of the 3 items we ordered. Not sure why they waited so long but I was annoyed, so we left and walked to the Stilly Diner. We were immediately greeted and seated. They took our orders, and the food came out quick! I had breakfast here this morning with my favorite 16 year old and we agreed that the biscuits & gravy are most excellent. In fact, as far as the biscuits & gravy go, it's as good as the Maltby Cafe, if not better? The service was also very good, the place was packed but the everyone was still very friendly and our breakfast came out after a short wait.
