These guys messed up recently- here's the situation. His tooth was hurting him for several days and he was quickly checked out and we were told I his pain was from 6 year molars moving. He is only 4. The next day we took him to the ER with facial swelling and a severe tooth infection that was overlooked from the quick passively annoyed dentist. We immediately had to make another appointment with the dentist for an extraction. The numbing was done so quickly, with very little anesthesia and without gentleness. It hurt him and I thought ok, well hopefully it will be numb. A few minutes later she told him he would feel some pressure and from the first grip he screamed in pain. His pain was dismissed as "he only feels pressure" and she continued to yank back and forth as he screamed until the tooth came out. This is coming from a child who has had drilling, fillings, exams, shots, and other dental work, blood draws etc...without any showing of discomfort. In fact he usually giggles from the gas and is intrigued by the process of medical work. This is the same dentist that did his filling that became infected and caused him to need an extraction. His entire face was swollen. This time was absolutely unacceptable as he was treated like just another chore that the dentist had to finish. I am so angry at the lack of care, gentleness and dismissive annoyance at my child's pain that I never want to come back despite the wonderful staff and past experiences. It was awful. I asked if the anesthesia didn't take and was told again, "He only feels the pressure and not pain. He is just scared." I gathered my softly crying baby boy and we left as they ran off to the next "chore on the list". It was disgusting and painfully heartbreaking to witness that being done to my little boy. This was my second (and last) time bringing my daughter to The Super Dentists, and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. This time, the dentist was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He was a young male with long hair, appeared very young, possibly fresh out of school, and lacked both experience and basic manners. He walked in, didn't introduce himself, immediately opened my daughter's mouth, and began talking to the assistant as if I wasn't even there. When I approached and asked if everything was okay, he bluntly told me she had about four cavities. I explained that we would not be doing any procedures today, and before I could finish my sentence, he turned his back and walked away without another word. I requested to have a different dentist see my daughter, and a female dentist came in, acting overly polite but clearly annoyed. Her attitude felt forced and insincere, as if she was more interested in defending her colleague than in addressing my concerns. I decided to get a second opinion at another dental office, and it turned out my daughter had no cavities at all. This means they were either completely incompetent or intentionally lying; most likely to bill the insurance for unnecessary procedures and anesthesia. That is unacceptable, especially when it involves children's health. On my first visit, I also experienced very dismissive and curt communication, but at least there was some explanation. This time, the false diagnosis, forced attitude from staff, and disregard for patient well-being were beyond unprofessional. A true dental professional should value honesty, skill, and patient trust over profit and ego. read more

Brought my daughter back for a cleaning this morning. She seen Dr. L and Brenda for a cleaning no cavities. Yahoooo . They are always so wonderful here so quick and helpful in the pediatric department. Definitely give them five stars and would recommend to friends and family. read more

My daughter has been going here for years and I decided to go myself after a bad experience at my normal dentist. I needed a couple of fillings and a crown for a tooth that has been bothering me. It felt like a spa experience. I seriously almost fell asleep. I did have to go back for some adjustments on my bite but they seen me promptly and took care of it right away l! Always great service here at East Lake Super Dentist. Dr George and Dr Jennifer here in east lake are great. All the staff are amazing. Very friendly service. Bianca and Araceli are great. During the coronavirus time was a little dramatic. Glad they turned it around. read more

If you want to feel forgotten and treated like a number then this is the place to go. You don't have to show up on time to your appointment because these guys are the Super Late Dentists. They don't really care about your time. Just take a look at their computer screens while you wait. It's jam packed with appointments. No personalized treatment here. I'm getting charged for a $99 membership I never signed up for! I can't get into contact with billing and was informed they can't transfer me to them, so I'm being told that by the dentist office they will forwarded my contact information to them. If i have a "membership" why isn't there a way to log in and cancel, or a number to call for billing? Doesn't make any sense to me, and i was NEVER INFORMED of a membership when I went in for a regular check up! Also, having insurance doesn't matter to them, I have tricare through myself, and my spouse and was informed that it wasn't valid, when it's worked everywhere else! read more

Misdiagnosis, Unexpected Balance Billing, Terrible Service They diagnosed my son with cavities he didn't have, and I have voicemail proof of them pushing for general anesthesia--an unnecessary and risky procedure--from December to February, despite a second opinion confirming zero cavities. They also failed to disclose they were out-of-network, despite saying they accepted my insurance, leading to a $127.40 bill and an attempted $6 late fee they wouldn't explain. They sent incomplete X-rays, ignored my initial requests for clarification, and had issues with their online payment system, forcing an in-person visit to pay. They responded to my complaint, apologizing and waiving the late fee, but didn't address the incomplete X-rays or payment system issues. Poor service--avoid them. read more

I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the "Super" Dentists. They are super dishonest, super uncaring, and super condescending. I do not recommend anyone take their children (or themselves) there for orthodontic care. There are far superior options in the immediate area who will do a much better job personalizing your treatment and won't make you feel like part of an assembly line or dumb for asking questions about the plan of care. I hope no one else makes the mistake we did going with the "Super" Dentists and looks elsewhere for their orthodontic needs. Despite having to essentially start treatment over again, we are gladly taking our business elsewhere and hope that other people will do the same. read more

My son is a patient here and it always takes so long for him to be seen. I always wait 30 minutes or more after my appointment time and it's frustrating. It's important to manage expectations. Don't over book or overload the appointments. Be realistic about the appointment times. My son is autistic so having him come here is a process and waiting this long to simply be seen really sets him up to be frustrated. When I communicated this to the receptionist, she was so careless about this and simply said "we are running behind. He will be seen." If you don't have a child who has autism you don't understand how much this affects them. For a dentistry aimed for kids - do better and educate yourself and your staff read more

The took a long time to call us from our appointment time. The drs see you quick and thats it. Dont really give much time to adress concerns or ask too many questions. The girl that did my girls cleaning was concerned about getting a replacement because apparantely she she had to leave. It does not feel like they have too much time with you. they will charge for everything, even after you've paid in full. got a second opinion on dental treatments for both of my kids and have transferred them out. i paid for the last treatment and got another bill in the mail saying i still owe. nobody answers when i call the number on the bill. pay attention to the staff. the turnaround in employees says something. i think this location hires fresh out of school to give experience, which is fine but nobody stays and there is obvious lack of communication in-office. read more
