That is very tacky not appealing for presence at all, #3) the ambiance is not comfortable it's freezing cold in there , your employees are courteous but don't have the experience needed to make your place feel inviting , #4) Your menu is lacking items if you are a seafood place you really need more than just tacos and burritos , you have a beer license ! I would say you need caldos de mariscos and cócteles de mariscos , seafood enchiladas , mojarras fritas obviously you have a deep fryer if they fry fish & shrimp for tacos ? #5) with a bit more of an extensive menu , you could get that Bar going . Shrimp and asada were seasoned very well with a nice flavor. The guac was perfect and they put sautéed onions which was different but so good. The service was good very attentive. Do not go here unless you're willing to wait over 40 minutes for no food. Place was practically empty (only two other tables) at the time of sitting down. Within 40 minutes so many people came and ate their food and left. I only ordered 4 tacos and 2 ceviche tostadas. I know that it's not fresh so there's really no reason for things to take so long. Additionally it took 10 minutes to bring one bottle of beer and one michelada. Keep in mind there were only two other tables when I arrived. I was able to get a full refund for the food after they asked if I wanted the tip back as well. Based on this experience I definitely would not recommend this place. There's no reason anyone should wait that long with no server to check up on you or think "hey they still haven't gotten food." -10/10 really disappointed I really wanted to give them a chance. I frequently visit their Taco Truck at the Temecula Mall's Farmer's Market on Wednesdays. Im so happy they now have an actual restaurant in Hemet and their food is just as amazing if not BETTER! The tacos did not have double tortillas....they start to fall apart from the sauces. The batter on the fish taco was a little mushy for my taste....i was hoping for a little crunch to the batter.
