Now I will say I got a solid heap of meat on my sliders and my husbands sandwich wasn't shy about the meat either but my bun was soggy and fell apart straight out the gate. And I found the flavor to be lacking. My husband's sandwich was also lacking in the flavor department. The apple fritters were great though. Would I eat here again? Sure, if I did not have any other options.

I've been somewhat on a birria kick of late, so this was a great opportunity to try out their #1 "Three Tacos Birria". Found a nearby table and went to town. Oh my, these are delicious. The best way I can describe a birria taco, is as if Mexicans had invented the French Dip. Meat and cheese-stuffed, fried up, and then served with a side of consomme to dip it in. Meat was flavorful, tortilla shell perfectly infused with flavor and yet still delightfully crispy. The dipping soup was bold---I found myself taking a few sips after I had eaten everything. Absolutely hit the spot and strongly considering hitting their brick-and-mortar while we're still here. YUM!

Known for their cheesesteaks and loaded fries, I opted for an order of the Andy Chuck's Steak Tots which featured seasoned grilled steak, peppers, onions stacked on top of 1/2 lb of tots (fries or chips are also available) smothered with melted cheese. What's not to love? After discovering they were out of fries and tots, we settle on the same order, but over chips. What I did not expect was tortilla chips, creating more of a cheesesteak nachos style, but the chips made for a good crunch and not the typical soggy mess that tends to happen with smothered fries or tots. I was a little disappointed in the steak and cheese though, as the steak was chopped fine with the consistency of ground beef and the cheese wasn't freshly melted cheese, but more of a queso base cheese. Portion was pretty small for $12, but gave us just the amount of light sustenance we needed before making our way to another brewery. When stumbling upon this truck again, I think I'll stick to trying one of their sandwiches.

The peanut sauce instead of cheese proves that nachos can be absent cheese and still be amazing. They combined two of our favorite genres of food: nachos and Thai, and they achieved junk food greatness. I'd love to try their other offerings sometime!
