My son has been a patient since 2022 they put braces on him. Well, they always got their appointments wrong he would show up and they're like wrong time wrong day. He would even get a text message from their office saying the appointment was on this specific date.! Now he supposed to get his braces off and that it's gonna cost him $700 to get his retainers asking for payment ! I put braces on two other kids and the price always included the retainers why this particular company is asking for extra money for retainers that are included in the price ? Waiting for a response. Most of the visits we've had, had been traumatizing for my son and I. It always ended in tears and fear. If I can put a fat ZERO for the amount of stars this business deserves I entirely would. This place went down hill since it opened, the quality of care, hospitality and honoring appointments is neglected entirely. This is not mentioning how FILTHY this establishment is. We drove 2 hours to our scheduled appointment made 1 month and 2 weeks prior. Just to arrive ON TIME @10 and be texted at 9:58 am they are having patients wait 45 MN to 1 HR additional because they were delayed by a staff member who decided to call out LAST MINUTE. (Employee should be fired.) To express dissatisfaction is an understatement. My husband is active military and had to request 2 hrs in-between the work day to attend this appointment since we have a baby and one parent has to be with our child whom had the appointment. They don't compensate for gas since it is the LEAST they could do for waisting our time, gas, and lack of professionalism. Laura Flores the gm only offered to waive a $25 fee for the scheduled procedure. Ugh lmfao? That helps our family in NOTHING. We were also not the only family who walked out and are choosing to seek a better dental office. I had originally came back to this office because of the care they provided when they first opened. However, my first attempt to become a patient again led with a failure of staff and training, management apologized and I enrolled my child and gave them a shot. The appointment was mediocre and the chair was FILTHY and ripped. There was grime and probably patient fluids on the walls and baseboards from the lack of cleanliness. This is our second appointment and it led to complete failure! All they offered was a simple "I'm sorry and that's all we can do." As if that in any way is going to help the gas we just spent on 2 vehicles, the time, the loss of attending school, and the simple peace of mind. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE unless you wish to be made upset, want to waste gas, want to waste time out of your busy day, and have your children be upset because of the wait. Oh and not be warned in a timely manner by the type of personal they have chosen to work here. Who ever hired the staff needs to reevaluate staff and the roles they play in managing this dental office. Who owns this place? When was the last time they did a walk through of their business? This place went down the gutter and is a sorry excuse for a child/parent/family friendly establishment. read more

They have great stuff and doctors in house that are knowledgeable, experienced to treats and taken care of the children. I have 3 boys that are coming here for years for their teeth treatments. 2 of my sons needed orthodontist treatment, they started about a year plus ago and it was very good but it's time consuming for the parents to bring them often for adjustments. I have to say that I'm very happy with the treatment and the results are outstanding. I'm recommending The Super Dentists to anyone who has children who needs regular checkups, treatments and Orthodontist care. read more

I feel like the quality of care has went down significantly at the Oceanside office. We've been coming for almost 12 years and I feel like you guys are more concerned with the quantity of patients you can jam into your office VS the quality of care your patients receive. We've had to leave twice in the last year before we've received treatment due to extreamly long wait times and my kids getting so anxious sitting there for hours waiting also several times before this year as well there have been issues. This very last time we waited in the waiting room for almost an hour and when I asked the front they said they could get us into a room, but it would be a while and an extended wait time for treatment once in a room as well, so we had to leave without treatment once again. I did notice the reviews are stating the same thing so I know I'm not the only one. These are small children and you guys specializing in the treatment of children should realize their attention span and ability to wait is far less then ours would be. I also agree with the reviews stating you guys are scamming us as last time I went in and signed the paperwork they didn't explain anything just said "ok your out of pocket is 150 dollars" when I asked why doesn't my insurance cover it they said no she needs this that and the other I think it was sealants and some toothbrush package. I said well isnt that optional and the lady said "well she needs it but let me see if I can take it off". That is extreamly shady and unprofessional. Do not try and charge me without giving me the options and disclosing the treatment plan and the products you're trying to force me to buy. Infact I feel like that's illegal! I took my 1 year old to The Super Dentists for his first dentist appointment. We waited 45 minutes. I can understand 15-20 minutes, but 45 is to the point where it feels like they don't care about the patients or respect my time at all. I was hoping I could get more education on how to take care of my child's teeth since I'm a first time mom and new to all of this, but the dentist only came in for a total of 5 minutes and hardly seemed to care at all. She just looked at his teeth, gave me a few quick tips and then left. Their website says they recommend to visit the dentist at 1 year old to establish a foundation for dental health care and also address a number of areas around oral health like the connection between diet and oral health, oral habits, etc. These things were not brought up by the dentist. This experience did NOT meet my expectations of having a real conversation about how to set my child up for success with their oral health. The only plus side about this experience is that the dental assistant was very nice and apologetic about the wait when I asked why it was taking so long. read more

Not recommended. They are ok for cleaning and check ups. The scheduling is very bad. Came to my confirmed appointment twice just to find out that the service is not available. First time they said that it's doctor's lunch time and asked to come in an hour. Second time my daughter and I arrived at 8 am to see a closed office. After I called them, they said the office hours had changed and now it opens at 9am. For both appointments I had received multiple confirmation texts! I am not the person who writes reviews. My son has a ortho plan with Super Dentist, the worst decision made for dental care. The office always applies extra fees to your bill, unless you ask for code procedures and apparently those codes are covered under insurance plan. So do review your bills. Last regular treatment my son had was a total disaster. Several anesthesia shots didn't num the tooth are, but the throat. The doctor continued doing filling while my son was crying from pain and was extremely uncomfortable, just said "it will be over soon"... when the treatment was done my son said it was the worst experience ever and he will never come to this office again. Do consider if you want to get your child treatment here, not sure how professional the staff is, feels more like manufacture and the staff doesn't care. read more
