As a stout gal I have been meaning to try this brewery for some time now. I was lucky enough to go to a Yelp Fundraiser for the Upland Animal shelter hosted at the stout house. It is located in an industrial area as most breweries are and there was plenty of parking outside the brewery which was a plus.. The man behind the counter, Josh, was incredibly helpful. Obviously being a stout gal I sampled all the stouts. I enjoyed a glass of the Obsessed Coffee Disorder stout and the Peanut Butter Stout. Both stouts are light and opposite of a heavy Guinness stout. I really enjoyed the Peanut Butter stout because it was not sweet but you tasted all the peanut butter flavor. This is a great spot for a group of friends or even a date. There are games, a comfy couch and tables for large groups. Definitely follow the brewery's instagram for updates on bands and weekend brunch events. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Had a very tasty beer down the street named "Tropical Vacation" orange beer. Came back a month later and it was gone! They pointed me to the "Stout House" and said they are the ones that made it. I have been coming here since about March 2019. I usually come for Monday night trivia. They are called "Stout House," but they also have lagers, RISPs, ipa's, and recently even Marz' and Oktoberfest brews. They also have carbonate beverages if you don't want to drink alcohol or water. They list live music, but I haven't come to a live performance-I generally don't care for live music. I have not been displeased with any of their beer, but the ones I usually order are Luchador Mexican lager, Konventional Kölsch and other various brews. Cheers. read more

Came 8n for 1st time after referral from friend. Typical brewery from the outside to the 7n but what sets this place apart is the friendliness if everyone and they have some great beer selections. Walked in and noticed the patriotic decor which is always a plus for me. Liked how they had a cooler of soft drinks and a lounge area with sofas. Really cool vibe and enjoying.myself so far. I absolutely love The Stout House. I can always depend on their beers to taste exactly as their name describes. The Peanut Butter Stout- never disappoints!! My fave!! And just tried the Fig Beast- to die for !!! So delicious! Beertenders are always friendly! And they're always playing great music from punk rock to classic rock. Love it!! With the name like The Stout House, you have to deliver. However, the stouts are ok. I did a flight of all of them. Didn't tickle my fancy. But the other beers on tap are the gem. I loved the other beer styles. So a very talented brewer. So I am giving them 4 stars. I will come back another time and hope that the stouts equal the other beers. read more

I was stoked to find this place! So many local breweries offer large assortments of IPAs/Sours/Light and I'm just not a fan. There are normally only a handful of options of dark beers (if any!) which bums me out because I like my beer dark and delicious. The gentleman that helped us out was great, he was super nice and filled us in on his favorites. We ended up doing a stout flight and found several that we loved, we even ended up with a growler of the Peanut Butter stout. They've got seating both inside and out and it sounds like they've typically got a food truck as well. We'll definitely be back! read more

The beer is amazing but the discrepancies in their operating hours between their website, Yelp and the hours posted at the location are frustrating. They are closed today (Wednesday) even though their website and Yelp's indicates they are open 4-10 p.m. We showed up last Sunday at 8 p.m. and you guessed it, they were closed. Today, we were not the only ones to walk up to the door in the short time we were there only to wo away confused. They need to fix their website, get in touch with you and get it together. read more

Dog friendly indoors! We needed to escape the heat and it's not often we find a place that also lets our pup enjoy the air conditioning. There wasn't a single beer in your flight we didn't enjoy. I wrote a good review before, but I didn't think it had enough substance especially after the second time I went in so here's to a new review This place is awesome Seth and Josh are the nicest and they super laid back. They were very attentive to all their patrons and they really want to make you feel at home. Seth taught me a lot about the beers I was interested in and I really appreciated that, it's one of the things I really like about craft beers is getting to know about them and I feel like a lot of places don't go as far to tell you. Mondays are Trivia night so expect a full house of friendly regulars and lots of laughter. And since the second time I've been in there they have so much cool new stuff, more seating, a projector, more games, they had a restaurant serving food in a booth out front on Mondays (not sure about the other days)and they have 3 TVs and a full list of AMAZING BEER for every beer drinker! That Raspberry Boysenberry Berliner Weisse and Two Penny Caramel stout is outta this world! Me and my husband went to the stout house about a month ago for a date night. It was quite an experience. The owner was very polite and answered all of our questions. Also the atmosphere was good vibes and everyone was having such a good time. My hubby surprised me with a growler about a week or 2 later and they were closed but the owner went out if his way to meet him at the brewery. The beer was just so smooth and tasty. I personally like my dark beers so it's nice to go to a place that has more than one stout or porter. Man..... I'm a stout guy! And these guys nailed it so early in the game. I'm so fortunate to work down the street from them.

Great tasting beer with many options to choose from! Super friendly staff! Very nice patrons also ! Last night was the first time my BF and I tried this brewery. Felt welcome from the moment we came through the door. With Covid they followed all the rules. Had nice outdoor seating with comfortable bar stools. I had their Mexican lager and it had a great flavor .. clean and crisp and light but still very flavorful . My BF had the Hazy IPA I believe and he too enjoyed it. We ended up getting a second round since we liked our beers so much . We also ended up talking to several locals who were super nice and it was just a really great vibe and a lot fun. They had a food cart available also. Nice couple .. Antojitos! Made the best Colombian food . We had a hot dog .. AMAZING ..and a hamburger.. very good also .
