The price is high and the ice cream lacks flavor. There are many other shops to get good tasting ice cream. This was not one of them.

This is a cute little ice cream shot in the historical part of St Augustine and it also serves edible cookie dough! The ice creams look beautiful and the have these mason jar cups where they'll serve milkshakes in. I had the edible cookie dough, a scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of salted caramel. They were out of the original chocolate chip, which I was pretty sad about. It wasn't the best edible cookie dough I've had, but it tasted good, although it's very rich so I highly recommend getting a water with it. My friend had a strawberry ice cream cone which she liked. The store itself is a small space, so if there are two or three groups of people in there, it feels way too overcrowded and disorganized. The fudge here is pretty good, but it's not the best I've ever had. I do have to say I prefer Kilwin's. I do think it's really cute that their fudge comes in little "buckets" with a spoon. It's quite convenient. I got peanut butter fudge from here on my first visit without trying it. Opened it up when I got home and it tasted pretty much like peanut butter straight from a jar only a bit sweeter. Just not very good at all and a flavour I would never get again from here. Since that first visit, I've become smarter and now I try the fudge before I purchase. They do allow you to try as much as you like. My favourite flavour from here is the chocolate peanut butter and I have bought quite a few of those little "buckets." I haven't tried it, but they do offer hand-scooped ice cream here in waffle cones. They do have a good variety of ice cream flavours. The shop is pretty small and is NOT wheelchair accessible. This is not uncommon in the historic part of St. Augustine because the streets and buildings are so old. It is necessary to preserve these beautiful old buildings, so they won't be making them accessible. Customer service is hit or miss. I've only ever seen young people working here and sometimes they are really friendly... other times, not so much so. They aren't rude, they can just act as though they'd be somewhere else rather than assisting you, the customer. Can't say I'm surprised because we are talking about young "adults." They also have hot chocolate. It's nothing fancy or exceptional (it comes from a machine), but it is good and warming on a cold winter's evening. read more

The ice cream was excellent but the price was unbelievable. One small scoop of ice cream was $6.99 and if you wanted a cone (any cone) it was another 30 cents or something. Saturday night I got the Cookie Monster super shake, and my boyfriend ordered the Milk & Cookies super shake. Both were delicious and made beautifully, I wish I would have gotten a good picture of them! They looked exactly like what was advertised and definitely filled my sweet tooth for the week. I am giving the 3-stars because of the customer service, the atmosphere did not feel very welcoming and it seemed as though only one girl was working while the other three people behind the counter were socializing. Props to the girl who made our shakes, (wearing a black shirt Saturday night, I didn't catch her name). So... the workers weren't very polite. They took other orders after ours and then served the other's first. After 20 long minutes, when we finally received what was supposed to be a peanut butter sundae, it was nothing but a horrible, bland; milkshake. I am not sure if we came on a bad day but I did not have a good experience. I was asked if I wanted a milkshake or sundae and I said sundae. I received a completely melted drink- I wouldn't even call it a milk shake much less a sundae. I am guessing that they had prepared it from before and just left it melting there until I ordered it. This place was so accommodating! My grandson has a severe peanut allergy. First of all, all of the ice cream with nuts is in a separate display case from those without. This place is pretty interesting and worth a stop in! Great customer service. The gentleman working there appeared happy with his job as he would sarcastically shout "Yes, We are open!" or "Free Samples" or "Serving fudge". He was why we ended up coming back to grab some treats, because he went out of his way to say they had good doggy ice-cream and went on about what ingredients were in it and that it's yogurt based. We did some shopping and of course came back. The doggy treats were a little bit frozen solid but a few minutes later and it was ready to rock. On a hot summer day this wouldn't be an issue at all. Believe it or not, the dog ice cream actually smelled great, and I would've tried it except our dirty-dogs-tounge had already marked its territory and I know where that tounge's been. As she did her thing, I decided to go in for some treats myself, and ended up with a root beer float fudge cup. The ice cream on the add look very creative, innovative and fun and we wanted to give a try. But when I saw how dirty the place is - the floors were so dirty, sticky, trash on the floors - I have changed my mind. I told the shopgirl that the floor needs a lot of attention, but she was so arrogant and told me that she washed the floors twice that day, which was very hard to believe. If you want the worst service you've ever had in your entire life, go here. We went in and ordered with no problems but while the lady was making someone's ice cream she licked her glove while on her hand. We asked her to change her glove (because ew) and instead she went back and used some Germ-X. She also said, "It didn't even touch your ice cream". After that, a couple of us were still in there and the lady said to me, "If your mom or whoever that was wants to say something to me about the glove she needs to do it in private."
