I have lived in two other apartment complexes prior to Eastbridge - one in uptown, one at The Village - and this has been my best experience to date. I called the office, asked if they had any cameras in the hall or if when doing maintenance in peoples' homes, if they could just check for the stools. They don't have cameras in the halls, and no way to get maintenance to seek out the stools. :( Other than that, this place is great. Another quick thing, I've had a few shower problems. Every time maintenance comes through, something else goes wrong. All manageable though. I recommend this place.

Now I have to constantly watch my car just to make sure it isn't towed over ridiculous cosmetic issues. The same small crack in my windshield that has been there since the day I moved in is suddenly enough to threaten towing? That's absurd--especially considering this is far from a luxury complex. There are stray cats everywhere, roaches in the building, and outdated appliances that barely function, yet management is more concerned about my windshield than about providing livable conditions. I'm moving in a month and requested a temporary pass just to avoid the stress until I leave, and even that was denied. Meanwhile, there are multiple cars in the lot with missing parts, dents, and damage way worse than mine, but nothing is done about them. The hypocrisy and lack of consistency are infuriating. The fact that hot water and basic upkeep aren't a priority, yet a harmless windshield crack is treated like a crime, is beyond frustrating. I honestly cannot wait to be done with this place--it has become unbearable.

The ladies in the office are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. The water view is absolutely amazing, and I really appreciate how respectful everyone is of each other's belongings. Deliveries left outside doors have been safe, and even the paid parking spaces are respected. I also noticed that they recently updated the kids' playground by adding a cover to help block the sun. That definitely won me over because my family and I use the playground a lot! Overall, I've had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend it. In fact, I'm continuing my lease for another 12 months!

While my wife and I were actively playing, a man walked directly onto the court and told us we needed to leave because he had "classes" scheduled. There were no posted reservations, no signage, and no prior notice of any official lessons taking place. The way it was handled felt very rude and entitled. If there are legitimately scheduled lessons or instructors using the courts, that needs to be clearly communicated and managed by the property, not enforced by someone interrupting residents mid-game. If this person is running private lessons without authorization, that's also something management should be aware of, as it affects residents' ability to use shared amenities. Overall, this made the experience frustrating and took away from what should be a relaxed, shared space.

These…read moreapartments are absolutely gorgeous me and my husband moved from San Diego to Dallas and these apartments were the first ones on our list out of five... we went around 9 o'clock pm just to see the neighborhood and people were riding their bikes around the lake and when we drove into the complex there was a lady walking her dog, she was super friendly and assured us this is the place to move...we had a chance to visit 3 other apartments on the list and none even compared to white rock villas.... Next day we went to the leasing office and Deanne was super friendly and provided us with refreshments... we gave her an idea on what type of apartment we were interested in, she had a couple apartments for us to view. She was able to help us find the best apartment based on our criteria... the application process went smooth, we didn't have to jump through Hula hoops.... We we wanted to start the lease about a month and a 1/2 from our application and was able to do so... We signed the lease for MAY 9 2020 when me and my Husband arrived back in Dallas from San Diego Deanne and Shelley made the transition so smooth from the time we applied in March all the way to move in date... everything in the apartment was spotless and working properly... So grateful to have Deanne and Shelley working in the office... Even with COVID-19 happening they made sure our transition was smooth and made our safety a priority... Pros: Gated community Nice Neighborhood Chic-Fila and Sonic walking distance!! Updated cabinets and granite counter-tops, crown molding, wooden shutters, ceiling fans, etc. There is even a "virtual concierge" now so you can pick up your packages even when the office is closed. Love that is VERY dog friendly - and have met some really nice new friends via walking our dogs. The property is very well maintained, and any maintenance request I turn in is acknowledge within 24 hours, and then we set up a time that works for both of us. The maintenance crew is excellent. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful to work with. I just renewed for another 13 months!

After they sold the property years ago, things unfortunately started going downhill, and I honestly was preparing myself to move. However, since RPM Living took over, I have seen so many positive changes. You can truly tell they are investing back into the property and working hard to improve the community. The updates, improvements, and overall appearance are getting better and better, and it really means a lot to longtime residents like myself. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. Even the little AI assistant, Katt, has been helpful! Mrs. Jaleesa is such a sweetheart. She is always patient, professional, friendly, and kind. She treats residents with respect and genuinely cares. Reginald is someone I have the utmost respect for. He is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always carries himself so well. He is soft-spoken, helpful, and truly excellent at what he does. You can tell he takes pride in his work. And Mr. Carlos is AWESOME! He is so friendly and always smiling and waving whenever I see him out on the property. He stays busy, but still makes residents feel acknowledged and welcomed, and that goes a long way. Guest Suite review…read more My son & daughter in law have lived here for several years now. It's a beautiful facility. I'm staying in the guest suite which is a furnished apartment they rent out for the night to the guests of apartment renters. It's our second time staying here. The guest suite is nicely decorated and has just about everything you need. The first time we stayed in the apartment everything was perfect. No complaints. This time around I feel as if there is a lack of a check list to make sure everything is refilled. We were left with one roll of toilet paper. A roll of paper towels that was almost gone. About a quarter of an inch of dish soap. A box of tissues would have been nice but there wasn't one. The hand soaps look as if other guests replaced them. One of them is almost empty. There was a battery operated soap dispenser that I think belongs to the suite but it didn't work. We went to the store and bought toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and tissues. Towels are provided but for some reason there were no wash cloths. After going to the office they quickly purchased and washed some new wash cloths for us. Lastly the Wi-Fi hasn't really worked for most of our trip. It's always buffering. The first time we stayed it was $100/night and now it's $150/night. $100 is fair. I think the $150 is a bit much considering we had to refill some of the items and housekeeping is not included. It's simply convenient to be staying so close to my family.

I was told I'm to clean it, leave my closet door open all the time & purchase dehumidifing products myself, it's not on AMLi that mold grows on my clothes & shoes in my apartment. Regarding the additional charges I was sent an itemized bill with additional utility charges from July & August, that were not on previous bills. The only thing anyone is waiting on is for me to pay the additional money, not to address any issues I have. ......................... There is mold growing in my closet on my clothes & shoes & the head of maintenance tells me it not their problem, it my problem & they can't help with any of it. There is often mold growing on the ceiling vents, that they clean w/alcohol but the guy tells me it's not mold it's just dirt. Who cleans dirt w/alcohol? I had to wash everything & am keeping my clothes in the living room/bedroom with the ceiling fan on so I don't smell like mold when I go out. I am paying over 2K for a moldy apartment. On autopay & last week they send an email threatening legal action over non-payment of rent. Rent was paid but they were late processing pet fees, which they tacked on late fees for. They said they would take off the late fees but still haven't. They also harassed me about my renters insurance- which never lapsed & I sent them the policy info on a few times - I continued to get notices insisting I pay for their insurance policy even though mine is more than adequate. That took 2 phone calls & 6 emails for them to finally drop. I so regret renewing my lease. This place is not worth it.
