Ammar immediately took me back to the rack that has my size (Big). We found 4 suits and I only really needed 2. I needed some family consultation, so I paid for all 4. Returned one and then the tailor went to work. I wish I could remember the tailors name. He did a fantastic job. Tailored 3 suits which wasn't easy. He understood what I was looking for and brought me many choices for a final selection, which was tough because I found so many to choose from. Wonderful experience! Found this store on Google. Walked in and was instantly greeted by Walter who sized me up in no time and picked out the best suits for me. There was no pressure from Walter to buy any suit, and he was extremly patient showing me a wide variety. He even helped me pick out matching shirts, ties, and shoes. This place is amazing and top notch. I was in a wedding party happening in NJ but I live in California and could not be with the rest of the group when they got fitted for suits. The store said it would not be a problem and I called in to give my measurements a few months before the wedding. I flew into the day before the wedding and Badshah took care of me. We did a quick fitting of the suit and they made hemmed adjustments quickly within a couple of hours so I would have the suit in time to make it to the rehearsal dinner that night. One of my guys was in Philadelphia, and we were not sure of his size, so they gave me two suits to allow him to try them both and take the best fitting one and just return the other. The suits were high quality, but still reasonably priced. Their pricing allowed me to buy all of the suits for my groomsman as a gift. This store is awful, I will never purchase from here again. My husband's suit was tailored wrong. The two shirts that we purchased one had a stain on it and the other was the wrong company and the wrong size, the employee told us before we left that the two shirts were the same. Needless to say the suit that we thought we were buying was not what we received. I spoke to an employee on the phone about the shirt situation saying that I needed it to be fixed because we had a wedding to attend. I went back to the store to exchange the shirts for new ones and they gave me an extremely hard time. They would not exchange the one because they stated it was worn, when all he did was try it on. This was the shirt that we were told was the exact make of the one that fit him. They told me if I wanted another shirt that I would have to pay for it. The other was the stained shirt and they made it seem like I purposely put the stain there and almost didn't give me another shirt. All I was asking for was a white dress shirt and a black dress shirt that fit and didn't have stains. I worked in retail, we exchanged pieces of clothing that were broken or had stains on it to please the customer. This place doesn't care about the customer. They only care about the money that is going into their pockets. The staff clearly is not trustworthy either. We have told everyone that we know to stay clear of this place. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. When someone spends 300 dollars in your store you should make it a priority that they are taken care of. Now my husband has a suit that will never be worn again because of the alterations and we are out money! I ended up having to buy the black shirt as well because it was needed and they would not exchange it. As far as the employees, when I went back into the store to take care of the shirt situation all I received was attitude and disrespect. I was treated horribly when I was not in the wrong. The overall experience was horrifying and I don't know how someone can act like that towards a customer. read more
