Ordered a pub burger: 1000 island, American cheese, carmalized onions, lettuce, tomato. Asked for no onions. It came out with tons of onions. Sent it back. They literally scraped off the onions AND the cheese and sent it back out. Flagged down the server and sent it back for cheese. 30 seconds later I heard the kitchen bell, and back out it came.
